My rice bowl was piping hot (yum) and they did seem to go easy on the sauce, so the rice at the bottom wasn't swimming in the soy-ginger sauce. Portion size was great given the price, and I thought it was filling without leaving me feeling bloated. What struck us the most were the prices.
