After a few more minutes, she gave me my card and receipt. I looked at her confused , where's my sandwich? She says they were barely making it. It's been 20 minutes of me waiting here, and your barely making my sandwich? I was fuming for sure. Now I am pregnant so I do everything to have a good attitude as I don't want to be mean. I know it shouldn't be expected, but I at least hoped they would ask me if I wanted a free cookie or something even a coupon for my next sandwich since I was sitting there waiting for over 20 minutes for something that was not my fault. But the customer service was really unorganized, seemed like they didn't care that it was their fault, and never offered anything to apologize.
