Whoever the manager was on 3/27/26 at 9pm should seriously be fired. Was I. The drive thru for a full 25 minutes for a 20 pc chicken nuggets. They park you to the side of the building to keep their numbers down then proceed to keep you waiting until they feel like giving you your food. This location can be a huge disappointment many times, especially at the night. The night crew is careless and their attitudes are atrocious. The young man at the drive through is always on his phone and mad at the world for having to work. Came in this morning for a sweet tea hoping for a more pleasant experience but nope. I stood there waiting while they completely ignored the sweet tea order on their screen for the longest, I had to get someone's attention and ask for my drink. This location is one of the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the time of day I come but too many times have that got my order wrong and my husband orders. They can't even follow the directions of the tickets. I am paying full price for half the food that supposed to come in a happy meal they always forget extra fries or the apple slices like tonight I even asked them twice. When they first open up this Mcdonalds I was hoping to have an outstanding service(move line fast and accurate), I mean brand new restaurant needs to give a good first impression right? I went to the restaurant on Aldine Westfield and cypresswood. I ordered a simple number seven. My order number was 262. I waited patiently for this burger for about 20 minutes maybe 30. I never heard my number called. So I went to the counter and I spoke to an employee and he told me that they hadn't called my number yet. So I went sit down and waited. Well after a while still no one called my number so I went back up to the counter and I spoke to young lady her name was sharika. She told me that my number had been called well I knew this was not true because I was listening for it. So I asked her what happened to it she said someone else took it and shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't care so I asked her to make me another burger and fries she proceeded to ignore me so then I said then you need to refund me. She started shouting and calling me the b word. I responded angrily of course. I don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. And I think that she should be fired because she did not understand what customer service was. I could not believe I was being treated as way. I will never go to that McDonald's again. One star is too much credit for this location. Matter of fact, it should be shut down. There are too many complaints to count, including multiple times we have experienced exceptionally long waits, poor food quality, nasty, and highly unprofessional and disrespectful attitudes from employees. Most specifically, I realize that the ongoing service issues are reflections of the leadership and management. Unfortunately, this location is less than a block away from our home and my son like most kids crave McDonald's after school. My anxiety is high because I am accustomed to receiving terrible service, and very rarely accuracy in ordering occurs, so we call it the "grab bag" as paying attentions to detail do not exist. The supervisor is a man named OLGA and I've personally witnessed him lock the restaurant 10-15 minutes from closing time. He is consistently rude, brash, and when complaints are made, he is very dismissive and refuses to resolve any issues! There is also another lead supervisor, a younger black, heavy set female that is usually servicing the drive through and she is also an awful negative energy anytime she's present. At this point, it's SAD to sit in a line for 30 minutes and still receive cold food-- along with the side of negative energy. If you hate your job at McDonald's-- RESIGN. If all of your new technology is never working- REMOVE IT. If your newly decorated lobby is going to close before business hours- DON'T OPEN IT AT ALL. Consistency and NEW, positively spirited LEADERSHIP is NEEDED. People that have worked internally at this location has also shared of the awful work conditions and food quality that is served. Received order, questioned drink (Iced Latte) size. Received a M, paid for a L. Questioned this and was told I had paid for a M. Found crumpled receipt and showed employee and they gave the correct drink. Drove away from window to left vehicles behind me thru. Checked bag and no Sweet and Sour sauce for nuggets. Went back to last (standby window). Waited for approx 7-8 mins, beeped horn a few times, was never acknowledged. Circled lot, asked at order window. Was told to drive back to third window. Did so. Waited another 3-4 mins. Nothing. Circled restaurant again and waited in line for service window. Asked for a refund and to return food, was extremely disappointed and food was cold. Was told no. Really bad experience....I ordered for my family the guy kept on interrupting me when I was ordering then I got to the pay window I paid for everything got to the next window to pick up my food didn't get my orange juice they wanted me to pay extra even though I already ordered it!
