Stoped this afternoon about 2:30 pm for a Big Arch lunch. Used the kiosk which is difficult and took much longer then if I had had a person to talk to. Got the meal deal input and paid and took my table sign and had a seat. Eventually one of the girls brought me my tray. Sandwich was pretty decent and the meal was only $12.99 before tax. Pretty reasonable for a two patty burger these days. Came with a medium drink and those addictive McDonald fries. I really like the sauce they put on it. Certainly plenty of food. Good music playing in the background. Steady foot traffic inside here so McDonald's is as popular as ever. It is what it is. read more

Not a good McDonald's experience. The kitchen was flooded and the employees were trying their best to keep the water from going into the lobby. The ice is ice and the bag was ripping at the top. Yeah definitely not a well oiled MCD. The place has the updated interior, but again flooding and water in the lobby. The drive through lane also gets in the way of parked vehicles. read more

Since last year this McDonald's location has orders wrong and the employees talk back and lie about what you order...I went there today and the employee said what's wrong with me? Service is HORRIBLE! Never go in the morning, having to deal with the "manager" Chrystal is always a shitty experience. The first time I had to deal with her was because my pie was burned and I was told I could go back for a different one. She proceeded to tell me I was lying and it wasn't burned. Not only was she telling me as a customer that I was a liar, but she was SO RUDE! I had to deal with her again this morning because there was no brown sugar in my oatmeal so I went back and asked for some. She proceeded to tell me that it's a premix and the brown sugar is in the mix when every time I order it I can visually see brown sugar in it. Of course all I got was attitude from her AGAIN! I live closest to this McDonalds but will drive all the way to 1st and Grant in the morning just to not have to ever deal with her again. first i pulled up to mcdonalds with my app ready to get my free fries from points, then im not sure if the tech lagged or something but it took my points before i even ordered them and then i couldn't get my free fries. Then, i ordered a medium mcnugget meal and they charged me for it and forgot my fries. The main reason i went was to get the fries. This McDonald's has the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had anywhere in the country. Really good fresh decaf coffee made to order and the service is quick. Best in town! Best .99 cent ice cream cone . Always fresh! The restaurant it's very clean. I think this restaurant has great managers and team running the place and it shows in the food they make. Great place to take your kids for breakfast or ice cream! I'm pretty sure the rest of the menu it's also excellent. Who knew that McDonald's food can be this good!! Now, if the only had some GF items( burger buns, hot cakes, etc) for people like me who are allergic to gluten, that will make this restaurant on of the top fast food restaurant in town and maybe even the country. read more

River Road and La Cholla, Tucson. Went inside to order. Wanted to wash up before eating, so the Manager(?) punched the code for me. After I washed up, I tried to order, but girl said I have to use the big screen thing. I am 71 and am used to ordering from someone, plus normally I use the drive through for my orders, but it was Very busy, that's why I went in the restaurant. Back to the Screen thing I've never used... As I was trying to figure out why it wasn't working for me, the same girl helped two ladies. How inconsiderate! The dining room is always filthy. The employees treat the customers as an inconvenience. Approximately 60% of the time, the order will be wrong or missing items. The fry boxes are always half empty. I asked for a wash rag to clean the table off, and the employee stated, "it doesn't need it, I just cleaned the lobby." Came in tonight. Ordered a kids meal and 10 piece meal. No toy for my daughter. No sweet and sour sauce for my wife. Called the manager. We placed an order for pick up. I used the wrong card and called to correct it. The manager said he couldn't and my order was ready. I said i just need to pay on a different card. He said well you can't come get it and hung up on me, so I drove over. This manager here was completely rude, self admitted he can't do his job, doesn't know how to refund money, was rude, talked about customers behind their back, refused to assist me, hung up on me, messed up my order. Said it was my fault, and I should think first. This was the worst experience I have ever had, at any restaurant. I see why they got so few stars. If I could give 0 or negative, I would. I live nearby and I can always count on this McDonald's on Ironwood to skimp the fries. They'll put ketchup packets instead to hide the amount of fries they didn't put. We were waiting with our windows down and heard a customer complain about being given the wrong order. I am happy to be able to give 1 star because the person who took my order was nice. The zero stars if I could give that would be to the person who packed my meal. My kids love happy meals and most things McDonald's and I did too when I was a kid but as an adult, not so much. It is convenient and fast when we need a quick meal on the road. I skipped meals today and found myself hungry near this location so figured I could use my coupon and grab a meal. I did, and the bag was handed to me and I drove away after placing it right side up on my passenger seat. I just opened it and the fries are completely upside down. It isn't sitting on its side or didn't have any shaking by me and I assume the employee but it looks like it was literally placed or tossed maybe upside down as it was standing on its top. This place has gotten a very modern makeover. It does have a very nice play area for the kids. I walked in tonight and stood at the register trying to order food. I stood there for 10 minutes and noome came to the register. People were standing around in the kitchen. Finally I saw these computers that you go tyoe in what you want to order and them take a number and put it on your table. Another 15 minutes and someone comes to your table with your food. It's almost like a restaurant, only it's the same low quality food. It's like they want it to be so modern and it does look modern, but now it's just fast food that isn't very fast. This is by far the slowest McDonalds I have ever seen. It's very modern but maybe it's just the management, but it's not so fast food. The french fries are still good, but you can see from my pictures that the burgers are getting smaller and don't look like they took much time putting them together. Very disappointing! read more

This place was under construction when I went, and the drive thru was closed, but the dining room was open. The decor was a mess, as should have been expected, but it's soon to become a more modern looking location than it was. The customer service was friendly, but awfully slow. I waited in line for about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. There were two people in line ahead of me, all who were grumbling about the wait. When the food arrived, I did not get what I ordered. Not only that, but the burger and fries I got were cold for some reason. They were fine with providing me a new one. I can only surmise that I came here on an off day, or to a badly managed location. Went to this location on Saturday 9/7/2019 for some lunch on the way home from errands. We placed our order at 11:17 am. While waiting for our food, we saw numerous people coming in who had gone through the drive through and not received the correct food. We heard the shift manager yelling at her people about a breakfast order. There were numerous problems and all pointed to the fact that the shift manager lost control of her people and the situation. At 11:34am, one lady approached the counter and asked for a shift leader. She pointed out to the shift lead that she placed her order at 10:54am and still did not have her food. We ended up waiting until about 11:42 to receive our food, which is about 25 minutes after we placed the order. While our order was correct, we still waited a ridiculous amount of time. It appeared that the entire crew was paying more attention to the drive thru customers than the walk-in customers. I will not be returning to this McDonalds anytime soon. read more

I have never been unsatisfied with McDonald's until I stopped here. Went through drive thru. Being charged for a full meal when no foutian drinks or tea was available. They wanted to give me milk, water or apple juice, really? These are adult meals paying 27.00. When driving up to window to collect my food, the fountian machine was working. When I asked to pay additional money for sweet tea, I was told to get back in drive thru line. Really? 15 to 20 min again? What happened to customer service?? Make it easy for your customers. I left and called back to speak to manager, the person who answered, Reyna, supposedlya manager? had no customer service skills. I know my 3 yr old grandson has more well mannered skills than she did. Talking and cutting me off to tell me they offered milk, water or apple juice. She never let me speak and hung up on me. So thankful this McDonald's is right down the street from my house. And super surprised by how sweet the workers are here. I read other reviews and they were terrible but whoever I had gotten tonight was the sweetest young lady. My order had been completed fast and correctly. I order a #2 with bacon and I'm always surprised with how much extra bacon I get and it never takes more then 5-10 minutes to get in and out! Thank you to the people working tonight! read more
