EVERYTIME I mobile order ahead I get there 15 to 20 mins at least later I get there and the order is not even ready more than once I have been asked to pull around and park while they work on my order. Tonight I ordered extra sauces and ketchup in the app I asked the girl at the window if they were in the bag and she lied to me and said that they were in the bag. Guess what I get home and no extra sauces that I ordered and no ketchup. They couldn't even be bothered to put more than 1 napkin in the bag. The service at this location is SERIOUSLY in need of help. And the outside of the store had trash all along the drive thru and front of the store. read more

Almost 15 min wait for two hash browns and two breakfast sandwiches. A crowd was forming inside. Once we finally got our food and left, we realized the hash browns were so over cooked you could drive nails in with them. Not worth wasting more time, at least the sandwiches were decent. read more

Service needs major improvements. We waited 20 minutes for 2 quarter pounders and fries.

If you know anything about me, you know that I love McDonald's. Like, a lot. Love, really. As in; I could eat it every day kind of love. If McDonald's gave me any authority, I would work for free visiting the nations McD's. Love. So, after reading the reviews, I figured people don't give McD's enough credit. And that the only time they review McD's is when they had an issue. But wow. Some of the previous reviews were spot on. Not only was it ridiculously slow, like tortoise slow. No, tortoises are faster. Dead tortoise slow. But there was also a health safety violation that we saw and reported to the manager. The manager immediately rectified the situation but it makes you wonder what other issues they have that are not reported. I just don't understand this McDonald's. Corporate spends tens of millions of dollars maximizing efficiency, but this place needs more training at Hamburger University. read more

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds I've been to in a long while. We just wanted a quick stop after a few hours of driving for a restroom break and some fries. Well to start the restrooms were absolutely gross - the first stall had a large pile of feces on the floor. The second stall was completely out of paper and the third occupied. I went up to the counter to tell them they were out of paper and needed service badly. The teen counter girl just stared at me blankly, it took several attempts to get her to understand and I finally I got an "Oh" then she went on ignoring me. No one ever went to see to the situation. When my husband went to order fries we stood in line for 10 minutes behind one other customer who was hemming and hawing about Vegan menu options (why are you even in McDonalds?). All this time several other employees were wandering aimlessly about and not one jumped on a register for the rapidly building line. We finally gave up and walked out. The only reason this place has one star is because that is the required amount of stars you have to put in order to make a review. The garbage was overflowing by a landslide like they haven't checked it since they opened. Garbage was all over the floor and food still on tables all around the establishment. Food was awful. Fries were the worst part of the order which is usually the part I look forward to. They were clearly old and stale. My cheeseburgers were no better to be honest. They tasted like pure cardboard. Granted, I'm only driving through Seymour, I will never come to this McDonald's again. read more

Stopped at this McDonald's while driving through Indiana. Unfortunately their restrooms wouldn't flush, and I tried washing my hands to find no running water. I told the order counter as I was about to order my food and they already knew that the water line was down to the restaurant. It is not safe to serve food in a facility with no running water so we left. How they were still serving lunch floored me. I also mentioned that they should put a sign on the bathroom instead of letting people just fill up the toilets. Super unimpressed by the manager's blind eye to this problem. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. We went through drive-thru at 3:20 pm on Friday 11/3/17. We ordered 6 drinks & a sandwich & 4 fries. When we finally got to the window to pay, we had a nice young man explain they were switching out the root beer tank. But the manager was so hateful to both us and to the employee. Yelling at us to pull up and we would get our order. The young man brought our order out after about 15 minutes and apologized for the way his manager acted. We will never return to this McDonalds. They definitely need a new manager, one that knows customer service. read more

Barely had to step in the door to be able to tell you this is already the worst McDonald's I've been to. The trash was literally HEAPING in every trash can in the facility. Not even kidding. In the bathroom, in the dining area, even behind the counter. It took 10 minutes for them to make two hazelnut iced coffees, after having already forgotten we had order then. I wouldn't call what we got iced coffees though, more like hazelnut creamer with a zest of coffee. The good thing is, though the chicken nuggets were cold, they didn't taste bad, so it wasn't quite a loss. They need some good management up in this place to turn it around. read more

How many ways is there to spell S L O W....If you're going to eat here, inside or drive thru, you better stop somewhere else first to pick up a snack to tie you over while you're waiting. You wd think this pkace would do better. It's been this way for years and never a change. You wd think, ESPECIALLY after EVERY review is the same for the last 3 years. It's very obvious the management does not care in the least. And what's up with this also, McDonald's never, well I'm, rarely, around here anyway, never ask you to pull forward. We waited for 20 minutes to get breakfast. The repeated our order to us 3 times and it was correct in the receipt. However, we did not get the correct order.
