I ordered on the mobile app. Then the app took me to how I was to pick it up and it was an outdoor pick up by one of the numbers I waited 20 minutes and finally I went in. They said they never received my order but I still got charged to my bank. One Star - Disgusting Experience Full of Racism and Disrespect Tonight around 10PM, I had one of the most disturbing drive-thru experiences I've ever had at this McDonald's. Not only was the service extremely rude and aggressive, but I was subjected to outright racism and disgusting sarcasm from one of the employees -- a female with black hair. In the middle of taking our order, she suddenly said, "One second," and then played a recording that said, "We are now closed" -- despite the fact that we were already being helped. It was clearly done out of spite and unprofessionalism. She later dumped our fries upside down in the bag, half-filled, with a smirk -- clearly trying to prove a point. The food was cold and poorly prepared, but honestly, that was the least of the problem. I left feeling disrespected, hurt, and angry. No one should be treated the way I was -- and I will be using my social media platform to speak out and hold this location and employee accountable. Used the drive through this evening and thought I'd try the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Pretty disappointed as it wasn't spicy at all. There was a chicken patty and two pickles with no sauce at all. Bad service poorly prepared food and a huge wait. Even if there's no one in line behind you they always have you pull up to the waiting spot so they can keep their drive through times up. The manager seems to be the source of the problems too. She is usually out of breath exasperated and unprofessional. Tonight I had her tell me she didn't have enough time to prepare the chicken sandwich I ordered after having sat at the window for 10 minutes (after having sat in line for another 10 minutes). I went to this McDonald's yesterday and I ordered 4 apple pies, among other things. They currently have a special 2 pies for 2.99, but they charged me 1.79 per pie. I asked them to correct this. They were going to take 1.79 off my card. When I got home I noticed they didn't take off the 1.79 but charged me 6.52 for the pies again. So I went into the McDonald's today to get my money refunded. I was helped by the manager, Ariana. She was completely rude. She threw my money down on the counter at me. She showed me no customer service whatsoever. I would give 0 stars if I could. I was told to pull up and wait for my order, I did so. The employee came out and gave me my food, I asked if I could get a sweet and sour sauce and the employee pushed back and said there's one in the bag. I didn't see one so asked for one, he proceeded to push back saying if it was on the order it is in the bag. ( which 80% of the time the sauce isn't in the bag) employee stomped off grunting mad he had to go back and get me my sauce, came back and slammed the sauce in my hand making it go everywhere in my car and on my hand and sweatshirt. I threw it out the car and went home. I called the store to talk to the manager and she proceeded to tell me that there's nothing she can do and hung up on me. I call back and the manager answered yelling saying to file a police report and hung up not letting me get a word in. So I call back so I can get her information and talk to someone above her since she couldn't have a civil conversation and apologize or deal with the problem at hand like a real manager would. She picks up says "are you dumb?" And hangs up again! I am appalled and couldn't even let them know their fries were stale and cold and burgers hard as rock. I would not want these people running my business, they will not answer the phone to give me any information on who else to talk to about this horrible experience. I worked her for two weeks and the McDonald's at the why had so many infractions. I cleaned the bathroom once even though wasn't my job and I didn't get paid for it. Nobody ever touched it again. They purposely don't get seat protectors as well. Anyway my biggest concern was I saw drinks get sipped and served. In case you Li's understood. They drank some of your soda to confirm it was the right one instead of making you a knee one. It's lazy, ignorant, and dangerous. We were there yesterday 05/01/2019 in the evening. We were 2 of 5 people in the place . Every table in the place was filthy as were the floors ! So my family and I decided to get McDonald's before heading home back across the state. The drive through was packed so we decided to use the app and do curb side. First, the app was not easy to order from, and i couldn't get the special orders on there right (user error i will admit). So after finally thinking i had everything perfect i payed for the meal (almost $50) and then quickly realized i hadn't gotten the minus onion and mustard that my husband wanted. I ran in, hoping they hadn't started it yet, and it was only about a minute after ordering. First I noticed that the manager was barking at her employees very nastily. I got the attention of a young lady, I think her name was Sarah, and explained my situation. She was helpful and friendly, and brought my request to the nasty Letty, who was a manager, of some sort. Lettie was not only snappy at the young lady, but proceeded to tell her to tell me (loudly) that next time I need to get my order right... and continues on with the loud rant for a good couple of minutes, knowing i was right there, and in front of several others who were waiting for to go orders. Now, I realize that I made a mistake, but that was completely unprofessional. I work in the service industry myself and wouldn't ever throw such nasty passive aggressiveness at one of my guests, not to mention the sweet girl who was just trying to do right by me. Mc Donalds is Mc Donalds. In the last over 40 years, I have been there 100's and 100's of times, and they are rarely out of anything except maybe cookies or pies. I really like the new jalapeno burger, and it was a GREAT value when introduced at around 2$. However, they raised the price on this, AND 2 locations (this one and west Wellesly BOTH are out of the jalapeno strings to complete the burger. Just moved to five mile and this is the closest McDonald's to my house. I've only been there 2 times. The first visit was at night and everyone was treating me like I was an inconvenience to them. Thought it was just a rough day for them, so I tried them again tonight and was greeted with the same person who acted very short with me. She then asked me to pull forward to the second window. As I passed the first window I heard "um, excuse me?" She explained how if the locking bar is up then go to the second window but if not I need to stop at the first window. I got my food quick and went home. I opened my Big Mac to find that it looked different than usual. The burnt meat was thin, over cooked, black and rubber-like. The bottom bun was stale and hard. I had about approx. 6 strands of lettuce clumped together and not much sauce. I work in the food industry and one thing I know about franchises is consistency is key. I expect my Big Mac to look and taste the same no matter where I go. I also understand every customer is a walking dollar sign for your company so customer service should be taken seriously no matter what time of the day I decide to spend my money with you gambling if I will receive a good meal or one that goes directly in the trash. I will not be returning to this location again. I'm going to be driving out of my way to receive better service and a much greater product from another location. read more
