So I was uber eats delivering food. I had to wait so long just for my order. It wasn't even busy. This McDonald's has been a problem for years for their fries alone. You might actually get good fries during the week, but I'd put your chances to get burned or old grease fries is at about 75%. The management is pretty much a choice between the big sassy Black man and the big sassy Black woman. Either way, you will get sass and be angrier trying to fix your problem instead of just taking it and driving off. This McDonald's alone is 50% responsible to barely eating at McDonald's anymore, ALONE. They just remodelled and added an extra drive-thru, but they never use it, and about 50% of the time, you will have to pull aside to have them hand you your food, usually luke warm, late, and wrong. '80% after 5:00 PM, and on Weekends. If you can, go to the McDonald's on Rockbridge and Stone Mountain-Lithonia instead. I went to this McDonald's on 12/24/21 at 10:04 am and received an uncooked chicken biscuit as I a bit into the chicken I felt a crunch but just thought it was the crispy outer layer but as I but again I felt another crunch and not the good kind and found that the meat was uncooked and raw. This is completely unacceptable and when I called to let them know of this encounter they didn't answer the phone! I'm in shock and hope I don't get sick. read more

I used to avoid this McDonald's like I try to avoid the Coronavirus. However I noticed the sign better service and drove by and saw they had finally washed their windows so I tried it. Day one I ordered just coffee. It was good and fresh. Day 2 I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a sausage McDuffie. Everything was fresh and the smoothie and my daughters frappe were icy cold. Worst McDonalds that I have ever. The property its self is dirty. The screen where you give your order does not work and has not worked in almost a year. The parking lot is disgusting with trash all over and also trash running over in the dumpsters and all trash cans. The entire establishment needs to be power washed, and the neon sign does not work at all. Now for the inside; there is no customer service at all at this location. You always have to wait for your food to be prepared and then after waiting they still don't get it right. You will have 10 people behind the counter and maybe 1 person on the register with two lines of people waiting. I went here Sunday morning on my way to church for a breakfast sandwich. First of all they were slow as heck and I ordered a Steak, Egg & Cheese biscuit which took forever! I keep thinking this place might get better one day, and they seem to go out of their way to prove me wrong. I ordered a Big Mac, 10 piece chicken nuggets, Medium fries and a large tropical sprite with no ice. I sat in the drive thru one car away from picking my food up because a lady decided to keep passing her kids happy meals back through the window. Why they didn't park this lady still confuses me. I had to request my food through the pay window. When I got home I noticed my Big Mac bread was stale, my chicken nuggets were over cooked, half of my French fries were undercooked (don't know how they accomplished that, a new low in my book) and my sprite was piled high with ice. When you thought McDonald's couldn't get much worse. Honestly I'm not sure how people in this area even tolerate this location? As me and my cousins walked in, there were obviously disorganized. After a few minutes in line a lady took our order with a rude haughty grimace, didn't bother to repeat most of our orders, and didn't even bother giving us two of our receipts. She didn't even have a name tag so there was unfortunately no way of reporting her. Also the store started getting busy and the line had around 6-8 people in line? And she disappeared for about 5-7 minutes and no one took orders for quite a while, as in turn the line kept growing and no one was served. There was a lady bagging both drive thru and front counter, obviously prioritizing drive thru but also neglecting most of front counter's orders. It took us over 10 minutes to receive all orders and the lady had an attitude when serving food and confirming our orders. Also the rude young lady at the register incorrectly entered my beverage as a coffee when I clearly asked for a peppermint mocha, so upon telling the lady serving the food she barely acknowledged me and set to work setting up the coffee but due to all the other tasks she was completing didn't give me my coffee until we had waited another 3 minutes upon receiving our actual food orders. I can only imagine how much longer the people behind me waited until they actually got their food as well? Maybe 10-15 minutes even more. The food was fine and what you come to consistently expect from McDonald's, but the service was just so horrible the food itself can't raise my low rating. Also my peppermint mocha was not properly mixed, so the top half of it was absolutely horrendous with no flavor or syrup, and the bottom was a bunch of syrup / chocolate goo that was undrinkable, making for a horrible drink that I didn't even finish. Overall, this was a pretty bad location. There is absolutely no excuse for the horrible customer service and long wait times- we will definitely not be patronizing this location anymore. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible! The only reason I gave them one star is because they don't have a trash button! For the past 4 weeks I have been missing items out of my bag! So the first time I called a lady told me to just come tomorrow and pick the meal back up! When i arrived the next day, no one heard of the situation and I was drilled and questioned until they felt like it was a legit complaint or order. So that tells me that they don't communicate nor do they have a book where they write the customers name down in. Yesterday I was missing a drink for one of my orders! Called that in. No one ask me my name and just told me whenever I'm available I can just come up there and get a drink! This morning I was missing hash browns with my meal! At this point I'm pissed off because I'm on conference calls and I can't check my meals every time! I depend on them to do that for me! I called the store and a man picks up! I tell him about the situation yesterday and me missing my hash browns today. I told him that I could easily F***in call corporate every time my order is wrong but I don't! He hung up in my face! I called back and no one answered! I jump in the car and go back up there! And we get into this huge argument! He stated he hung up on me because I used profanity and he ain't got time for that!?!?! I can't stand this location. I vowed to never go again. EVERY TIME you go no matter what you order you are asked to pull forward to the special parking spots. I think this is how they fudge their wait time numbers. I had to pull forward to wait for a cheeseburger once. The last time I went I ordered a fish sandwich and was asked to pull forward to the first waiting area. The woman behind me was instructed to go the second spot. The next person was instructed to go to the third. I waited for 15 minutes. While waiting the other people received their order. One bag was so small it had to be a fry or a cheeseburger. Ridiculous. Finally after 15 minutes someone comes out to say they don't have any fish in the store. What?! He hands me my refund in cash even though I paid with a card. That was my last straw.
