Okay, it's McDonalds. Sadly, there are variances from store to store, which I'll never understand since the comfort of knowing exactly what you'll get is why we go there. Right? I have even complimented this store for having the best biscuits. But it does have its problems regarding the insanity of the location. Getting in and out of there is enough to drive anyone bonkers. Perhaps I'll video it on a Saturday morning!! LOL, can't stop. So I'm writing this for a friend who sometimes picks us up breakfast before heading out on weekends. Bless her tenacity. But I think this was the last straw for her. They never get it right, argue w/ her about how many sauces she can have, etc. Theyve actually gone back/forth w/ her in the parking lot. Which makes this seem minor in comparison. I use to order biscuit/ gravy there w/ gravy on the side. "That's the way we serve it." Great. But again, you never know. So she ordered 1 biscuit w/ gravy on the side: SEE TKT. It specifies "Special Request" on the biscuit. When she opened her bag of goodies she nearly threw the bag across the room. But, gravy from the top of the biscuit would've splattered everywhere. I'm just hoping management somewhere is aware of what a nightmare this store is. (Oh, wish I had a pix of BURNT!! McMuffin someone brought me from there. Disgusting. ) Don't ask me why they got 3*. I guess cause we, as a country, are addicted. read more

Food was awesome!!! There were 2 errors, but they were order errors not the fault of the store, and they were corrected swiftly. The manager saw that I was dissatisfied, and addressed my issues immediately. The fries were delicious - like the old days. This McDonald's gets my order right pretty much every time I go there. On this specific day, I don't know who was working but had the best burger. I always ask for extra pickles and at other places would get one extra but they hooked me up! I had the best day because of it. read more

It's hard to describe the sheer loveliness of this location. Overlooking a blanket of smog, the windows are full of happy customers eating burgers. My daughter and I come here fairly often, usually when we're in the mood for a Big Mac dripping with all the fixins. This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Some days it's good but most days it's bad the lady who has the drive-through does not understand add mayonnaise to your sandwich. I explained it to her that I wanted mayonnaise added to it she said OK. I get to the order window to pick up my order and they have mayonnaise packets in there I asked them to specifically put it on the sandwich no mayo packet. The lady proceeded to tell me again that they can't add mayonnaise to the sandwiches that's why they've added packets. I just wish when you pay for a service, they give u that service. I am at St. John's hospital right down the street, just gave birth to my baby boy and my fiancé went there at 3 in the morning to get me something to eat since I haven't been able to eat for 24 hours and he sat in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes he said no one would answer him and there were cars and workers hiding inside. Just visited for the 3rd time in 30 days and though no visit has ever been good this one was bad enough to achieve a review. Where to start. 1. I only use the drive through because this location demands quick and reliable means of escape in case you get frustrated enough to consider committing a verbal felony. 2. I have not once in 3 visits ever got my order taken correctly. On the previous visit at this location not only did I have to correct my order at the pay window but I had to have them correct my order when it was given to me at the 2nd window. 3. On THIS VISIT they didn't even take 1/3 of my order when I ordered. The car in front of me had to correct their whole order at the pay window and I got to watch the complete frustration erupt from the nice lady trying to feed her small children. Needless to say this took a good amount of time. Long enough in fact that the Tulsa P.D. cruiser behind me in line gave up and left in no particular hurry at all. 4. When I did get my order I did my usual "fry check". AWFUL and I wan't a bit afraid to tell the lady. Here's the big kicker... She actually had the gull to look at me and ask me if I expected fresh food? I actually told her that until they let me spend counterfeit currency that I ABSOLUTELY EXPECT FRESH FOOD FROM EATING ESTABLISHMENT! In a exasperated manner she told me to go park over there and wait, like I was wasting her time. Bonus advice to any prospective customer: It would be wise if you carry a English/Spanish dictionary with you in the car to facilitate placing your order because all the order takers need a copy of a Rosetta Stone course of English speaking. I am amazed that a McDonalds located at the end of Cherry Street in a fairly affluent neighborhood would be this bad but it is actually one of the worst locations in recent memory I have endured. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Fish Store and waste your money. If you don't know how I feel about the Fish Store chains (LJS) I got a review that covers most of them too! This place is a total joke. The "manager" is inadequate and tries to argue with you that the pop she pushes the button for was diet, when in fact it wasn't. The last FIVE times, this has happened to me. I can't have sugar. My friend ordered an egg McMuffin and we waited a good 15 min for that. The manager told me she didn't know where it was at. My other friend ordered a Big Mac and got a double quarter pounder. We just gave up at that point. I work late hours and live just a few blocks away, so this location is convenient for me. But if I'm going to be forced to sit in a drive thru for 30 min, I might as well go sit at whataburger. The food is better and I can understand the English they speak to me. read more

My comment is about the nice Hispanic kids that work there and can neither speak nor understand English. This sometimes makes for a hand-signaling joke just for a pack of salt. So I relplied, "one moment please," since I wasn't quite decided on what to get. About 20 seconds later when I was ready I told the girl and she said "hang on give me one second." I go to this McDonald's every day because the food is always hot and never stale. I have always liked this McDonald's and now they have lost a daily customer because they were unwilling to except the coupon printed on the top of the McDonald's receipt. This is ridiculous and I have never had a problem using this receipt at any McDonald's. During this time of quarantine due to COVID-19 I am a single mother and I am very strapped for cash as I I am unemployed now and have not received any of my benefits. I can't believe the owner of this particular establishment is so cheap they will not except McDonald's coupons. I tried to place a drive through order at 10:27 am. I wanted to order lunch but knew it wasn't quite 10:30 yet. I started out by saying, "I know it's not quite 10:30 but I can wait a few minutes for the food to cook." The lady told me that she couldn't complete my order because it wasn't 10:30 yet. I asked, "I can't place it now and just wait?" She informed me that she "can't do preorders because the order would get lost." It was 3 minutes!! If the lady working the drivethrough legitimately couldn't process my order then the company needs to create a better system. So after driving out of my way to go there and waiting in line, I left and took my business to another establishment. I've also been served the wrong food and been served orange juice with a bug in it at this same location. The McDonalds at 41st and Yale in Tulsa use to be a pretty good location. Over the past several months it has just got worse and worse. I was in line for 11 minutes this morning. When I got to the last window they asked me to pull forward to wait for my order. I refused because the last time I did that they just left me hanging. I get to work with my breakfast, open it up and the scrambled eggs looked as if they had been thrown on the floor. I guess the extra time I waited was so they could overcook my breakfast to the point of being inedible. This location though very convenient to my work route has lose my business. read more

Well, where do I begin? Not the first time I've had a problem at this business. This is about McDonald's and Uber Eats. Ordered a Big Mac and order of fries on Sunday morning early. I received my order in approximately 40 minutes. The driver was extremely pleasant. Now lets get to the food. The burger patties were so old and dried out and had burn spots on them, couldn't even eat the burger. The bottom bun was burnt, so when I took the sandwich out of the box, the bun stuck to the bottom of the box and tore in half. The French fries, well they must have been made when I put in my order and then 40 minutes later. Well you know. French fries from McDonald's taste like crap if they are even 5 minutes old. Shame on the manager on duty to even think about serving that quality of food. Obviously the meat was VERY old. and burnt. Lets get to Uber Eats now. I sent them a picture of the food and explained that it was terrible and not even eatable. Then sent a response after a while and said they would address it with the restaurant, but would not be giving me any credit. So basically I spent 12.00 for food I couldn't even eat. I will never go back to this McDonald's and I will never order food from Uber Eats again. Watch out people. Went through the drive-thru to get coffee. One drink and I had a big hair in my mouth. It was caught under the lid and it was black and I have red hair. Def not mine! Hygiene should be extremely important in any food service and keeping your hair out of the food and drink should be a top priority. It's just gross. read more
