Walked into this McDonald's but they had issues with the mobile order, as the system doesn't show up, we have been waiting here for more then 25 minutes for a cup of coffee, the management seems to be fluttered and extremely flushed with drive through orders. I want to give merit to the staff for constantly checking up on me to see what is happening. At the end of the day if they continue to check up on me it is a good start to service. I would like to mention Marcella, hard working manager, and the merit for us goes to Mark who was patiently working to maintain the service here. However we waited for more than 30 minutes and got a bad excuse working on my order, and was extremely bossy to an employee named Mark who was patiently working and following orders. read more

I waited 40 minutes for an online order. When I arrived at curbside, the staff saw me but didn't even check my order number. Everyone else got their orders before me, even though I was there first. Their customer service is terrible, and the food is always dry or stale. I should have just gone to Taco Bell instead. read more

Drive-thru did not take order from vehicle that arrived first. After waiting for 2 minutes, order taker said "I will be with you." Then another vehicle drives up in the second drive thru and we are still waiting for order taker to ask us for our order. Then we see the other vehicle that drove up pull out of the drive thru to go to the window to pay and pick up their food. When the order taker finally asks us for our order, I ask what is going on when we arrived first and the second vehicle drove up and gave their order while we were still waiting for our order to be given. Order taker just said, "Sorry, it's too late, now" Outrageous customer service!!! Will never bother to go to Selma McDonald's and will tell all my friends and family to not order from Selma's McDonald's. read more

McDonalds - Waited 10mins in the drive thru parking for this - Burgers Near Me - Selma, California

Ordered two quarter pounder with cheese meals. One of them was fine, looked as it should and the other was horrid. It had a regular small cheeseburger top bun with an appropriate quarter pounder patty and then the bottom bun was the middle bun to the Big Mac.. the inside was dressed like the small cheeseburger, hardly anything inside. Behold, the Frankenburger!! WTH McDonald's?! It's not like your food is inexpensive anymore. I'm not asking for perfect as I don't have a high expectation for fast food. But I do expect better, especially for the price. Come on!! At least the fries were hot and fresh. This was Saturday early afternoon, you couldn't have run out of buns that early in the day. This mcdonalds is the worst. I went to get dinner with my family and the people in front of me had been waiting for a hr. To get there food Then I went to order the guy did not lison to us after telling him we want the 40 pice nuggets with the 2 large frys 7 timea. He says we dont have a 40 pice with fries. So he goes and adds the 2 larg fries after We told him that it's under the bundle tab. I ask him to go ask his manager (no better then the cashier) as she says hello the customer that was waiting for 1hr finally says something and she leaves us to pretent to take care of them and thwn hands them to another supervisor. IF THERE WAS A VERY POORLY RAN STORE IT WOULD BE THIS ONE. Shift mgr has a new staff who kept asking for help. She did her best. I say the ASST.mgr and DEFINITELY THE STORE DIRECTOR/mgr should be scheduled. Asked before ordering if macchiato were being served new employee said it works but sure due to being new. But took order anyways. No macchiato machine working!!!!! Then asked if we can just keep the sizes but just make them regular coffees with 3 pumps in lrg and 2 pumps in sm. creamers put in. Don't get me wrong the food here is delicious but the customer service is not too great. They're also always forgetting our sauces and napkins. The sodas never come filled, they always come out tasting so much like water. They put more ice than they do soda. read more

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food chain. I ordered through my mobile app so I could pick up like I normally would (Never had an issue).However, when I logged back into my mobile app to see my order number I noticed my recent order wasn't there. Thankfully I had taken a screenshot and I also had my emailed receipt that I was sent after I placed my order and it also showed I ordered at the correct location. I thought I would be fine since I showed the worker my receipt and explained that I did in fact pay, but I didn't see my order in progress of being made on the screen. The worker then got the so called "Manager" and after explaining to him what happened he told me since my order did not come through their computer system they were unable to make my food. After over 20 mins of waiting I tried to justify that I had paid and showed my receipt and my screenshot of my order number. The "Manager" still refused to make my food. I left after 25 minutes with McDonald's taking out a bank transaction of $11.95 and NO FOOD IN MY HANDS. I then asked the "Manager" how to move forward in issuing me a refund and he stated he did not know the number nor how to work the McDonald's mobile app since he didn't use it. Mind you he even asked one of his employees what the customer service number was! For one this "Manager" needs better customer service training instead of allowing other employees on his team to be speaking for him and second the moment customers drive up to a speaker we hear " Will you be using the Mobile App today?" so how does this "Manager" not know how to utilize a App that McDonald's promotes?! This was by far the most embarrassing and worse customer service experience I have ever received and to leave after I paid and was refused my food, is plain disappointing. This is a one star McDonald's for a reason. Terrible service, wrong order, arguing with me on what I ordered, patted and waited another 10 more minutes in the parking lot for food. The children managing and working in this place all should be fired and start with an owner who cares and staff that have basic customer service skills. Skip this place until that happens. read more

We literally just left. I'm already sick!! At first we walked in and noticed all the chicken items and the fish was marked off on the menu. So I ordered to quarter pounders 2 med fries and 2 large cokes on the app... took 20 minutes to get our food. We take a bit of our burgers and they were RAW! Bright red meat in the middle! Took it up and showed the manager he said that's gross. And so they made 2 new ones. Still not cooked completely and light pink in the middle. We ate. But the fries were disgusting as well. No seasoning on anything at all. Not even salt on the fries. The food tasted so gross I only ate half of my meal and threw the rest away. 5 minutes later my husbands pulling over in the freeway so I can throw up what I did try to eat! Flip a coin. That's the chances of getting all your food fresh, in a timely matter and correct at this location. It's a hit and miss because there are times where I'm like, "dang these fries are so piping hot and perfectly salted," and other times I'm like, "they must've found these on the floor, scooped them up and put them in my bag." Ugh but I can't help the cravings my central nervous system hypnotizes me with and makes McDonalds so enticing that every bite is delicious until I'm done and regret soon sets in along with an extra pound or two on the scale.
