McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - St Marys, Pennsylvania

You're going to make me wait 15 minutes in a drive through for 2 chicken sandwiches that you only have to put mayo and lettuce on this spot is absolutely terrible for wait times. it wasn't like this 2 years ago which they would get there stuff together. read more

I live in st. Marys and I like to grab a bite breakfast. Every time I have bought something, my coffee is always COLD. I have made this complaint every single time and I think it is becoming intentional. I hope something can be done because it is so unfair I have to drink cold coffee when all I need is a good hot coffee! read more

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's locations I've ever been to. I don't eat McDonald's very often since I'm not a huge fan, but every now and then I crave some nuggets or a Big Mac. Unfortunately, every single time I order from this location, something goes wrong either part of my order is missing, or it's made incorrectly. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculous usually 30 minutes or more. Maybe it's partly on me for not checking my bag before leaving, but the service here is consistently terrible. Even if I did go back in to fix a mistake, I'd probably be waiting another 30 minutes. At this point, it's honestly faster and more reliable to just go to Wendy's or Burger King. read more

Food: Drive up I ordered a single quarter Pounder meal, medium size, waited 11 minutes for the order to be ready. The burger was COLD, not Luke warm, cold like it was in the fridge cold. How can that be? Service:The first thing a person should hear at drive up ordering is "May I take your order?" Not "Are you using the app?" The order taker was not speaking clearly or loud enough. When I got to the window to pay, the order takers said "a;kedfjkwehfuerhhdfb" I asked her twice what she said...she was asking if I ordered a coffee drink. This is not the first time either....The food and the service have severely declined at this McD's. I am very reluctant to try it again... read more

I could have gotten my food at a 5 star restaurant faster than this fast food joint. The staff wanted me to pull over and park to wait for my order. I refused because I did this before and waited for a half hour only to go up to the window where they put my food in the second window. read more

Maybe if management was there or they gave a crap they could hire employes. Always short handed and it takes 25 minutes in the drive thru. Just shut the place down because as it is your reputation is in the toilet. read more

Waited forever for two kids meals. They got the burger wrong so I went back to the counter and they got it wrong again the second time and finally after a very long wait and reminding them why I was standing there we were able to get the correct burger. This place is very poorly ran in my opinion. read more

Ordered an egg McMuffin today and received an English muffin with an egg on it no cheese or ham, also ordered sausage egg McGriddle and it didn't have egg or cheese on it. This isn't the first, seems to be that they mess the orders up more times than they get it right. Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes a couple weeks ago for food. Something needs to change at this location. read more

I wish there was a button for no stars. The service is so slow. What happened to "Fast Food" and what is the point to order online just to wait in the drive through for 15 minutes. I don't understand how this McDonald is still in service. The orders for food are wrong multiple times aswell. This is unacceptable service. Very disappointing. read more

Some mornings not open on time and lately orders I made have been messed up need to get a better crew in there just orderd a streak begal no onions or egg got home and it had both even said no onions or egg on the slip read more

Visited St Marys location on Sunday for our usual weekend order. Few if any of the tables were wiped clean. The ice was not working in the fountain unit and the coke zero selection was dispensing water. I placed an order for an ice cream cone only to find it was not working either. Last visit here. read more

As far as McDonald's go, this place has some kinks they need to work out with their drive thru. Slow service is one thing, but when you have to pull aside to wait for a specific item, and then when you get the item it's still cold, that's just unacceptable. read more

I have gone back and forth about leaving this review but decided I just have to. On Thursday, February 11th, I had some family unexpectedly show up at my place due to an emergency. No one had eaten and I just got off from work so I used the app and ordered. It was a very big order and honestly, I felt bad about it because it was late. Very near closing. When the two workers came out to bring the food, I said hello to them. The woman couldn't even feign interest in responding. She handed me what was in her hand and stormed off. Then, the younger gentleman gave me what was in his hand and I apologized for the big, late order. All I got from him was, "yeah" and he walked away. No have a nice night...nothing. Even though I told him to have a great night. Now, I work in retail which includes food service. If I ever treated a customer that way I wouldn't have a job. I understand the late order and the size of it was inconvenient but maybe take into consideration someone's situation before being a jerk. I went from having to feed two people to having to feed seven people is less than ten minutes with no preparation. My guests were scared and having a terrible night. I apologized to him because I KNOW how frustrating that can be. He could have at least acknowledged me with a response. Add to that the fact the food was DISGUSTING and I've had my final straw with this place because it's not the first time I've had a bad experience. In truth, it was more like they purposely made the food bad in retaliation. Sorry, McDonald's, but you lost a customer in Saint Marys. read more

mobile orders are never a priority here! don't bother if you are trying to save some time because it will cost you even more. they wait till the drive thru line is empty to make the mobile orders. even if you go thru the drive thru they make you pull to the second window. i know they wait because i waited 20 for a single item and it was hot when i got it meaning they had just made it over 20 minutes later. ruined the lunch with my boyfriend for our anniversary. and wasted his break and he didn't get to eat bc they took so long! even worse the manager on shift, kelly, didn't seem to care at all and said she didn't know it happened but was sorry, she slapped a free sandwich my way but didn't seem to care at all when i said it ruined my special plans. she hung up on me once she offered a free meal and i wasn't satisfied. she needs to manage her staff better if she had no idea movie orders are taking 20 minutes to be made. 4 other care got their food before u did. mobile orders come first thats rule #1 in fast food. don't go here if you don't have an hour to wait for your food. terrible service and no sympathy. 0 stars read more

If there was a -5 stars I would click that. some days it takes 10+ min to get your food. Today I asked for a ice tea how could you screw that up right? Well I got a crush-ice tea (do not try) They mixed 1/2 crush and 1/2 ice tea come on. DO NOT COME HERE. Just go on that site with over 100 bugs and it will still be better. read more

Constantly getting orders wrong! 3-5 times I go there the order is either wrong or I didn't get something I ordered always seems to be a problem with the night shift workers except for Danny dudes a G. read more

I went to get a shamrock shake and they said the "shake machine" was broken! How dare it be broken we're in the middle of nowhere.

McDonalds is always my go to for fast food, but this location is seriously lacking. Expect long wait times and mixed up orders. Save your money/time and go elsewhere. read more

This are very few options for dinner in St Mary's on July 4th so I gave this McDonald's a try. The food is pretty standard for McDonald's. Nothing spectacular. Service is okay, although a bit slower than the average McDonald's. Parking goes all the way around the edge of the lot and should be more than adequate. read more

Always have a 20 to 30 minute wait even if there are only 3 cars ahead of you. just waited 20 minutes for two medium fries. Burnt to a crisp. Threw in the garbage can immediately when I got home. 6 dollars and 20 minutes I'll never get back. read more

I love to eat McDonald's breakfast sandwiches and cheeseburgers. Also their chicken nuggets are to die for.... while you're there grab yourself a chocolate shake or an ice coffee the service could be a little better there isn't a lot of staff so it takes long to get food. Other than that the staff is pretty friendly. I miss having Lisa Carr as a Manager she always had things running smoothly. read more

Never no what you are going to get at this place or when you are going to get it. Ordered 2 sausage McMuffins to go at 7:30 AM. Took 10 min to get and McMuffin s were so hard and cold they tasted like yesterday's sandwich. This as a good McDonald's at one time. read more

Stopped at McDonald's for a cup of hot cocoa. No one available to take my order, had to use the order board. I hate that thing! Customer Service has gone away, sad but true! I waited and waited for someone to come take my cash. Finally, someone took it. Then I waited and waited for my drink along with three other ladies! What's going on? It seems that they had a problem with the drink machine!!! After about 15-20 minutes finally got my hot cocoa! People had warned me that this is the worst McDonald's ever....and I now believe it! I wish the original owner had never sold it! Back in the late 70's it was fast and friendly service! read more

I wish just once they could get my order right. No hash browns with my "meal" this morning. Didn't discover until I got to work as I went thru the drive-thru. I called to have it corrected, they don't answer the phone when you call. Lesson learned. read more

McDonald's is known for being pretty much the same no matter where you go. It also has a reputation for being a greasy fast food place. While I can't really deny either one of those the food is fast, cheap, and not too bad. Of course they have healthier options, but the stable of their menu is the classic burger. When you want breakfast you get a McMuffin or a stack of pancakes. Staff appeared friendly, and not in the plastic we have to kind of way. I don't frequent the golden arches often, but this is once of the good ones. read more

Have been there many times and the place is always clean, cleanest restaurant we ever visit. Food is always the same high quality and the service is FAST. Love the new Angus sandwiches, and of course, the fries. read more
