One of their sandwich artists volunteered that he could text someone to find out after I pressed him if he knew some way to get the password. But after I said that would be great he then proceeded to go back to simply cleaning up the counter and chatting with a friend who came in instead of doing as he offered. So after he disappeared into the office for a moment I asked if he had had a chance to check on the password he said he had not. He then suggested I go to a nearby hotel to jump on their network.

However, this one did. And I can tell you they did nothing correctly. The hashbrown was lukewarm and greasy. It was either pulled from the fryer before it was fully cooked or the fryer wasn't the correct temperature. It was inedible. The McMuffin was even worse. The cheese on it was ice cold. The sausage patty itself was lukewarm. The muffin wasn't even toasted. The egg was room temperature, too. I ate two bites and cast it to the wildlife on the side of the road. I'm betting even they would pass on that disaster. There was not one redeemable quality about that meal. I do not get McDonald's very much. Maybe two or three times a year. When I do get it, it's because I still acknowledge the fact that the sausage McMuffin with Egg, when it's served hot and fresh, is easily the best breakfast sandwich on the market. It is without peer when it's properly served. The McDonald's in Mount Horeb has always been terrible, and they ruined my Tuesday morning by serving up a joke of a sandwich. I frankly thought this place would have been closed years ago due to incompetence and a lack of cleanliness. The Corporate Overlords have clearly been derelict in their duties to improve the performance of this smoking crater of a restaurant. Avoid at all costs.
