This McDonald's has really stepped up its game. We started coming here in the before times, and the kids always had a blast, even if it wasn't the cleanest and was occasionally crowded. The self-service kiosks to order are efficient, especially if you know what you want. The remodeled interior resembles an attempt at a boutique restaurant, and the servers who bring your food to your table were so very pleasant. The floor and tables were nearly spotless, and the restored Play Place is as fun as ever. The food was hot and fresh, too. I had the WORST experience at this McDonalds, I was on the phone trying to place an order and the worker was shockingly disrespectful from the start. First off, she kept on interrupting me by repeating, "How can I help you?" over 20 times, Second off she acted like she had no connection when I asked for her name and the manager. She was acting extremely snarky and when I called back she acted like she took my order and hung up. I have NEVER felt such a bad service in a McDonalds before. I don't regularly eat at McDonald's but I occasionally stop by this location if I'm driving by late at night and haven't eaten. The only thing I ever order is the bbq bacon burger which can be hit or miss but they usually do a good enough job at this location. Staff is usually friendly but I've had some crappy customer service at this location. I've only used the drive thru here and at times it's quick and other times you might as well turn off your car while you wait. I've also gotten their chocolate chip cookies which are usually good. You can actually ask them to warm up the cookies which sometimes helps improve the taste. Overall its an ok location. If you're just passing through it's good enough but again it all depends on what staff you get that day. read more

I hate this McDonalds! I have visited this location on numerous occasions. During the day its fine but after midnight the employees will ignore you until you leave without taking your order. It's supposed to be 24hrs but they never work after 12. Lights on, menu board lit but the employees scatter. Tonight I drove in and circled the lot before I went through the drive thru to make sure it was open. I saw people inside with the headset on, but when I went to order they ignored me. Every time I go to the drive through of this McDonalds the wait time is at least a 30 minute wait. Plus there is always something not available such as food or drink selections. Terrible. Went through the drive thru, ordered a Big Mac meal, large and Diet Coke. On the drive home, opened the bag to find chicken nuggets, half filled large fries, and coke to drink. Literally the whole meal wrong. Go back, after push back from management, she says she knows who got my meal. She takes the Big Mac, 20 minutes old, that was given to another customer and puts it in my bag and says here you go. I told her I don't want food someone else has touched. Overall ok but the young Caucasian lady running the number 2 window on 12-21-18 around 10pm, is extremely disrespectful. I asked for a receipt. She looked at me like I'm crazy. I asked again and she responded "Why?". I said because I want one. She closed the window in my face and began talking behind glass while throwing here hands up. While the renovations bring a refreshing experience to this old childhood memory, the service consistency still continues to remain the same especially while ordering from the drive thru. You feel a slight texture of crunchiness as you bite your way down the tender white meat covered in the sweet and sour sauce. Your mind and taste buds sit in shock as you try to comprehend the deliciousness of crispy nugget covered in ultimate sweetness. Then you have to switch it up because the sauce is too sweet and counter balance it with the bbq sauce. Once again your taste buds sit in shock as you continue that tasting from sauce to sauce. Then, as we are still waiting, we see the girl who was serving us leave! In the middle of our order! We waited a few more minutes and finally a man--who may have been a manager and was apologetic--came to the window. He had no idea what our order was so that took another couple of minutes. I went there last Sunday. Order a big Mac meal with a strawberry lemonade with no ice. When I got the drink the cup was half filled. I asked the person who took my order to fill the cup. She said the machine makes the drink. All she does is push the button for size cup. So she can't fill the cup. Then she tells me just because I asked for no ice does not mean I get more product. Then her manager comes and say the same thing about the the machine. Then he tells me next time order a large and they put it in a medium cup. So I will not know cup half full. I just walked a way after he said that. After I took two sips of it. I throw it in away because it had this bad after taste. I always ask for no ice and this is the first time I was ever given a half full ed cup. I went here yesterday after 4 weeks of not visiting since the stay at home order. Big mistake! Mostly because the staff wasn't taking the mask and glove protection order seriously. The Cashier wore his mask under his chin revealing his nose and mouth. Then the drive through window 1 worker (young lady) wasn't wearing gloves or a mask!! and when I asked she said she didn't like the feel of the gloves. Never explained why there was no mask. I threw everything she handed me right in the trash. I was so upset. What confidence do I have that my children's happy meals were handled by someone with gloves other than her who is taking our current situation serious. More importantly, how was this young girl protecting HERSELF from customers who may carry the virus. Do better mc Donald's. Enforce the rules for your staff. Aug 28 1:30pm. I ordered a wrap with chicken, tomato, cucumber and lettuce (#9 on the menu). It tasted bad. But only after a few bites did I realize they actually microwaved the wrap together with the salad! So the lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes came out warm and half cooked, absolutely disgusting.
