Not bad. I ordered the Poutine which was decent. It had everything a poutine should have in there: cheese curds, gravy, and fries. The price was reasonable. It tasted alright. We came on a weeknight around midnight, and I was surprised to see a decent amount of people waiting for their food. There were like one or two small tables inside, I didn't look too hard because the space was so small and it was occupied anyways. So we just stood where we could after ordering. Even finding a place to stand and wait was a little tricky because it was a small space, so it feels like you're standing in someone's way if they needed to get by. Not a great ambiance to sit inside. It is a little hidden due to construction and scaffolding as well. Anyways, not bad but not amazing. It got the job done. read more

If I could give 0 stars I really would . it smells disgusting in there because someone took a dump on the floor. It smelled so bad I felt really really nauseous while being there and after i got out of the store for the next 30 mins. The staff didn't even try to fix that problem as all they did is sprayed an air freshener. For the food, the staff was really slow we were waiting for our food for about 8-9 mins and there wasn't a lot of people there either. Didn't even give me any napkins or the sauce that I ordered. Honestly every time I have tried to order ubereats from this location over the last 5 years something has gone wrong. Items are wrong or missing, it's cold, fries more in the bottom of the bag than in the container. But I can't order from this place again after waiting TWO hours for my order to be ready for pickup only for half the order to be missing. You can order completely from the touch screen in front. It doesn't offer any customization if someone didn't want particular items on their orders, so for the picky eaters like myself this is not completely ideal lol. Either way it's still dope, I haven't seen these in the states yet. Last I checked they have construction going on in the area so parking wasn't ideal. Kind of hidden due to all the construction at Yonge and Eglinton. Service is faster than the average McDonalds in Toronto. So far, every time I came for fries, it's been super fresh where it actually burns your fingers if held for too long. read more

They're capable of getting your order right but don't expect much else from that. Service was slow and I was very disappointed in my McFlurry order, as it came out as a foamy, liquid mess by the time it was ready. The ice cream was also only 2/3 of the way full from what I expected. read more

In regards to accuracy of information provided by other reviews, the photo of the self serve kiosk is not from 20 Eglinton E and Yonge. Second, 20 Eglinton E is not a drive thru location as reported in another review. Let me be the first one to actually write a review for the 20 Eglinton E location. I have been to this location for many years. I have never had a complaint about the food quality and customer service. I don't recall them screwing up my order. The only issue I have is I wish the management would be more aggressive dealing with the students who don't order anything or make a huge mess and hang around taking up limited seating. McDonalds is now offering an all day breakfast menu. I took up their offer and wanted to see how fast they can serve me a Sauage 'N Egg McMuffin. From the time my order was placed, it took 4 minutes and 30 seconds to get my order. That's pretty fast on a Sunday at 5:30pm. It tasted pretty good. I will continue to come to the 20 Eglinton E location as I am satisfied leaving this location each time. read more

Late night hunger pangs after a concert and this is the only thing I can see open after midnight that's close enough to me that I won't have to go home, open the fridge and stare for 5 minutes whining there is nothing to eat. Drive through is a godsend although i do like fast food joints where I can see what they are doing - no dropping the patty and putting back on the bun! This McDonalds @ Yonge/Eglinton is now closed to the public. No notice on the door clearly stating that it is CLOSED TO CUSTOMERS but there is a sign on the front door telling customers to social distance from one another! i came in at 1230am on January 29. there was a flood from the washroom spewing dirty toilet water to about an inch high from the order counter. When i had inquired about the issue i recieved confirmation that the owners had refused to close the restaurant despite this being an obvious food code violation. I walked home in toilet water infused shoes in the snow. I will be following up with this with photos of the flooded restaurant and water flowing freely from the washrooms if I am not gotten back to in a timely matter. read more

One of the smallest and busiest McDonald's I've been to. The front desk area is small and for the moment, this McDonald's is frequented often by construction workers, business people and some stragglers. Longer and tighter wait than other McDonald's but since it's the only in the area I return often. read more

Easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in Toronto. It's my neighbourhood location, so I go more often that I would like. They are regularly out of common menu items. UberEats is a major problem here, as customers who got off their butts and came to the restaurant in person are given less priority than Uber drivers. On more than one occasion, I have been the only in-person customer, watching as over a dozen Uber orders are fulfilled before mine. Patience is a virtue here because you WILL be waiting. The worst part, however, is how dirty the place is. The bathrooms are right beside the counter and the whole place reeks of excrement. The garbage cans are always overflowing. And I finally stopped coming after looking into the kitchen and seeing some frozen french fries dropped onto the floor and then put back into the basket and into the fryer. Complaints seem to be unheard, so I am complaining with my wallet by not giving them my business anymore. read more
