Terrible customer service. It started when I was informed I would be charged for Big Mac sauce. I agreed to pay for 2 at a price of .50. I received one and told the employee who brought the food who happened to be there cashier I had earlier. She began to argue with me about me about me only being allowed to have one. I showed her the receipt and it clearly states I paid for two. She wouldn't allow me to have a second one and I told her to forget about it since she was making a big deal about it. She returned to my table with a different sauce and said his one looked like Big Mac sauce. It tasted far from big sauce. I'm very disappointed that this McDonald's location has such poor customer service. I have since deleted their app and plan on eating more at other restaurants. read more

We had breakfast at the newly remodeled McDonald's on Sunset Blvd & Dixie Drive in St George, Utah. This location has a modern up to date lobby and seating area as well as an updated menu and method of placing your order. Rudest lady taking our order seemed like she was being rushed and not patient with us Thru the drive thru my husband had to repeat the order 3 times and then she finally said we don't have the 3 dollar bundle or I don't know what that is in a rude tone . On the app and the menu it said the 3 dollar bundle was available. The lady taking our order needs to learn her menu of what there is and what there isn't on the menu . We decided to dine in.... while waiting for my food the young girl grabbed the frys for my order, as she was walking towards the tray she helped herself to one of my French frys.... when I asked for a new fry they acted like it was the end of the world. I have never dealt with such a blatant disregard for customer service. I ordered one drink, and they charged me twice. When I checked my account, I returned to tell them so, but the manager wouldn't refund my $4 without a bank statement. I showed her on my phone, that they had charged me twice, but she said it had to come from the bank. It's not worth my time and gas to go get all that information. Being a repeat customer, they have lost my business now, along with my family of 6. I feel cheated, and think that someone purposely double charged me, and then pocketed my money, and is making it extra hard to just return my $4. I think the only good things going for this place is the remodel of the building a couple years ago and the low prices! The people are not the most friendly and they don't seem to get orders right at the drive thru... This is the worst McDonald's I've been to. Unfortunately it is the closest one near me. Everytime I go here they are rude, the service is terrible, the food is cold or tastes like chalk. This McDonald's is the worst if you go at the end of the night. We got there at 11:30 and they kept us at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes. We got tired of waiting and drove to the window and a woman was standing there counting the tills and wouldn't answer us. We then had to drive to the McDonald across town because they actually get stuff done. I've also have other stories from before Covid hit when they were open 24 hours. At 2am employees would smoke, joke, and throw stuff at each other in the parking lot while I waited 15 minutes for service. They never took my order. I tried calling at 11 when they closed at 12 and they told me they were closed so I didnt come. They put signs on the drive thru that say they are closed at night when they aren't and I can see several employees through the window. This place is terribly run and whoever owns it clearly has no business savy to get their unsavory employees' heads out of their behinds to run a freaking McDonald's. I'm not expecting much. Just take my order and make some fresh food. It is not that hard. I've worked food service before. Don't go here unless you are starving, but good luck because you could literally be screaming on fire and the employee in the window wouldn't answer you. read more

There are some things I really enjoy about McDonald's. The cheeseburger, fast service and the ice cold Diet Coke. Last night I went and a surprisingly low experience. I paid for my order T 11:50 pm. A very strait forward order, 4 different sandwiches. We had just come back from a Tuacahn show. I eventually had my order come through at 12:05 am. Yes, 15 minutes. Ere is the thing, I was the first person in line!! They told me the kitchen was busy!! With who? Anyway, we had the food and when I got to my cheeseburger it was the worst. The ketchup made the bun soggy. It was probably sitting for a while, like 13 minutes and I don't think they toasted the open side of the bun. Barf! read more

If I could give this store negative stars, you bet your sweet behind that I totally would. Drove 4 miles to the store, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, paid for my food and drove home because I was hungry and wanted my food. Got home, I was missing two large fries that I ordered. Drove back to the store with my receipt and very politely asked for the missing fries. I think I said "TWO large fries" probably 5 times and the two girls insisted that I said one. Both gave me the rudest attitude ive ever dealt with in a fast food place. I asked the girl at the second window for her managers name, she paused told me she was the manager and told me she was not going to give her name. I only asked because no one was wearing a name tag. Stopped by this McDonald's close to my place after a 12 hour work day since its close to my house. Walked in because the drive-thru was packed as always (takes 30-1 hour at times). Walked up to the register as no one else was in line. Then the employees - maybe 3 or 4 kept yelling at another employee (Richard) to go take my order instead of mix 4-5 Mcflurries ordered from the drive-thru. Richard had his hat pointed down, didn't greet me and ask what i'd like, also could not listen as I had to tell him no pickles & onions twice in a row. Forgot to give me my soda and as he walked away I politely asked 'Can I get my soda cup please?' Then Richard proceeded to walk behind the mcflurry machine to hide and text on his phone as the employees kept yelling at him to get my cup for my meal that I had ordered. Not coming to this McDonald's anytime soon. I'd rather make a 5 mile drive to St. George blvd to receive a faster order and better customer service. WOULD AVOID. read more

I only go to this location occasionally, because it is one of only a few options close by. The reason is because they rarely get my order right and the management sucks. I have worked for two McDonalds locations (not here in St George) and this location is by far the worst I've ever seen. The food is usually OK, not great, but not what was ordered. They consistently short me items, mix up orders, almost always sloppy, and many times serve food far past hold times. Today was no exception. I ordered two salads a triple cheeseburger and a large drink. They mixed up items on my tray and another tray, with the receipts sitting at each tray. They forgot to give me my cup, then they gave me two frozen salads. When I told them about the salads, the manager, instead of asking how she could make it right, snatched up the whole tray and went back and yelled at her crew for the frozen salads. I was not at all impressed by that display. Obviously these salads were from a previous shift and were likely given new hold times, rather than bother making new ones. I didn't see the manager until the new ones were done. The whole time, my wife was sitting out in the car waiting. I was going to request a refund, so we could go somewhere else. The manager just handed me the salads and ran off before I could ask for a bag, since I was obviously stuck with the food and now it was to go. So with two salads and a cold triple cheeseburger in one hand and a drink without a lid in the other, I left, never to return, unless under new management. Over the course of the last year, I figure they owe me about a dozen burgers that we never received in the drive-through. Like I'm going to drive back for one burger, after we've sat down to dinner. I was going to apply for a job here, but I can't work for someone like that. The other reviews here make me laugh. These people must work there, have family there or wouldn't know first thing about food, McDonalds or service. I'm not asking for food, money or an apology. I'm asking them to leave so a better restaurant can take the location. I don't want to see that dump when I drive by. Terrible service. We needed a late night spot for my kids to play. I walked up to the cashier and was not greeted and was forced to wait several minutes while the two women behind the counter finished their conversation. Once acknowledged they even continued their conversation while I was trying to order. When all I asked for was an ice cream, as we had already eaten dinner, the cashier said "that's it?" as if taking my order wasn't worth her time. Then while my kids were playing on the play place the workers turned off the lights and then yelled at my kids to get down. When I asked what time they usually close they said sometimes earlier sometimes later and that they were only closing down that part of the restaurant. What? There were three other kids playing in the area and you just turn off the lights and say everybody out? So unprofessional. Terrible service. We will not be returning! read more
