Fast, Friendly, and Spot-On! Stopped into the McDonald's on Wicker Ave in St. John, and I've got to say--I was thoroughly impressed. The team here was on it from the moment I walked in. Fast service, spot-on order accuracy, and everyone behind the counter was clearly hustling to keep things moving. You could feel the energy in the kitchen, and it made the experience that much better. Not only was the service excellent, but the restaurant itself was remarkably clean--floors, counters, tables, even the drink station. Everything looked fresh and well-kept, which honestly isn't something you can say about every fast food stop. It's clear this crew takes pride in what they do. When I was drinking my lemoande from McDonald's, I realized there was something in the lid. I took it off to investigate, and it turns out there was a bug crushed in the lid of my drink! This is completely unacceptable and yucky. #yuck read more

Like most businesses, the employees cannot function outside of what the computers tell them. It's fine, but annoying and drops customer service to the side. Online order for breakfast, arrived at 10:32am to pick up. I arrived before 11am before and never had an issue. But today, they said they would have to ring me up and ignore the online order. That won't work since I was using rewards. There was nothing they could do because the computer said no. They had my ordered, it was paid for, very rude and telling me I couldn't receive my ordered without being charged again and at a higher price. I really need to grocery shop and not visit these places anymore. What a waste of time. Tired of management not knowing. Couldn't explain why the mobile order was accepted, or explain how to cancel it in the app. I don't know how to cancel it in the app I've never had to. Forgot to mention the sandwich they forgot to add from the other day. Had to split my big breakfast with my mom since she wasn't given the sandwich I paid for. All they could say was come back at breakfast to receive, you know, at a later date. Everyone there is so miserable, except for the little Mexican woman at the window. She's nice. read more

They forgot the ranch dipping sauce as usual, but even worse, they counted a large crumb as one chicken nugget. I ate half of my spicy chicken sandwich before I couldn't stomach it anymore. The chicken itself had a crunch to it and was grey in color. Terrible customer service.... purchased a double quarter pounder without onions. Lifted the bun to confirm no onions and found a half patty that looked like it was bitten into. Top it off a piece of old lettuce that makes me believe this patty was from someone else's sandwich or the trash. Called to get a refund and was told could only get a replacement sandwich. Very poor service. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, only to receive a large beverage 3/4 filled. When I asked for it to be filled to a large, a manager came to the window and stated they were out of Dr Pepper and it would be a few moments for him to change it. We had chosen to wait. I watched my drink go over the top and an employee wiping it up with a napkin. Our food was cold and not correct as we ordered. I have gotten coffee from this location which was wrong and cold as well.

They've messed up my order a few times. Once I didn't get ranch when I asked for it. Another time they gave me the wrong sauce. Food is usually pretty fresh so I just check my bag before I pull away. read more
