Never a dull moment at the downtown Tim's. The WORST part about it? The ridiculously slow speed. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes from the time you order to the time you get your bagel, donut or coffee. One night I waited about 15 minutes just to be served. What they need to do is have a small express Tim's in the bus depot during the peak hours. Simply serve up coffee and donuts. And during the proper seasons, hot chocolate or ice caps since a majority of the people that do come here are between buses, or bus drivers from the transit depot which is right next door. There is wifi and it's fairly quick. Update: The wifi has not been operational for quite sometime now.
