I often call for delivery and once the phone is picked up a good ten minutes of the conversation is the employee talking to the other co workers. When I finally get a chance to place my order, the person who takes the order tries to rush you off the phone by cutting you off mid sentence to once again talk to the co workers or take another order from someone who walked in the store. Then asks you to repeat your order again it's so frustrating that this happens every single time I call to place an order. I'll continue to eat here but I dont think I'll be calling for delivery often anymore.

First of all after the owner guaranteed it would be hot when my delivery got to my home, it was lukewarm! 2nd Fried Won Ton was so over cooked it was strong enough to cut glass... It was horrible and it tasted horrible 3rd The so-called hot and sour soup was absolutely the worst I have ever had in my entire life... There was not even the slightest resemblance to hot and sour soup whatsoever - it was a total fake!!! 4th Spring roll was tasteless and over cooked 5th Fried banana was so over cooked you couldn't even bite into it... It was horrible horrible horrible 6th The shrimp fried rice was undercooked and it had very little if any taste whatsoever and the onions in it were practically raw 7th The worst thing of this whole meal was the fact that they were too cheap to pack the normal set of Chinese packets of hot sauce, hot mustard, soy sauce or duck sauce... Not one little packet was sent with the order!! 8th The only good thing about this whole meal was the set of fortune cookies... Six for $1.50... They had at least decent fortunes in them I think we should report this establishment to the red Chinese government and have them revoke any sense of Chinese heritage from this travesty of cuisine!!! horrible horrible horrible !! I would've given it minus 10 stars if there was a scale for that!!
