Service is not bad. Most employees seem to know what they're doing. But the ice machine at the drink counter has been broken for months. There is an ice chest behind the order counter that they scoop ice out of to put in your cup. I finally asked an employee about it a couple of months ago. Customers beware!!! I placed a mobile order. Paid for it in the app. Get there. Breakfast sandwich was ready Caramel Iced Coffee was not. Asked me to pull to #1. I asked them if they really wanted me to do that as it was raining. Dustin. Manager tells me he's got it and would bring it to me. That was 8:21 am. I did a was asked. At 8:35 I pulled around to outside the drive thru. The lady knew what I wanted and printed to the front door and turned to someone I guessed to tell them to bring my coffee. The lady behind the counter gave me a what do you need and I signed back coffee. She shrugged like she had no idea what I was talking about. I left my car parked and went inside. IN THE RAIN!!! I told them I needed my coffee. I really was not in the mood to listen to excuses. I said I've been sitting outside for over 10 minutes waiting on you to make a nice coffee. Then they told me that I did not need to be loud and I was like at this point I didn't care who heard me. Number one you don't get rude with a customer when you were in the wrong number two this is the 6th order that I know of that Dustin manager that was visible. I took my coffee and headed out the door when I heard him make the comment that I was always like that whenever I came in. No that is wrong I am generally nice sweet kind understanding and very thankful for the people who are helping me However I can overlook one time but six no he made I did turn around and told him in a very loud voice you know I can hear. Then I get to work pull the coffee out to start drinking it and the entire bottom of the cup is covered in coffee grounds. Free food isn't going to fix this people they need to get rid of Dustin and I think we need to talk with our pocketbooks and not shopping there. Order door dash Big Mc when I received it there was no meat on the sandwich called McDonald's and they said to come back and they would replace it key word in the whole scenario is DOOR DASH it clear there was no meat ever was on the sandwich so why should I have too pay for the sandwich at all fries were hot though! read more

Worst McDonald's I've been too. Smells like rotten food that's been sitting around for weeks as soon as you walk in. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first time I went but a month later I tried again and still the smell. Guess they don't care as nothing has been done about it still. The employees don't know what the dome lid is for. This is how I received a caramel sundae. Underneath the caramel, the ice cream was melted. That's it for me. Ordered three icees, and last few times got empty dome lods and so asked for the dome lids to be filled (because, duh, that's what they are for) and they made less than half-filled drink cups and handed them to me out the window. Never again. This is why businesses do not thrive in Toccoa. And the price was outrageous for cheat8ng the customer. We drive to Racetrac in Cornelia and put in dome- lid cups and fill them up, ourselves. Much better quality and we know how to self-serve. This treatment of customer base is unacceptable, period. Okay, so if there was a 1/2 star option, I would have chosen it. Unfortunately, 1 star is as low as I can go. This McDonalds, while it has been renovated, misses the mark. In fact, if they were aiming for bullseye, they actually missed the entire dartboard. They're the guy that starts playing darts about a 6pack in and puts in the backside of an innocent bystander. Went in today for what I hoped to be a relatively quick and pleasant lunch. It was not. Freshly renovated but there was an awful smell that I couldn't figure out. Like really really pungent. That alone turned my stomach. Ordered and waited about 10 minutes for food. I understand 10 minutes isn't that long, but it's fast food, c'mon. They were out of sweet tea at 12:00pm, out of yogurt parfaits, and didn't have any salt. Smh. After finishing the meal, which was ok, I went to find more tea. Waited several minutes at the counter, no one acknowledged I was there, threw out my drink, and left. However, I did manage get a good shot at the newly installed ceiling near the counter. And when you go back due to them forgetting your food they want to treat you like you've done something wrong or just trying to get extra food. The attendant first comes out to notify me that some items weren't available, that was fine. She found me with no problem.
