If I could give it 0 stars I would. My fiance and I went in on June 27th and payed for a bowl... besides there being hair in it, which i'm disgusted, it was also not appetizing. Ive been to a few in my lifetime and none more disappointing than this location. The workers are attentive and that is not the issue, the food is the issue. I walked in and automatically was taken care of . However, there werent too many options available and everything sitting out looked old. If you wanted fresh meat it wasnt an option . You would have to wait 5-10 minutes and that was only if what was available was almost gone. I was left with no choice but to order the extremely dry noodles with walnut shrimps, peanut chicken and the orange chicken. After eating just a few bite i ran to the restroom in extreme pain. My stomach is sensitive but this food must have been warmed up from the day before or wadnt kept well heated , im glad it didnt send me to the hospital but im sure if i would have ate more i would have had poisoning from the food. Arrived to have the server start my order then tell me that she couldn't give me the rest of it and would I want something else, I asked why would I want something else when I told her my order, she proceeded to say that they were all out, the cook was gone, and that the other server had promised that to someone else. i explained what I wanted and we had to wait until the cook returned to cook more food, once the cook finally showed up, she bagged up my food and could care less about the way she threw my food in the bag. I was anticipating the opening for a while now, finally got a chance to try when back in town for business. I always prefer Panda Express for a fast meal Chinese food rather than mon-pop shop, as they had very good quality control in place. All the store carried the same program, dishes taste about identical. Came here this time with my colleagues, I had two entree plate: stir fried shrimp and kongbao chicken. Both are goos as expected. However, rice was something different. The steam rice was bit of soft and felt like overnight or something. Only other complaint I have is that the floor in front of dishes was wet and slippery at the time, one of us almost fell. At least we can have a sign there to prevent some issue such as customer injure at your store. Hope it gets better after initial opening. read more

I place my order and was told that it was 4-5 minutes wait for Beijing beef.' place chow main in container and it sat on counter until entree was ready, COLD. The cheese Rangoon's were under cooked and also LUKEWARM AT best. It is hit or miss, mostly misses at this location. read more

This place just opened up so me and the wife figured we'd try it out. The drive thru line was about 20 cars deep and impossible to deal with. So we decided to venture in and take our chances. Inside was just as packed as the drive through and we waited in line of at least 30-40 minutes. It's a line style ordering process, you can get a small plate with 1 entrée 1 side, a medium plate with 2 entrées and 1 side, large plate with 3 entrées and 1 side or a family meal with 3 large entrées and 2 sides. The building was clean as it should be since it's been open for no amount of time. Staff was frienely and helpful . The food looked really good , so good in fact that it made you want to order 1 of everything. However there was 1 problem, the food looked way better then it tasted. The chow mein was dry and bland, the Shanghai steak was chewy and uneventful, the teriyaki chicken was ok not great and the orange chicken was actually not bad. My wife said the fried rice was terrible, and the rest of her meal was bland except the sweet fire chicken which I tried and agree it was pretty good. None of the meals come with a drink thats extra. The prices aren't terrible with the amount of food you get but don't expect an amazing meal here. I would go back if I was with a group or maybe just to give it another chance after it's been open a while. But my first instinct is to tell you to support your local neighborhood Chinese food joint. read more

First time trying Panda Express. I got the Honey walnut shrimp which was pretty good, just a tad too sweet. Also had the teriyaki chicken which was very dry & bland, like it's been sitting out a while. The fried rice was also bland. My food wasnt even hot , I had to warm it up when I got home. The crab rangoons tasted like sugary cream cheese in the center and they was over cooked. May give it another try but not anytime soon. I'd rather have the local Chinese food. read more

For a fast food, place is pretty clean and the service is pretty fast. HOWEVER, this was a very poor excuse for "Chinese food" if that's what you want to call it. Everything is bland. Teriyaki chicken, beef and broccoli, noodles, and rice. All tasteless. Noodles and rice are pretty basic Asian food. It's not that hard to put some taste into it, even just a little bit. If you lick a piece of cardboard, I bet you it would taste better. I get that Panda Express is a growing chain and the CEO is making tons of money but FOR SHAME!!!! I want my $15 back. Tried Panda Express because it's new in town and this town sure doesn't have many options. We got the Kung Pao chicken, the Orange chicken and the chicken egg roll. The orange chicken and kung pao were just ok. The white rice tasted like it was old, hard. They completely forgot our egg roll so we had to go back in to get it. Also, they didn't have the tea bar on the menu like they have on the online menu. Won't be going back, not impressed. Local Chinese take out is way better and better priced. read more

Went here for the first time tonight. I had no problems with the facility-- the staff was friendly and the manager was running around cleaning tables, refilling supplies, etc. The issue is with the food. I got the chicken teriyaki, broccoli beef, and chow mein. Both entrees were very bland, and the chow mein was too buttery. My boyfriend got the Beijing beef, orange chicken, and fried rice. I liked the beef (although it tasted more like chicken to me), but the chicken and rice were very bland as well. I would rather spend my money on a local Chinese restaurant where I could get much better food (and larger portions) for the same amount of money. read more

Definitely a great environment to take my kids there. We love going there for the fresh and affordable Chinese food. As a single dad, it's hard to balance work and family life so I try to come here once a week. It not only saves me time, but I also get to enjoy time with my kids. I was disappointed in the Chinese food chain; the menu was limited and it was a little greasy. It is conveniently located on Delsea Drive.

I ordered plate- 2 entree n 1 side. They mixed up my both entree's. Shrimp n chicken. It taste so stupid. The orange chicken had burnt flavor. Employees need more training. Drive thru map is shit. I decided to try our new Panda Express that opened. I never liked the one by my job in Florida but wanted to give this a try. Not impressed at all. I understand they just opened but it took us an hour to wait in line and order. While we are waiting the have the AC blaring like it's 100 degrees outside (we're in mid February). Once we got to order they were out of almost everything. I don't eat meat only seafood so there goes my lunch. I ordered white rice and mix veggies. it took them 25 min to figure out how to tell the cook to make vegetables and once they finally got them out it looked like all greens with a cream sauce. Yuck! My husband ordered a plate and they only had one of his entrees. He had to wait for his as well. Once it was ready they totally forgot about it. We sat down to eat and it was not good at all. I threw mine away. I decided to order veggie spring rolls since I was starving and I spit them out. Straight mush! The trash was piled high no napkins just a roll of paper towels. They don't have the eggplant and tofu, which is disappointing. My understanding is that Panda Express carries it only in some locations, so I guess Cumberland County doesn't rate as the tofu-eating type. :( My understanding is that nothing at Panda Express is really vegetarian because they don't separate cooking utensils for meat and non-meat dishes, but it would be nice to have a non-meat option. I do like their super greens side dish, which you can get instead of rice. Broccoli, kale, and cabbage, I think. On balance I think that PE is probably a little more healthful than traditional Chinese takeaway. In general, I think the vegetables are fresh. They state the nutrition information on the website and in the restaurant. Most of the entrees have reasonably low calories, and if you get the greens instead of some kind of rice, your meal is reasonably nutritious. I visited the day after they opened, and while it was very busy and the lines were very long, the staff was doing a great job keeping things moving and being pleasant. read more

I just tried to go to panda express for the first time and had an awful experience. They didn't have any vegetarian options. I looked on the online menu ahead of time and they had vegetarian options online but not in the restaurant. They also didn't have steak with asparagus they only had it with green beans. They didn't have the rices they were supposed to have. They also didn't have the tea bar. The staff was not very helpful and seemed very rude. We walked in and asked questions and immediately walked out. I will never go to this place again. I drove an hour to come here and didn't even get to eat. read more

Ordered the sweet fire chicken which was pretty good but the rice was old and dry and very bland!!!!! Customer service is horrible in this place!
