Absolutely DESPICABLE "restaurant"! First of all, they had what seemed to be a 80-90 year old frail woman WITH A WALKER working at the drive thru. Second of all, took ONE BITE of this double quarter pounder only to immediately throw it back up after seeing that the ENTIRE THING, both patties, WERE COMPLETELY RAW! Absolutely disgusting and do not, by any means, recommend this place. I have given them chance after chance and every time this disappointed. Whether it be by slow service, or their food. Just had THE WORST egg mcmuffin meal EVER. The meat was 1/16 of an inch and black ad coal... the bun as well was burned on the edges... Awful ... it will not ever happen again... It goes without saying, don't except much from McDonald's, with that in mind I excepted nothing and was still let down. The manager needs to slow down, please I understand as someone who was once a manager at a retail store you want to keep lines short, customers happy, and the food going, however you can't do that in a frantic manner, she was yelling for associates to get out the way so she can give me my tray, I understand there is hot coffee on the tray but don't yell at your associates in front of me, you shouldn't be swinging around so quickly slow down, slow and steady wins the race. The place seemed clean which is nice, and it has a play area which is rare to find in a lot of McDonald's now a days. I got your basic dude meal ‍ hash brown, Sausage, egg, and cheese muffin and the orange juice. I decided to come to this McDonald's and use the drive through, around 10:15pm tonight, I had a long day traveling and just wanted to get something yummy but quick due to the fact that a bed was calling my name so tired of traveling so I speak to the person (female) I provide my order of the Big Mac meal with no salt on my fries, I also requested extra lettuce, the drive through person looked overwhelmed just running around try to get the food together, they have windows invaded in plexiglass but no welcoming hello no smile actually was rushing I paid she gave me the bag, I asked no salt on the fries? She said yes no salt on the fries and walk away, I drove away, I stop and proceeded to park so I could enjoy my McDonald fries that actually enveloping my car with a irresistible mouth watering aroma of fresh fries!!! I was so happy the fries were freshly made shoe string style with an outer crisp and soft potato inside oh!!!! So good plus satisfying, but how I Love these fries, then I get ready, my tongue tingles with joy of eating my Big Mac, I have a serious relationship with the Big Mac since I was a pre-teenager, after church my family would head over to McDonald's which included my mother's brothers and sisters, at the time they were fourteen of them most married with their spouses and all the children basically we would take over the McDonald's every Sunday after church, ok enough reminiscing back to the Big Mac, the first time I had a Big Mac I fell in love with that magic sauce but the bread in the middle is the best, it makes the Big Mac special but then the sour pickles, fresh crunchy lettuce, oh don't forget the slice of cheese that covers the patty light a blanket of love, so biting into this combination of so many flavors has a hold on me still into my adulthood so ok I open my little box where my Big Mac is waiting for me to devour with a raging hunger of a day of traveling with no stopping for any food, so as I finished my last fries I open the box and I am not able to express the sadness I felt looking at a very sloppy put together in such a rush that there was no magic sauce but a dip of a drop of the sauce that makes the Big Mac so uniquely delicious, it had three pieces of lettuce that's it three pieces, then I realize the worst the meat is not juicy but very hard and dried but the worst was yet to come it was cold, it's so disappointing and yes it's just a meal but after traveling since 4:30 am I just really wanted my Big Mac, I just put it in the trash but forgot to take a picture but believe me it was a mess, they are following Covid-19 guidelines, staff has mask and gloves, so I have interacted with the morning shift they are the ones I give the three stars, they are friendly, courtesy and welcoming. I usually get my Big Mac fix from the morning shift, always have received beautiful Big Mac with great customer services. So try to order early and skip the evening ordering. I was waited on rather quickly, and the server was friendly. I figured that I had to buy two large sandwiches to use my coupon; so figured I'd have the same thing for lunch the next day. This is probably the nicest McDonald's that I have been to in the area. They are clean, updated and the staff was constantly cleaning the kids play area. This is a very cozy location and creates an "upscale" feel with the fireplace. The only thing I did not appreciate was the lack of attention from the staff behind the counter. After receiving my order I noticed that I was missing my sauces that I ordered and there was no ketchup from the self serve area. I waited at the counter while others proceeded to get there order taken and food received and different employees coming and going- no one even attempted to look up at me. Everyone is so focused on the computer and getting the order out, and I get it that's how you're scored as an employee with timing..... but you're missing the point of customer service. Eventually I spoke up and asked for some sauce but it took way too long. We will be back because it is a nice and clean play area. Tip! Song the Big Mac song and get a free pie. read more

Well then....... I stopped here during a road trip when I was hungry. So I come in and see two big families taking up the entire line for ordering. It was nearly 13 minutes before I could even order. After that, it took about 24 MINUTES (and I'm not making this up) for my food to be ready. The food itself felt poorly made and cheap. I ordered Two Cheeseburgers with just ketchup and pickles. The bun felt so crusty and hard. The meat patty tasted very undercooked and stale. The pickles and ketchup were both good though. But overall, this place i hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever had the displeasure of coming to. There is a Burger King across the street. I haven't been to it at all, but if you do find yourself in the area of this McDonald's, drive by and go to Burger King. Do yourself a favor. If you have read my past reviews, you know I do Pros and Cons for the locations I go to. But here, there are no pros. ITS ALL CONS. So, obviously I do not recommend this location at all. read more

I can't say enough about this McDonald's, I just recently moved to this area and have been eating at McDonald's for over 40 years. This McDonald's is the worst I have ever eaten at. I ordered food on several different occasions and it is always cold and old. I haven't got one meal that as fresh or even hot enough to qualify as FDA approved. I attempted to leave feedback on the McDonald's website but there isn't anywhere to leave it. I give one word of advice, go somewhere else eat. This is a great place to eat and relax! The manager really cares and has super hard working employees that keep it very clean, most are college students that are fun to order from. They hired an elderly man who cleans the parking lot. He never misses a scrap of paper and cleans up the leaves too! Everything is bran new! read more
