I said I wish she would've told me that when I ordered it. We didn't have time to wait to have it remade. It was supposed to be a chocolate and caramel concrete but there was no caramel on it so I asked if they could at least put that on it. When we got to the car I looked at my receipt and my concrete that was about 1/4 of my husband's small was $4.09! A small was $6.29. It gets worse: after asking for "not a lot of PB cups" he got ZERO. Sadly we did not realize this until we were a few miles out of town. My recommendations: if you are in a hurry go elsewhere and clarify what you are ordering and what you get. I think we'll just try somewhere else. As requested below I tried emailing to the address listed and it came back saying the address was invalid.

We live in this town, so we eat here quite often. It's very good! The food is always freshly prepared and hot, and the servers are small-town friendly. They always give service with a smile! It's kept very clean and we just love eating here! It gets really crowded at lunchtime, which just proves how good this place is. We try to go a bit earlier to beat the crowds. Another thing I love about this McDonald's is how beautifully they've landscaped their property. When you are sitting in the drive-through lane, you can gaze at a whole line of strong, healthy trees that change with the season (in the springtime, the blossoms on these trees will blow your socks off!). The drive-through service is always very fast too. I want to respond to the previous comment by someone who complained that this McDonald's was built "almost" on top of an important statue. What this person doesn't know is that our "Madonna of the Trails" statue USED to stand north across the street, directly in front of the Springerville post office for many, many years. Sometime in the early '80's, the TOWN moved it to its current location, RIGHT NEXT TO A LARGE GROCERY STORE! The grocery store, on private land, was later torn down and the land sold to McDonald's and the NAPA store. So, why on earth are you blaming McDonald's for where the town of Springerville decided to place this statue? The statue was already there on its little patch of land, and McDonald's bought the lot next to it. SO WHAT? You can still see it, can't you? The statue is well cared for and has pretty flowers planted all around it. Y'know, you're supposed to review a restaurant for their food, services, etc., NOT for what the town government decided to place on the land next to it! That review is utterly ridiculous! read more

As a retiree, I appreciate the excellent food at great prices. I really love the caramel latte coffee, and get one all the time. The food is nice and hot, and the service is friendly and prompt. Here in our little town, we feel very fortunate to have a good McDonald's nearby! read more
