If I could give a zero, I would. Always gets my order wrong fries are always cold and soggy and the workers there always have an attitude when I ask where my stuff is. I ordered a whole 50 dollar order and got a 40 piece nugget? I was ordering lunch for the whole family and we were sitting there for 20 mins waiting for our stuff in the car. Forgot all the sauces and didn't give the correct drinks. All the young workers are so disrespectful it's disgusting. The food is always old too. Never fresh and never enough salt on the fries. Nuggets are rubbery and bad without sauces but they barely even give sauces anyways so isn't worth it. Dont have the energy to make a stink about it since I was in the drive-thru line and they obviously need the cents more than me, but FYI, this morning's cashier either doesnt know how to count or they are siphoning small change from the customers for themselves thinking people like me will let it slide. I don't mind this location. Don't get me wrong its not the best McDonald's out there but certainly not the worst either. Other reviews and reviewers seem to complain that this spot is a bit on the slow side which it is but what they don't understand is that its a fast food chain. No matter what you still get a burger in less than 10 minutes so its still fast either way you look at it. My orders are always accurate, fresh, and taste exactly how I expect it to. The place is staffed by hood rats who have a horrible attitude and don't even know how to spell customer service. For Golden Arches, the food here is sub-par. Often served cold or room temperature, the fries are over salted and soggy. Burgers are a mess, with the buns soggy and barely able to support the meat. This location recently got a facelift and it's a pretty nice atmosphere with plenty of seating. My only issue is the overflow of hormone induced preteens that bombard this place after school, making it a good time to go through the drive through, if i had a car. When I got the bag I tried to see that I saw two burgers and two fries. Drove back on my lunch and when I took the burgers out I saw that they were single patty burgers. This McDonald's use to be such a horrible place. They were just recently closed down for several months to rebuild. I believe they opened up again last month. I finally got a chance to check the new location out this evening. It's nice and new. I ordered through the drive thru. The staff was nice for a change. I'm sure it's also under new management now. Also the drive thru is open 24/7! I love their mcflurrys. I get one once in awhile. All this snow made me crave some ice cream lol read more

Drive thru is always packed, so I park an go in, it's always one huge line with 2 registers open. Usually a smooth transaction. Place your order then you wait for them to call your number. I'm simple I only order kids meals bc I hate McDonald food I mean a simple apple pie an that's it for me. My kids still want the toy meal so of course they get what they want. I do my nails next door so I stop in with my boys if they want a snack or so for lunch. Typical Mc Donald's, beside them just opening a few years ago. I've lived on this street for 15 years, and this place was doing bad before they closed it down to rebuild. The service is atrocious, the cashiers have no idea what they're doing. Just getting a simple iced coffee takes them forever, they forget to serve your order. Also, some of the employees smoke and they throw their cigarettes and almost end up burning the parking lot. When you do get your food, it's cold and it looks like they just threw it on the table and wrapped it up. I can't even go here anymore, I wish they would just get rid of it. They had permits in April but thought it was a good idea to start work towards the fall. To this day they're still making repairs, they did shit job on the rebuilding. You guys are really loud btw, I live right next to you and I'm tired of hearing you let people play music really loud and fight in your parking lot at 2 in the morning, yet you have cars towed that aren't buying from your place.
