I honestly don't know how this McDonald's would handle an emergency if they can't even handle a cheeseburger order. My burger looked like it got assembled during an earthquake -- everything slapped together, condiments everywhere, bun halfway off. Then they forgot part of the food I ordered on top of it. And before anyone says "it's just fast food," basic accuracy isn't too much to ask when you're paying for a meal. This location seems allergic to getting an order right the first time. Should I go on? Because I probably could. read more

I'm usually not a fan of fast food but when I'm a crunch it's close to the office and the service is always Superb and fast and the food well it is fast food so you can't complain about it really. But even with the line long they are flinging food so fast you hardly have time to hit the brakes as you find your way to the pick up window. Once at the pick up window your food is served with a smile and have a nice day. read more

Was stuck in outside lane while they took 6 orders in inside lane. They apparently did not know I was there. I had to pull out of line, circle the building and get back in line and wait all over again! Then I was given almost $4 in all change because they didn't have any $1's! read more

They have signs all around the building that say the drive through is open until Midnight Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Then in teeny little letters on the drive through window it says closed Christmas Day. There was a line for the drive through. read more

Came threw the drive thru this morning,my bag tore in half right after she gave it to me and didn't apologize,1 biscuit wasn't even wrapped, all the biscuits were hard as a rock an the hash browns weren't cooked all the way. My husband went to this McDonald's this morning as a driver for Uber eats. While inside there no lines he waited for someone to offer to wait on him. There was a young lady at the cash register she never looked up to acknowledge him so he waited. As he waited several other employees walked by and never offered to wait on him either. He noticed the manager was standing looking out the window when she walked his way he ask if he could be waited on. The manager preceded to yell at him and tell him in a very unprofessional way that they had busy and he needed to wait. There were no other customers in the building. He has been delivering for Uber for awhile and this was the most unprofessional people he has worked with. He felt threatened by this manager for just asking to be waited on. He reported this to Uber and will be reporting to McDonald's corporation. We are all just trying to make a living. read more

I come here often for breakfast since it is on my way to work. There is always a smiling face when I pull up to the window. I have had nothing but great customer service. There have been times, just like any restaurant, where my order has been messed up, but they are quick to fix it! The line moves quick! Much better than the one on Nissan. Nissan McDonald's has NASTY coffee, I thought maybe it was just that day, so I gave them another shot, nope it's always nasty! How do you mess up coffee?!! read more

So, let's start with Albert the manager grabbing a female employee and shoving her back when she seemed like she was going to try to resolve the problem and then calling the customer a "mother f*****". This after they refused to fix an order they messed up. They forgot part of the order and then what food was there was cold. My boyfriend just asked them to fix the order, he even had the food to return that was not good. The manager sent the young lady to act as a fake manager then when the real manager finally steps up, he starts the conversation with an aggressive "what's the problem!?" instead of trying to resolve the situation. We will be reporting this to everyone we can in the morning. Do not go to this McDonald's. read more

The morning and afternoon team are great, I've only really ever had problems at night but I work late nights too so a few mistakes is completely understandable, especially since mine are usually "special" orders. Overall this is one of the best ones in Smyrna. read more

I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't leave them blank. However, the doors were closed and locked at 8:36 pm. I was told that I had to go through the drive through. There were at least 5 employees there. One cashier was sucking on a rock candy sucker and they acted as if they were offended when I told them that I couldn't go through Drive thru because I drove a Semi! Rude and unprofessional and I will NEVER be back! read more

This McDonald's has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole entire existence. They are so rude and bitter. I'm literally 18 years old and I have better customer service than these folks. Not to mention I always get my fries upside down in the bag. Make the 3 extra minute drive and go to the McDonald's on Nissan!!! If I could rate this McDonald's 0 stars I would. read more

So first off this is McDonald's.... Well you know what you're getting when you go to McDonald's. So we don't go there often but when we do at this location they have these young kids working and they have the worst attitude possible. Like their facial expressions are even horrible. read more

I've had three bad instances at this place, and I know if you've had three of them why go back? On Sunday nights it's just about the only thing left open around eleven at night when I get out of work. Now mind you it says they are open until 12 a.m. but all three times its miraculously closed when I pull up at eleven all lights on and people just standing around inside doing nothing. One of those times they take my order then I'm waiting and the lady then decides to tell me after she takes my order that they are closed. Two other times just refused to take my order mind you I know they close at 12 so I make sure to get there before then, just last night I pull around thinking maybe they'll take my order at the window but no the lady there is on the phone playing with her hair after about five minutes sitting there she finally turns around and waves me off this is all at around 11:15. This place is garbage with a garbage staff whoever runs the night shift or the whole place for that matter should be ashamed. read more

The McDonald's on Nissan Drive in Smyrna Tennessee is by far the crappiest place there is my money was dropped out the window at the drive-thru and then I was treated like I had done something wrong when I couldn't open my door to retrieve it drove to the next window to find them up they're complaining instead of doing their jobs and just giving me my money that they dropped out the window the line was long and the woman taken the money was just horrible very bad experience all the way around with waiting in line for 20 minutes for ice cream totally unacceptable read more

For one I'm not a picky person but I have been to this McDonald's a few times and every time I go I seem to get rude customer service for one I did with people all day long and for two to get that when I go to a restaurant or a fast food place or whatever you want to call it it does not set well with me they need to re-train their staff on how to be fucking polite read more

I have lived in Smyrna over 20 years and this place gets worse each passing year. The employees are rude, don't greet you, and even with the special being advertised for Pick 2 for $5 they don't know it or honor it. Even if you get something in the drive thru it is wrong every time, and i am beginning to wonder if they have a ice cream maker as no shakes constantly saying "The ice cream machine is broken" With calls to the manager and corporate McDonalds nothing changes. Please visit the one on Nissan or Almaiville road if you have to go. I will for my grandson. Stay away from the Lowery street location for piece of mind. read more
