McDonalds - Raw meat !! - Burgers Near Me - Selma, California

Quality control is absolutely TERRIBLE at this mcdonalds. As someone who lives in Selma with not much to eat as it is, I give this place 1 star. I just ate 2 bites if a bigmac that tasted like they saved the beef patties from the night before and reheated them. They were burnt like rhey had been rehated multiples times. Haf to throw it away. It su ks when you drive a lot and can't eat your lunch because they do this to you. I waited 10 minutes in line for thisand it was in the morning like right when lunch had started. So I HIGHLY doubt they reheated that burger from the same morning. read more

McDonalds - Burnt bug mac covered in salt - Burgers Near Me - Selma, California

I don't know if it is because we're from LA, but this is one of the friendliest McDonald's I've been to. Business is definitely robust here but the workers keep things moving and pleasant from what I've seen in my two visits. First trip, employee checked if we really wanted a large iced coffee (we didn't). Second trip, another employee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the daily specials. Extra bonus: the only McDonald's I've seen with a Twix McFlurry!!! And they also have a pumpkin and creme pie. read more

If there was a no star option.... every time- they get your order wrong, you wait patiently. They have you move out the drive thru line.... without fail every time I go.. Typically I wouldn't leave a review. McDonald needs to send a team leader from corporate to help!! read more

Usual, nothing special but kids ask for it. I don't usually do fast food reviews but it's okay. Nothing special but cheap. It's my my cup of tea but somehow, someway the kids love it. There is a play area available is small but keeps the kids busy and active while you chew down your meal. Service is okay, the usual teens and forty year old managers with a chip on their shoulder type of place. I rate this place 3.0 read more

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen plus have been to. Each year there's an upgrade and still no cleaner environment. Also to add , it does smell very weird and bad in the building. read more

Sat at the menu for 10 minutes before being greeted. When we did finally place our order wrong it wasn't even what we asked for. Get to the window to pay and they lost the order. Finally get our food and the French fries are stone cold. Told the girl running the drive thru and she exchanged our cold fries with Cold fries! Not to mention the rest of our food is barely warm. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

Last night I went after 4 years of banning due to bad service,oh boy was i wrong i should of never went back,i ordered a large fries and a frappee they sent me to park for my frappee like really?so after waiting like 5-7minutes i got a melted frappee my fries were cold and dry,and to top it off the guy didn't gave me a straw I told him,he signal he'll get get it,i waited for more than 5 minutes again he stayed talking to other co workers having fun,i I had to go around and knock on the window, manager didn't even apologize, Just go to Fresno or Kingsburg where they care more about their customers, read more

The worst service... whoever night shift was tonight 1/28/13... was stuck in drive-through for 25 four minutes without moving a inch. Called the store. I don't know how many times, no answer. Seen two people get out of their car to see what the holdup was. Finally got to the window, asked what the hold up was. No answer, so on to the next window. So I had asked if my food is 20 minutes old if I can get some fries or freshly made food. Nobody wanted to help out, had to ask for the manager. After the window closed, I heard them all laughing. Not being taken a little serious was disrespectful. AND MY FOOD WAS COLD. Would never recommend this McDonald's, but it might be the only one in Selma, so good luck. read more

These people suck. always super rude and slow. Seriously, I don't understand where they get the entitlement to act that way. I co probably understand if they were actually good at the job, but they suck at that too!!! The store manager should be ashamed but then again she acts the same way!!! read more

I am a doordash driver and this location has been the worst wait time. I understand they have a higher volume of orders, but when I stand outside over 30 minutes waiting for my delivery order, and ring the doorbell multiple times, not ONE employee comes to check the door to see if a delivery driver is there. I thought the point of them putting in that doorbell for delivery drivers would make the wait time less long compared to waiting in the driveway. Other McDonald's locations I have waited less than 10 minutes to pick up my delivery order. I am done with this location. I have given them hope to step up their customer service over the last year, but no improvement. I'll just make sure not to go to this location from now on. read more

They always close early, never have ice cream, fries are filled half ways and my order is always missing something. Now I remember why I stopped going for the past 6 months. read more

Absolutely terrible service, if you ask for no sauce they'll add extra sauce just for the fun of it. Also they mess orders up all the time.

Their opening crew is is always on the phones, broke sprinkler got my vehicle wet, and been told to leave the drive thru because quote on quote it to early to serve food when it's 5:15am read more

Sad sad sad. Always order large fries and always get same portion. I order large fries because I want LARGE amounts of it. My first job was fast food. Take pride in your service people. I will be complaining only next visit. read more

McDonalds - Sad sad "large fries". Looks like someone ate half of them. Fix it! - Burgers Near Me - Selma, California

Went to get breakfast around 9am and drive thru was so packed it went around all the way to the front so we went inside to make things quicker and that didn't help cause it was packed in there as well. People that ordered an hour ago were still waiting and we waited for over 30 minutes. And as I ordered the lady taking my order was so rude she was giving this other customer attitude because he was concerned for the other people that were waiting an hour or longer. Overall I had a bad experience here with the employees and I suggest they should either hire more people or replace the employees I dealt with. read more

Ice cream machine is never working!! Why bother having it on the menu. Then I'm stuck in line waiting to get out of the drive thru behind orders that take forever. read more

This place sucks. They take ur order in the drive thru then make you wait for over ten minutes for your order. Even if you want to cancel your order it's either going to get messed up or they can't do it by at the window. read more

Don't waste your time giving this place your business. It takes 30 minutes every time I come here. NEVER have they apologized. Management needs to be replaced. They obviously have no clue how to run a "fast food" establishment. They are not even "1 star" worthy but Yelp made me do it. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This has to be the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. My order was taken in the drive thru at 7:17pm and it took until 7:44pm!!!! For just 3 food items and 3 large drinks!!! THAT IS INSANE FOR "Fast Food" being a former Mcdonalds employee I personally know IT IS NOT THAT HARD to have a fast pace efficient crew that's friendly or at least decent to their customers and productive. I will personally never return to Selma McDonald's no matter how convenient,And I will be sure to defer anyone that asks about it. This restaurant is the type that gives the McDonald's name and franchise a bad rep as far as slow output and just terrible service overall. read more

Every time I come to this McDonald's literally every single time my coffee tastes sour. That just goes to show they are probably serving bad food. I am very disappointed and I will no longer be coming here. If I could rate 0 I would read more

They don't serve hot tea! Weird cause every other McDonald's does. Their service is also slow.

I rather drive to Kingsburg or Fowler McDonalds than come here. I have given this McDonald's so many chances and they continue to disappoint. I've had so many bad experiences here with the service and the food I could write a book. During my last experience, I came through the drive-in at 11:20 pm. When I get to order the gentleman said for me to order at the window. Once I get to the window at 11:45 pm the lights were all off and all the workers were hiding in the back. I get that it was almost midnight and they close at 12 pm, but at least have the respect and decency to say something. Not to mention, there were still 4 cars behind me that were told the same thing to order at the window. read more

People that work at the counter have their head up their butt it was so bad I walked out! Wish I could give zero stars.

No complaints. Fast courteous service. I always use this place for an egg McMuffin on my way to Fresno.

I used the mobile app this morning thinking it would make picking up my family's breakfast easy and boy was I wrong. I arrived at the location to find all the mobile parking stalls filled with people waiting for orders. I went through the drive through to be told I would have to park somewhere and wait for my order. I watched one poor employee run from car to car trying to find out who ordered what to find the orders were wrong or incomplete. I will not use this app again. If I had not paid already I would have left and went elsewhere. read more

Well I now know never to stop by the establishment again, 15 - 20 mins in drive thru was the only car when we entered to ordered left with a huge line behind us. All we order was a mighty kids meal, 2 mcdoubles, and 2 med fries, guy comes to the window after 7-10 mins and repeats our order to us we tell him yes he states okay I will start making it, few minutes later he hands us the drink for the kids meal and closes the window had to knock on the window to ask for a straw, he tells us oh the patties are barley being made wifey and I look at each other like wow ok, finally get our order and the fries are COLD so asked my wife to park in a stall while I went in to ask for a manager all I got was is their a problem I said yes 15 /20 mins in drive thru for my small order plus cold ass fries that's my problem so they replace kids meal fries and 2 med fries with 3 large fries fresh out, never an apology or anything, And these are the type of people that want $15 an hour ha ha please not even worth the minimum wage they are getting, always check your orders never will stop by this location again. read more

Today wasn't a good day to keep us waiting in the heat in the drive thru. It was in the 100's and we had just bought groceries some of our items were starting to melt. The items that we had order from McDonald's took over 15min. We should of at least been told that, that particular items that we had ordered....was going to take awhile to be cooked. When we asked why it took so long the employee told us it was because they were cooking it fresh. We appreciate that it was fresh but again they should of had warned us how long we would have to wait. Please keep in mind that some drivers don't have air conditioners. read more

I wish I could give them 0 star. I've been here multiple o times and this will be my last. Service sucks here. I ordered a McFlurry and they didn't even fill it to the top. Waste of money. Don't come here only reason they are open is because they are a chain. read more

Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. All the tables were dirty. We settled for the least dirty table which was sticky and there was hamburger meat all over the seat. My big Mac had one measly dot of Mac sauce. I didn't go in the bathroom but my grandma did and said it was absolutely disgusting. Tried to throw my trash away in 2 different garbage cans and both were over flowing with trash and like 75% of the sodas were out. Either they were very under staffed or no one there gives a shit. They didn't seem understaffed so I'm pretty sure no one cares about the restaurant read more
