I see the location at Alamo & Brunello gets bad reviews but today I had the best service ever! Rosie the drive thru cashier was funny and very personable! It really caught me by surprise. Lol. I only ordered two sweet teas so I can't speak about the food on this visit but had to write about my experience. The tea is watered down a bit. I miss the way they used to make it. They didn't have the usual lemon because the lemon slicer was broken. So they stopped ordering lemons. Lol. I have a suggestion: get the lemon slicer repaired or buy a new one. Several staff there speak very little English but they seem friendly enough. Back to Rosie...a great down to earth person to have greeting customers! read more

I went to pick up food for my kids and placed an order at the drive-thru. After paying at the first window, I was directed to pull up to the second window to wait for my order. While I was waiting, I noticed the car behind me was served before me, even though I had been waiting longer. When a staff member finally came to the window with my food, I politely asked for some ranch. She informed me that there would be an extra charge. I explained that I had been waiting for quite some time while other cars were being served more quickly, and that I felt I should be compensated with something as small as a free ranch. I then asked to speak with a manager. The manager, Jasmin Yuen, came to the window. She was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. I repeated the situation to her, and she still insisted I pay for the ranch. I agreed to pay the $0.25, but instead of resolving the issue, she slammed the window and walked away. At that point, I backed up my car and tried to speak with her again. I asked once more for the ranch, and she told me I was being refused service. When I asked her name, she initially gave her full name, but then said she could only provide her first name. I've been a loyal customer at this McDonald's location for the past seven years, but after this experience, I will not be returning. I've never filed a complaint before, but the way I was treated today by this manager left me extremely disappointed. This was truly poor customer service. read more

I came to this location and all I received was Very Very Poor customer service! The issue i had was my coffee wasnt made correctly. I did explain that I did purchase the coffee at another McDonald's and had my receipt to show i had just bought then within 20 minutes. Yolanda the morning shift Manager at this location said she couldn't help me and that I would need to buy new coffees or go back to the other McDonald's. That Was all she could do. Really! Ok its mcdonalds. But This location consistently is a letdown in customer service and or food quality. Usually the kids taking order in drive thru do not listen when taking my order. It took forever for the girl to just grab my credit card and take payment. They handed us our soda a covered in soda all over the cup . The large fries we got were OLD and half full. We were in a hurry for work and ate it. The last visit my double cheeseburger was nasty , old and cold. Last week i had to return a bad drink, they admitted they gave me an OLD SODA that was sitting around. The employees are overworked , could careless are underpaid and it shows. I don't know why I keep coming to this McDonald's. It consistently disappoints! I guess because it is literally 3 minutes from my house. Brought the kids here today for their after school snack. We each made our separate orders because we each have our own McD app with deals. I got a 6 piece chicken nuggets which as more like 4 plus an extra large one because it was 2 stuck together. It was just warm and texture was like they just took it out of the freezer and microwaved it, not crispy like out of a fryer. One son got a Quarter Pounder with Cheese which was burnt. My other son got a McDouble that did not look appetizing and was more like a Mc-1.5! Like always the service is extremely slow and took about 20 minutes to get all 3 of our orders. They just just drop you order at the counter and call out your number, then walk away without asking if you need sauce, napkins, etc. While eating, I saw people stand there for minutes waiting for someone to notice them to ask for a straw (they were out at the soda machine), asking for sauce, etc. This McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's that I have been to. ALL the employees need to get better training in food preparation and customer service! No employee here looks like they are happy to work here! This place just has horrible management! If it didn't have the McDonald's name, this place would have shut down a long time ago. McDonald's should be ashamed to have this restaurant under their name! read more

Got home, got my toddler started eating his breakfast, reached in and pulled out the other items to only bring out a blue Bugs Bunny bandaid with it. it's clearly worn and contaminated with blood on the inside. I've given this place lots of opportunities over the past couple of months to get something, anything right, but each and every time they miss the mark. From incorrect orders, to slow service, to just plain forgetting to give me half of the items I ordered, I'm surprised this place has any customers left. Heck, I'm surprised the employees here can manage to tie their own shoes. The last straw was when they made me wait ten minutes in the drive through for a cup of coffee.
