So normally I write kind of detailed review of a place but this one wasn't very good so I don't need to go very far into it. I've been there twice, my mistake should have learned after the first time. Both times went through the drive-thru for breakfast. Both times there were no cars in front of me and it's still took 10 to 15 minutes to get food. But you had to wait, you must have gotten warm fresh food? Oh no it wasn't. Seems like the got new management there cause the service has drastically changed. Last half a dozen times Or so my orders been quick and correct. And the quality has improved as well. I actually commented to staff at the 2nd window how impressed I was. They said there one of the top McDonald's in Northern Ontario now! Good job keep it up. read more

A quick breakfast with my friend before we get on the road homeward bound. McDonald's breakfast burritos on the menu. Predictably plain Jane taste/flavour but the cost is good. Service and order fulfillment was quick. read more

Of all the fast food options in Sudbury, this is definately the one with the WORST service. I have tried several times and each time the service has been terrible. Orders received are wrong, and "management" has no idea what good customer service is. read more

Went through the drive through late one night with my friends on our study break to get some coffees.. tell me why they asked us to leave for us saying we weren't able to hear them because the truck at the other mic was revving their engine, may I add they also turned off their vehicle to order their food because they couldn't hear and yet were revving while we tried. They were so loud that every time the guy repeated my order to me he either said that he couldn't hear me or got our order wrong. It got to the point where I was just going to ask if I could drive us and order at the window trying to yell over this guys engine when the employee said I could pull up. So I asked "to the window?" Which he replied "no you can leave, we're not serving you!" How is it fair that the people causing issues for everyone behind him isn't asked to leave and is served with ease while we were simply trying to get coffees on our break we were rudely asked to leave the drive through. read more

Slow inefficient service. Twenty minutes for a happy meal and wrap is a bit much. Could maintain cleanliness a bit better also

The worst McDonald's in town. I would prefer to drive to the other end of the city if it meant my order would be correct and my food would be hot. Every single time something is wrong with my order. Service is very slow since they installed the self check out. The staff seems totally disconnected with the customer. on several occasions I've waited 12 mins to get a coffee and a PRE-MADE Muffin. 12 mins waiting out of a 15 mins break.. those 3 remaining mins weren't very relaxing !!!!! read more
