Super fast service and a correct order in the early afternoon. Placed my order in the parking lot using the app, and it was ready when I walked in. On a side note, A senior manager--or perhaps the franchise owner--was on-site observing and coaching employees. As I left he asked about my McDonald's experience and I confirmed he was the owner. So many fast food spots seem to have issues with insufficient staff training. It was encouraging to see at this one an owner taking command to ensure the best service. His work showed. read more

No surprises but what's with all the locations no longer keeping ketchup dispensers filled? Are people filling up jugs with it to take home or something? Came here so I didn't have to wait in the Cell Phone lot at the airport. Café Mocha was perfect. Bathroom was mopped using the deep fryer as the rinse bucket. Smelled like fries and damn near slipped and busted my a$$ when walking in. Management didn't care when I brought this to her attention. According to the McDonald's website the menu dose jot change until 5am. While I understand some locations might very, if I'm in the drive thru and the visual menu which I'm looking at has dinner on it... then I wonder "why am I being offered breakfast and only breakfast? The lady on the other end of the mic (who has been at this location 8years "her words) was unable to help but instead directed me to their customer service number. She probably hit all of the points she was supposed to. She probably said everything she's supposed to. But she could have been nice to me and my wife. Actually the slowest service ever. Don't bother coming here unless you are just trying to burn 45-hour sitting in your car in drive thru. I have been to McDonald's locations all over the world, this is the worst. My burger bun was hard as a rock, indicating it was left under the heat lamp way too long. Fries were beyond cold. It was inedible. Clearly no real supervisor or manager care at this location. Understand it's just fast food, but it shouldn't be nasty. It isn't uncommon to be asked to pull up when you order in the drive thru. It also isn't uncommon to get the wrong order. When they actually do a good job I'm shocked. Sadly, this is the worse mc Donald's probably in existence. Oh yeah, I waited twenty minutes for my food and no one ever brought it out. So I parked walked inside and asked for a refund. They asked me if I still wanted the food.....um hell no. They did remodel inside. That was nice to see when I walked in to get my refund. Now let's work on the service guys! Honestly I would give zero stars if I could. They got our order wrong (this happens A LOT). The manager on duty (the one that works over nights) was working the window, when we told her it was wrong she argued with us on what we ordered for about a good 5 minutes. She got a rude ignorant attitude. Once the burger was remade it was shoved at us and she shut the window and ignored us. We waited about 15-20 mins until she came back and asked us what we wanted, we said we never got our drinks, so then she shoved those at us and said very ignorantly here you go. This used to be one of the finer McDonald's in the area. No it has definitely taken a step back is the prices on the value menu are higher than most other McDonald's. The service is slow.
