worst costumer service I've ever experience in my life! i paid for a milk shake and a sundae at the first window and i got to the second window & they told me i didn't pay when i handed the kid cash! then on top of it they treated me like complete crap acting like i was trying to get my stuff for free! & the manager ( women) has a nasty ass attitude it isn't the first time I've witnessed her be rude! thank god the guy behind me told them he saw me pay and they gave me my stuff and it was completely melted, i was covered in vanilla ice cream with no napkins bc they can't do there job! will never go there again! read more

It is quite a honor to be called worst McDonald's ever visited. French fries were soggy and tasteless. Big Mac was prepared with meat that had a questionable origin. For some reason no indoor or outdoor seating open just drive through. Order was messed up. No condiments given with food. read more

On the plus side: we were able to eat inside (I bring my handicapped brother who needs a table to eat), the place was quite clean, and the shift manager helped me to use the order kiosk for the first time. On the negative side: No more personal service, it's kiosk only. I had to yell at the staff to get their attention for more napkins, since no staff was paying attention to the customer area. I had to yell again for a Mayo packet, & was told they don't exist anymore, and a side of Mayo was 40cents. The staff were talking and joking with other, and paying no attention to the "front of the house" - this is unacceptable service, esp. since customers can't get napkins, straws, condiment packets & utensils on their own, due to Covid. read more

I ordered a egg McMUffin wanted coffee but no one could understand stand how to make it so I passed on it and got just the sandwich and since there was such an issue with the coffee I decided to check my sandwich. First bite seemed ok second but I thought they were trying to kill me with somewhere of bleach product. Needless to say I spit it out. Worried I would die of contamination! Called the store as sooon as I arrived at work. Girl could not understand that I was asking for a manager and hung up on me! Please save yourself the time and money! I recently went here for lunch and found a piece of hair on my burger. It was absolutely disgusting and off putting so I didn't finish my meal. I understand it's fast food and not the best overall quality but there shouldn't be body hair on burgers. The employees here clearly don't care about cleanliness. read more

This McDonalds is the worst. Placed a mobile order and pulled up to curbside. After 10 minutes went in to check and they said they never received it. OK technology does break down, however when I showed them my receipt and the money out of my bank account, they still refused to give me my order. I asked for managements number and they said they can't give out the number. So now I am out $25. Also staff was very rude. A manager who said her name was Monica couldn't even bother to help me turns out the actual manager's name is Harley. Either the employees are incompetent or management is. My guess it is both. Shamrock Shake Review Only: (1) Monday - Me - "Can I please have a small shamrock shake?" McDonalds attendant "Sorry our shake machine is down". Really???????? Just absurd. (2) Wednesday - Edible but not ideal. The green dye was clearly not mixing well with the shake and it was very in consistent. The whipped cream and cherry provided for nice presentationI struggled to finish as it was a little too sweet and couldnt help but thinking "this could be better". Not bad, could work with it. (3) Thursday - Cant really believe they served this to me. It was very liquidy and very green. Looked like slimer in a mcdonalds cup. I threw it out in the garbage can at the end of the drive thru. Overall, major inconsistency with the shamrock shake performance. This is your biggest month of the year in terms of milkshake expectations and you let me down. I might as well just go to the wawa down the street and use their shake machine. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Consistently. Long waits. Always wrong. It's unreal how bad it is

Ok...in the last years...Mc Ds. has done ok, with bringing in the Breakfast Steak Sandwich on a bagel and it was delicious. But the last couple of times. I have been turned off, because it has been hard, burnt and old tasting... ..and I know this is OLD news... BUT WHAT IS UP WITH PUTTING A HALF SLICE OF CHEESE ON THE FISH SANDWICH!!! WHO DOES THAT!!! That is good reason to protest. When you ask for extra cheese...they put the other half on giving you a whole piece of cheese!!! ..I know this is the company...because I went to others...to see if I am just being ripped off in Vineland...and they all do that... I don't know what it is...and or how much more bad for me it is...either way fast food is bad for me,... But there is something about MCDs Cheese...that is what makes it what it is.... and if they change THAT..I'm done and divorcing you....because its what keeps me coming back or I would of been gone by now...!!! Every time I go to this particular location, there is an issue! They either don't have something (hot mustard for nuggets), the order is incorrect, or the drive thru wait is obnoxiously long. Had 4 cars ahead and did not move for 15 minutes. I eventually pulled out and left. Went to Taco Bell.. In and out in 5 minutes. read more
