It was slow and about 2:30pm in the afternoon. I went in and stood at the counter for five minutes. The employees looked at me several times and kept doing whatever they were doing. After waiting patiently, I approached the kiosk in the lobby and fumbled through it to order the food for my family. It would have been much faster to just let me give the order at the counter. Instead, they chose to ignore me. They brought my cups for my drinks and my food out pretty quickly, so I know I wasn't just sitting there at the counter because they were "busy." read more

Only went because McRibs are back, and in spite of how high the prices are, the service was horrible. Went through the drive thru and since they were backed up was asked to pull into a parking spot. Was brought the wrong food twice and after seeing the 5 cars behind me get their food I went inside only to first encounter a worker on their cell phone smoking with a foot of the door. I finally received my cold fries and 2 McRib sandwiches. When I asked about ketchup was told I should have asked when I ordered. Seriously?!? Went to leave and the smoking worker was still on her cell phone mostly blocking the door. I said as I left that State Law mandates 15' from the door and she said, "I know you're not talking to me." Dear McDonald's on Wabash- I'm breaking up with you. Yesterday I ordered a Diet Coke and got sprite. Today I ordered two diet cokes and got Dr Pepper - I guess Dr Pepper at least had a D in the name and was the same color as Diet Coke. I brought the sodas back in and was told to just dump them at the fountain and refill them with Diet Coke. No "sorry our bad" let me give you one free because you had to come in and it was raining. Waited 20 minutes curbside for a mobile order. When someone finally came he asked what I got then looked baffled what he had wasnt mine & walked away. Went inside where other customers were complaining about similar issues, no record of my paid order but ended up getting my fries/iced coffee about 15 minutes later. Went into this McDonald's to grab my daughter a Happy Meal before I picked her up from school January 28,2019 along with that I donated a dollar towards the charity Hearts well as I'm standing there waiting on my daughters "Happy Meal" I asked the lady who rang up my order where is my heart so I could put my name on it, and they can stick up in the building like the others, here's what she told me ! "OH I DONE PUT MY NAME ON IT ALREADY AND HUNG IT UP" Im saying to myself wait a minute how the heck does that work ? I bought it !! smh,I could of politely asked for my money back,but I just said Its going to a good cause it's just a name not the money or is it ? So I just stood there waiting on my daughters happy meal so finally I get it and as I'm leaving the lid blew off right as I'm getting in the car ,so I drove through the drive thru and asked for another top they gave it to me. Get to my daughters school she is elated that I have a happy meal waiting for her so, we're driving down the street and she asks me where's her toy I said it should be in the bucket some where, so I'm at a red light now, I inspect the bucket NO toy ! "CHARLIE BROWNS HALLOWEEN BUCKET" 100 years anniversary or something to that nature lol The top was actually stickers that come off Put like this I guess the bucket and stickers was the toy but, the moral of my story is I didn't get my heart from my donation,my daughter didn't get her happy meal toy because the employees are giving customers out of date ITEMS on top of that they need to learn not to cough in their hands but into their crease of their arms. I'm not one to leave a bad review especially in my hometown unless the place continuously can't get it right. In the last 7-10 days I have visited this place 3 times. Each time I am left in the drive through waiting a for someone to acknowledge I am at the window. This evening I sat at the first window and watched a girl sweep the floor right next to me while I had two cars behind me. Then finally I have another girl come bring me my food and take my money. Then one girl come next to her to ring someone else in the drive through all while they continue to keep looking at me all weird I like am inconveniencing them. In the last several weeks even the food seems to be very sloppy even having Grease and food on the outside of the wrappers. I got ketchup on my clothes one day then ice cream was all over the outside of the container. One Mcflury we received all the stuff was in the bottom then the next one we received there was what seemed to be literally crumbs and almost nothing in it. I'm not real sure what's going on lately but this isn't the McDonald's we are use to since they opened. This was the best McDonald's for courtesy and accuracy it recently or not even close to what it has been for YEARS. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this needs to be seen and I hope they correct these issues before they ruin the reputation they have had since they opened. read more

I went to go get food today during my lunch break and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal that came with a large fry and a large Dr Pepper. When we first got our meal everything I thought was going fine and thought everything was going to be great. We pull off I get back to my work which thankfully it's only like two minutes down the street and I pull out my sandwich and it looks like the video below. I've gotten this sandwich before at multiple different locations and it has never once looked this brown and this small. So once I get back to my work, I open it up I see that it's literally falling to pieces and looks like something disgusting and I'm like what the heck so I go take it back and I go to the window. I tell the window lady to bring to the manager and the manager tells me that the sandwich is supposed to look like that And the reason it's so dark in color is because they don't change out there filtration system in the fryers for the oil at first he seemed like he wasn't going to give me a new sandwich which was definitely going to make me upset but then he decided that he was going to remake me the sandwich. I open the sandwich before I leave the McDonald's and it looks fine. Once I get back to my work, I bite into it and there's so much over cooked chicken on the sandwich that I couldn't even eat it so I spent eight dollars on a meal that I only ate 2/3 of . I give this place one star due to them giving me a new sandwich and trying to help me. For someone who only has a 30 mins lunch break it's sucks that they couldn't even give me a appetizing sandwich. read more

I go here all the time. I have occasional issues and they're things that I know happen.. then there's things that shouldn't . For example getting a cheeseburger with 2 slices of cheese as a pregnancy craving and it's missing the BURGER. anyway.. well last night I'd been craving McDonalds all day. Like 10hrs at least. So we ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich to which both were so disgusting. I swear they smelled like ass. Tasted old and like it had been used as toilet paper. The fries were oil soaked or dry- NO salt. I almost peed myself 2 times gagging so hard at the taste and smell. I tried so hard to like it but it was ass. The workers also turned off the digital menu at the drive thru to make it seem like they were closed. I wonder what sort of supervision this McDonald's has. Seriously the nicest, most thorough drive through cashier/order taker I've ever encountered in my life. They were pretty busy when we went through, and he verified everything on my order, even asked which happy meal was for which kid so they could put the correct toy (girl or boy) in each one. This McDonalds is clean. It has really good food and has a great employees. The only thing I've found that's not too good is that the food isn't completely healthy, but it offers what most adults and kids like to eat. The prices aren't too high for most people. read more

This is not a complaint about employees looking at me like a deer in headlights or cold fries. These days that is expected at this location; try going inside and get waited on you will experience a whole new level of being ignored by employees. This about the lack of respect for the American flag; I called the business and spoke to someone that stated they were the manager. However, she seemed unconcerned that the flag was not being displayed properly. I would think if a business is going to display the flag they would want to do it properly. read more

This McDonalds USED to be good. Unfortunately, since it's new ownership, it's gone down hill drastically. They need to work on their customer service. Everyone that works there seems inconvenienced that they even have to acknowledge you. Tonight I ordered fries and they were NOT fresh, and tasted different (like old grease).
