This McDonald's is never open in the morning. I was waiting for 10 mins. at 6 am in the drive thru and there were cars in the parking lot, people inside drinking coffee and they wouldn't open. So why are there doors locked and there refusing me service more than two hours before scheduled closing time. Is this really where we are at in this country. Unbelievable, unacceptable. Ordered a happy meal at the counter and waited an excessive amount of time while workers talking and laughing and clearly in no hurry to fill orders inside and one worker hustled orders to the drive up window. Terrible customer service and they stole from me. Last week, I ordered 5 mcflurries and a cheeseburger through the mobile app. I arrive at the drive through and they told me the machine was broken and i was told I could request a refund through that app. Since I was driving, I waited until I got home. The app says I need to go to the store to request a refund. I couldn't get there for a few days because I live and work in a different direction. When I go in the manager said she would get fired if she refunded $30 worth of food since I couldn't prove I didn't get it. I explained that it was impossible for me to get the ice cream if their machine was broken and they should have some record of that. She said it was my fault for not coming in for a refund right away and I again explained about the worker who told me to request it through the app. She asked who told me that and I gave a physical description of the worker and the manager told me that no one who matches that description works there, as if I was lying. It just seems really obvious to me that if their machine is broken I should be offered a full refund and I don't understand why she or her higher ups would have a problem with this. I even said I would accept a gift card credit to be accommodating. They ended up refunded me 3 of the 5 ice creams since I had used a discount code in the app but it was still $4 short and I had to waste gas driving back there. read more

The woman manager is a mess! Today she had no mask on while she was making the fries. I literally witnessed spit fly out of her mouth onto the fries that she served to people at the drive through. She saw that I saw her with no mask on then she put it back on. She was sweating bullets. She did not look healthy. On top of all of this she is incredibly rude. I was going about my normal Sunday afternoon and decided to pull into this specific McDonald's as it was near my final destination. I craved a 20 piece McNugget with a large fry and large Diet Coke to keep the calories down. I didn't have much of an issue ordering my meal as all I had to say were a few sentences. My food came fairly quickly and I grasped the bag of grub to head back to my vehicle. I decided to wait to consume the meal until I had arrived at my destination. After scarfing down the fries, I grabbed the box of chicken nuggets that have a big 20 on it indicating the number of nuggets of course. I had notice something Erie about the box. It seemed quite light. I opened the box and decided to count the bite sized pieces of poultry. I finished counting at 19 and to my surprise, there was no nuggets remaining in the cardboard that they were handed to me in. "Hm that's a bit odd" I thought as I began recounting the nuggets. Once again, I had finished with the number 19. I was baffled that a large chain such as McDonald's would scam me out of my money. I had paid, up front, $14.71 for 20 chicken McNuggets. Not this disappointment of one less! If I wanted 19, then it would say so on the receipt I hold as evidence! I would not recommend this establishment to any soul looking for the correct number of food items in their order. I suggest whoever is in charge of this workplace gets their act together! Kid at the window was the rudest ever. I waited LITERALLY 45 minutes. The only reason I waited so long was because my passenger was slightly intoxicated and really had their heart set on junk food.
