I've tried giving this place multiple chances, but every visit ends the same way. My order is wrong. Today I ordered a 4A McCrispy meal with a Dr Pepper. First, they tried to hand me someone else's order and the wrong drink. After I corrected them, they had me pull forward and wait 20 minutes. When they finally brought my food out, I double-checked that it was the McCrispy with a Dr Pepper, and they said yes. I drove off, only to find a Pepsi and a completely different sandwich in the bag. It's frustrating to keep spending money here and never get what I actually ordered. Save your time and money, this location clearly doesn't care about getting orders right. read more

What the eff is wrong with McDonald's workers? Is a big order really that hard for them? I had a big order for my FAMILY tonight and they royally effed it up. First of all I ordered a meal and two separate orders of fries. They charged me for 3 fries and I only got two. Second, my stepdad is very picky about ketchup on his burgers and I asked them TWICE for no ketchup which they completely ignored and put quite a bit of ketchup on his burger. Lastly, extra onions on the OUTSIDE of the burger?! Seriously what is wrong with this place? I can tell they are trying to step it up. The drive thru moved faster than any other mcdonalds I'd been to. The drive thru operator seemed to be pushing for a speedy process which made it a little frustrating. We had an order for four people and after every item she asked "is that everything?" That got annoying real quick. I wish she would wait for us to say when we are finished. But I'm sure she was just trying to redeem their reputation of usually being very slow which was mu experience a few months ago at this location. Someone needs to tell them how a drive thru works. You're not supposed to have to park and wait every time. Just a drink? Park and wait Nobody behind you? Playplace looks fun but super dirty my kids had black socks when we were done . Staff was nice enough but the fries were awful and I've never been to a McDonald's that keeps the drink fountain behind the counter which is just inconvenient. Overall wouldn't come here again. Their Dr Pepper was delicious though. Perfect carbonation to syrup ratio and well purified. Idk if it was the way it was made or just the recipe but the new Smokey blt QPC was also awful. I go there some mornings for coffee. I don't understand.... The drive thru menu says coffee is $1.39 Yet a regular coffee large is $182 How much is tax here in st george? 30%? Obviously not, but I asked the lady that charged me and she said that coffee is $1.82 and decaf is $1.71. She was very rude, short with me. An older lady. McDonald's is fast place if you need food ASAP. However, people make mistakes. I recently ordered the new Adult Happy Meal along with a crispy chicken sandwich. When I got to the food window I was handed my chicken sandwich with no further communication. I didn't look in my bag but I assumed I was given everything. Food was good but I suggest training the employees better. The experience wasn't unpleasant but it could have been much better. The guy taking orders was awesome though. Give him a raise. I just ate there on 4/27/22 at 3:50 pm. It was slop. There was so much mayo and mustard and ketchup that the bun fell apart. the meat was burned and the whole thing was not worth the time to eat it. Even a dog would have had trouble eating it. It was suppose to be a delux quarter pounder. Instead it was a floating piece of burned meat. Yuk!!!!! Not everyone is a smart as a McDonald's employee. My husband requested seven Egg McMuffin's and seven hashbrowns for me to get our workers for a new home we are building. I ordered the muffins and the gal working there said, "No." That's all! No! She then said hold on let me see. Yes I can do seven. And I asked can I also have seven hashbrowns? She said no I can't do that. I'm thinking why the heck not? Then I said how many can I have? She said two. So I got those and when I went up to the window I just blurted out I'm so sorry you're having a bad day! She said it's the tail end of breakfast that's why. Now I assumed that all McDonald's have breakfast all day but I usually don't go to McDonald's and I wasn't even paying attention to the time. It was 10:54 AM. So there you go. Food is good and as it should be, service is good and friendly but the place is always dirty, the dining room tables, the drive-through area , and the front of store is DIRTY. But I just had the "daily special" which was Filet a Fish and it was so fresh and even had a garden ripe tomato slice and fresh green leaf lettuce, not iceberg. Couple that with the fact that they even made me a fresh side salad and thy get 5 stars all day long. This McDonalds has horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru one night after a long trip back home. I got to the window to pick up my chicken nuggets. The young lady that gave me the food was talkng to one of her coworkers about some gossip. She made no eye contact with me. She handed me my food, not even to say thank you. Plus, she gave me no sauce, closed the drive thru window on me before I could even ask. So I knocked on it, and herself along with her coworkers totally ignored me!! Went to this location this afternoon. I ordered a crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It was over cooked, dry and the bun was burnt. Fries have really gone down hill too. My twins were hungry and so we decided to stop and grab them a few chicken nuggets to hold them over. We went through the drive threw and as I was handing them back some chicken nuggets I had noticed there was an ant in our nuggets box! I didn't complain I should have but we had already driven away. My location has changed to Southern Utah, but still loving it! Their Fish Fillet is still unmatched! ... Anywhere! The Big Mac and 1/4 pounder speak for themselves... They created the fast food breakfast, kids meal menu and other innovative food concepts and ideas that has had a major impact on the drive up window food generation(s). There is only ONE McDonalds!
