This is the worst McDonald's I have been to very very rude employees ordered 3 coffee with cream and 2 with sugar after 30 min of waiting inside we got 2 coffees with cream no sugar and one black coffee asked which ones were sugar and he said these two. Wrong never had a tag on them. Another lady asked another girl worker if she could get her 4 milks that came with her meals the lady employee brought them and put them down on counter hard customer asked if she could have something to carry her milks in and she (employee) throwed a sack on counter very very rude all of the employees were very very rude. This is the WORST MCDONALDS I have ever been to. If you want DISRESPECT, EYEROLLING and RACISM THEN COME HERE. I really don't want to explain the experience I had here because it it's negative and Iam NOT A NEGATIVE PERSON but here you go. The women that took my order gave me my change backed and dropped it and said "oops I'm sorry" I said "That's fine I will get it. So I opened the door and I only seen the penny and the other quarter is missing. She didn't reimburse me for my loss change that she dropped. So I pulled up to the second window and another lady said here's your order I said thank you very much and I said can I please get a sweet-and-sour sauce. She said that will be $.26 I said to her I am sorry I do not have $.26 then she tells me the lady at the front gave you $.26 I said yes she did but she dropped it. I don't have it can I please get a sweet-and-sour sauce? She said no. Now mind you a lot of McDonald's I have been to never charges you for sweet-and-sour sauces there are very very few places that charges you for sweet-and-sour sauce it should have been the least they could do is give me a sweet-and-sour sauce since she lost my change back but that is fine I will call corporate on them because they have no moral respect. They don't care about making their customers happy they honestly seem miserable being there at work and even the manager I talk to was the same way like all the other girls. You would think talking to multiple people they would have a different personality but obviously they don't. definitely a ghetto McDonald's. There are much classier McDonald's I have been to and middle-class and lower class but this one in particular is not a place you should take a chance on. You want to enjoy your food in peace and be happy for what you have but when people have attitude problems you can definitely feel their negative vibe. it's honestly not comfortable for anybody to feel unwelcome on a place that you picked to enjoy food at. Terrible customer service. Can't get a order right anytime I come there. I ordered a sweet tea and she poured unsweetened tea right in front of my eyes and added 2 splashes of sweetener. Customer service here is lame, alway messing up my order! I recommend drive a few minute up the street to order. I order using my coupon and this lady said it didn't show on the receipt but that's because the dumb slow lady at the drive thru put in my order wrong at the drive thru that's why the coupon didn't go through and showed up on the receipt! I asked the driver thru lady repeated about my order because what I calculated in my head was cheap. She was like yeah yeah, just to give me an answer so she can move on, she was very distracted and clearly can't multitask! When I go to the drive thru her attention was else when I was trying to pay! Nice to know that nearly 99% of McDonald's have free wi-fi. This location is maller than most but nice enough. They have display cases with almost a history of Happy Meal toys in them. Nice people and fast service. read more

23 minutes from the time I played till I had everything I paid for. Unacceptable. I started my order at drivethru but had to restart after interruption. I was parked and my order was cleared. I got the food I was supposed to but no drinks. Took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me inside. After I got home, realized my quarter pounder was still raw on inside. read more

I took my kids out to lunch Thursday 6/30/16, there was a customer that came in from the drive-thru with a complaint about his order, the way he was talked to by the Manager on duty was absolutely ridiculous. Me and my boyfriend wanted a late night snack so we headed to our nearby mcdonald's. Luckily the line was short so we went for it. They had a yummy apple fritter, keep in mind that I'm vegan. I asked was it vegan and the guy at the window said yes. I really was going for apple pies but they said they were out. I asked was he sure they were vegan and he said hold on. He came back a second later and said they don't know. By that time I googled it myself and found out they had milk, egg and soy. That fucker . Smh. Anyways I decided to get two large fries a large sprite an and an apple fritter for my guy. I got to the second window and the guy opened the window and asked what was my order I'm aggravated in my head but still polite. I told him and he handed me my bag. The fries were hot and fresh on the top but in the middle were burnt cold and bitter . On top of that no napkins or ketchup like I asked for. This place is literally the worst. My hopes were high when they renovated but unfortunately it's still the same old horrible service. They got my order wrong and when I called back I was hung up on. Followed with another call and no one answered. Not to mention my fries were still cold, To which I guess you could say was a step up from the last visit it was just old and stale. I moved here in February 2017. I normally avoid McDonald's but one morning me and my wife decided to have breakfast there. We were extremely happy to find that we had excellent service and the food was delicious. That was the end of our good experience at this McDonald's. Since then (currently August) I've been three times by myself and driven away twice out of frustration. Keep in mind when I go by myself all I want is a McChicken or an order of fries, something simple. One time I placed an order for a McChicken and just sat there in silence while they went ahead and took the order of the person in the other drive-through. Isn't it first come first serve? Then when I was asked to repeat my order they assume that I wanted two sandwiches because I asked for it twice... I had to leave. Today I experienced unacceptable service. For a single large fry I was asked to pull to the first reserved spot. I did so without a question and soon found somebody behind me in the second reserve spot. I was getting impatient after having two conversations with two different people over the phone and seeing cars leaving the drive through (approx 10 mins). Where is my large fry (mind you, the fry is for my pregnant wife waiting for me at home after I just had a long day at work)? Enough was enough so I walked in to see that my food was sitting in the back in the bag ready to be walked out to me but I guess I wasn't as important as the people right in front of their faces. Also the way the building is set up every time they make you pull forward to wait for your food you have to drive around the entire building again to get out of the parking lot. You are essentially going through the drive-through two times to get one order why do they even have two windows? Upon telling my wife of this horrible experience she simply said, "Yeah, I recently ordered an egg and cheese biscuit that came with no cheese. And once had to argue with the lady that I did in fact order fries, only after taking my receipt and showing it to her manager did they say well I guess we have to give her a fry." I'm thinking what!? Do the team members not know how to read fry on a receipt? This is my first and only Yelp review I've ever written and hope to keep it that way. I found out today if you get served food that is made totally different than you expect it to be made, "you" will be accused of making it that way. That's right the manager on duty on Saturday Sept 14 at 11:45ish told me the 2nd 1/4 lb'r w/cheese I had a problem with let's just say it had more catsup than cheese on it. Nov 10, 2016 17:23 hrs. Went through the drive through, ordered, and paid. I got to the pickup window and waited for my food. The attendant tried to give me the wrong drink and I told her I had a large Coke. She gave me the Coke, I waited some more and then she tried to give me the wrong order. I told her what my order was and showed her my receipt. She went to check and told me to pull around front and wait as apparently my order was not made. Fifteen minutes later a gentleman came out with yet another wrong order. I told him what I was supposed to have. He did not say a thing and went back inside. Ten minutes later a women came out with the correct food and when I told here of all the problem, her reply was "What do you want me to do about it?" and left. I tried to call the phone number, but no one answered. I would have gone in to complain, but I have a very bad back and could not. I contacted the Corporate office, gave them the information and asked the owner or manager of the McDonalds I went to to please give me a call. August 24, 2017- Don't usually eat at McDonalds, but got a flyer and thought I would try this new one and grab one of the specials offered during the Grand Opening. I asked for the free McCafe beverage. The person behind the counter didn't know anything about it. She asked her supervisor, who was very abrupt and almost rude to her and said it was a 'buy one get one free Frappicino'. Not having my flier with me, I ate my food and checked the flyer when I got home. I did not know what BOGO was and it was not explained anywhere on the paper (I checked really well) So I called the McDonalds twice. No answer either time. Well, I am on a mission now and went back to the restaurant to ask about it. The BOGO was explained. I asked politely why no one answered the phone and was told there was a "rush" and they were busy. It was 3:45pm. The parking lot was less than 25% full with some cars in the drive thru line. There was ample staff who didn't look busy. Not impressed at all!!! The food was decent and the kiosk experience was accurate. But no kudos for the way this situation was handled. A polite explanation would have been so simple in the situation. A simple 15 second phone call- if someone would have answered the phone- would have made me likely to come back. read more
