The workers were extremely rude, unhygienic, very loud, and they were all yelling at each other while we were sitting right there. they're soda machines did not work, and it looks like the grimace grimaced into the urinal and had explosive vomit into the urinal. my burger looks like it was ate by a cat, and then served to me. their mobile app said they were only serving breakfast at 5 PM like bro what. then proceeded to go to the kiosk to order and it wasn't working well either. One of the workers had her entire family camped out on the booths like it was a family reunion at Waffle House. I guess I work at McDonald's now... The registers are free but the workers are helping everyone with the self ordering stations (SOS). I asked if I can just order at the register and the woker started to but the manager said NO. So the worker basically took my order at the SOS. I don't think this make things easier or faster for the customer, but I'm sure it does save McDonald's money. This place is dirty unorganized and unfriendly. The floors where so greasy it was like a skating rink. The person taking our order forgot to check the person in front of us if their card went through so they got there food for free. Than we we started ordering the staff had to have a meeting about it instead of taking our order. Didn't have biscuits and gravy didn't have the frappé machine working and none of the signs behind the counter showed the options of food. read more

I like this location because their ice cream machine is not always down but WOW whenever someone is not working inside at all, the people ordering on the drive thru don't really know that because the branch don't really put out a sign that nobody's working for that day. Located one block off Interstate-10 exit 182(Sorrento Donaldsonville) is very convenient. If you can't seem to make it straight to Baton Rouge from NOLA or vice versa this is a great checkpoint. The service is fast and friendly and the restrooms are always clean. Several locals(elderly) in the area frequent this spot to discuss the daily news and greet you with a "Good Morning!" also. The food is always fresh thanks to the constant flow of orders so no need to worry about if it's been sitting under heat lamps. However, keep in mind this is a very busy intersection when it comes to vehicular traffic. There's no stop and go type traffic just industrial traffic making drop offs and pick ups. read more

01/10/2020 8:20 am, ordered a small coffee and apple pie before I go to work on my day off, employee let me know there we no apple pies, at the first window the young lady was just as confused as me as to why there were no apple pies in the morning.. that's when customers eat the pies no? Told me to talk to the manger at the 2nd window. She told me they open at 4 am but everyone dosnt get there until 7am.....so I'm an hour an half y'all ain't got things together? After a recent long vacation over at my hometown, I was ready for some good relaxation and some good eats while driving back home. While driving out of Louisiana, me and my father found this spot nearby. Pulling into it we were greeted by yelling, it caught my eye even with earbuds in so I took a peek. I saw a woman with several kids in her car yelling at the speaker about Happy Meals and Fries. She sounded very frustrated and I caught the woman hitting the side of her car a few times out of frustration. I tried to tune out the noise but the yells were getting louder. My eye caught the entire order being taken off on the big screen and her driving away with no food. We were a bit confused but insisted on giving it a chance. The lady at the speaker ignored my father for a good 2 minutes until she eventually answered in bore. He stated what we wanted and she said to "pull up immediately" in a voice that resembled utter depression. I felt a tad bit offended by the people being so bored with themselves but I don't like judging people, after all they are minimum wage workers. We recieved our food pretty quick which was a surprise. I grabbed my Quarter Pounder Meal and immediately ran for those fries like I normally do. For a few seconds I stared at boring, lifeless, soulless, unseasoned soggy fries, half of which were falling apart. When I went to take a bite, I was sent to the wonderful world of nothing. Absolutely nothing was going on in my mouth and it seemingly felt like I was eating mush. The fries felt like they had been sitting in the back for hours waiting to be eaten. I reached for the Quarter Pounder and when I took a bite, I got a glimpse of some disgusting pink meat aswell as once again, a lifeless food item. Personally, I don't mind mid rare burgers, but the color really caught me off guard. I threw the fries back into bag and took one more uncomfortable bite before going back to doing. I will never be coming back here ever again. This place is lazy, drab, and a piece of crap. read more

When I walked in at 8AM the doors were accidentally locked and 2 customers along with the store manager were waiting outside. So I will start of by saying I have a small addiction to McDonald's French fries. This store this the closest to my house and very convenient I tend to come here at least once a week. But lately I have been driving 10 miles away to a different one because of the experiences I have had here. So,I went inside yesterday to get some fries and a drink. While I was there, they hade 3 employees relaxing. The girl was off work and was so loud, screaming and laughing and making a scene. Then she got up because here ride was there The two boys that got up and started tending to the trash started cursing and laughing on there way outside. I got my fries and went outside to my car and one of the guys started to make inappropriate noises at me and they started cursing at one another. I told her no and n one ever came back in to the speaker. We pulled up and let them know that no one else ever answered us again. It was a young girl with blue braids in the back that rolled her eyes when we got to the winDow. The young lady working the window told us that the headset had stop working. I asked her did they have a $3 dollar bundle. She said that she did not know what that well we so then she asked blue braids and again she caught an attitude and said NO. Another young lady came from the back and said yes ma'am we do have i. I placed my order and ordered 2 Hot and Spicy extra mayo add cheese , 2 small fries and a coke light ice. I originally asked for a iced coffee. Again blue braids said wtf? We don't have no coffee. We are about close. So basically they were about to close in 30 minute. I understand. However you still have a job to d. anyway Due to incidents that occurred I did not eat my food.. Yalol need to hire better associates with better attitudes read more

WORST McDonalds experience ever! Filthy dirty overflowing trash welcomes at the front door the bathroom was beyond disgusting trash and filth everywhere. I didn't want to order ANY food but my husband was starving. The self service station is ridiculous and difficult to use. The young girl behind the counter (with the huge roman numeral tattoo up her forearm no name tags so guessing thats how they identify her) was rude, dismissive and had ZERO customer service skills and to top it off she didn't know how to work the SOS. She couldn't find a milk shake for a little old lady who they just should have taken her order personally that was a 10 minute ordeal and we ended up helping her and tattoo forearm find the milk shakes on the SOS. We waited over 15 minutes for our food and when it arrived they got both of our orders wrong so back to the SOS board with tattoo forearm to reorder the food she couldn't even personally take our order after the screw up WTH? I didn't eat my food but the second order mess was still wrong (thinking I got my 1st order the 2nd time) The burger was cold and my husbands big mack had SOOOOOO much special sauce it was running down his hand.
