Went through drive thru. Ordered a chicken nuggets kids meal and a water bottle. We only ordered water bottle because they stated they do not serve tap water. After approaching paying window, they told us food was not ready and to pull over to front. After waiting more than 15 minutes they arrived with tap water. They stated they did not have water bottle but wanted to charge for tap water. We asked for refund on water and were giving an attitude. Went inside and requested refund of water to be processed. Overall please check inventory of what you do have and don't have. read more

This is one of the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. First the quality of the food itself is horrible, I've never had meat that tastes like it was left out for days then reheated. So first I want to start off with I work at a McDonald's so I know what's correct and what's not . I walked in and waited 7 minutes for a employee to take my order and I'm a patient person when it comes to waiting since I have been on the other side of the counter , when we got our food the fries were half way filled with barely any and when we were getting our drinks not only was it's extremely unsanitary but I happen to notice that the sweet tea liner was being reused just re printing the timer and cover the sticker from days ago aswell as the drink station having little to no lids there was hair on the table and lastly from working at McDonald's I know the protocol for the cookies and these were the most stale cold cookies I've ever had from McDonald's. You should drop the cookies when there very first ordered. Hope things change read more

This McDonald's is horrible! Kiosks don't work, which I can't understand. If they don't want to take your order at the counter then fix your stupid kiosks. No table tents, no ketchup, no napkins. They can improve on the food a little too. I ordered a steak bagel and it's a good thing I was eating in cause I would have had sauce everywhere. Waited in the drive thru for an unreasonable amount of time. The young man at the window clearly cannot read, because he returned the wrong amount of change, even though it is right there on the receipt. Additionally, when you buy a drink, it would be helpful if you provide a straw. Finally, they should remember they are in the food service industry, and providing napkins should be automatic. Got back to hotel room and found all this out. read more

Another stop after I picked up the kid from a conference in San Antonio and made a trip to Houston for another. Mom Taxi and he was craving McDonalds. The coffees were good but the "hot apple pie" with the "Caution Hot" on the box...ice cold. I asked a yellow shirt woman if she could reheat or get fresh and she did. I can tell she either made fresh or dunked it back in the hot oil or microwave or however. But they were lava hot! In the meantime while waiting, I also noticed her grab the old ones from the warmer and chuck them in the trash and add new ones...but left the heater door open!! Well that's why ours were cold. I eventually saw another employee close the door but it stayed open for a solid 5 minutes. The bathrooms were nice and huge and the location is nice but the kitchen just looked like a disorganized mess. read more

Every single time I go they screw up my order! And they don't care. This time a missing Big Mac, wrong soda, no sauce for nuggets. I asked 3 times and corrected what they had twice and they still screwed up. They are Extremely rude and when you call they either don't answer or just tell you to ask for a free item next time. I'm tired of that. One of my family was missing their whole meal and gave me a Coke instead of a Diet Coke. When I told them that's not what I ordered because the person is a Diabetic they replied that they did not know they were a Diabetic but it didn't matter as they were out of Diet soda. I asked why they didn't tell me that and they said they just ran out. So they ran out between the two drive thru windows? I doubt it. Then we called and spoke to Patrick who couldn't care less. Favorite morning stop on my way to work. I recommend the chicken biscuits! The wait can be long, depending on what time you get there. Employee Elizabeth said, "We've got three people for the breakfast shift. Three. The food is hot and fresh when we get it to you." They really do a great job. Service was extremely slow. Everything was uncoordinated. Front Menus were completely black. There are no changing tables for babies. Almost 30 minutes after ordering my food had not came out. So I take my boys here sometimes to get out some energy when it's too cold outside, they are 2 and 3. I wasn't aware that they close the playground on Wednesday's for orientation . So at first it was a let down because they had told me the playground was closed. But then the lady who was giving orientation I wish I had gotten her name, she came up to me and my boys and said she would move her orientation to main dining area so my boys could play. And let me tell you as a single mom of 2 energetic boys that meant everything to me! It was so kind and that's what customer service is all about! read more

The wait is ridiculous every single time we come here! The time of day doesn't seem to matter! We are ALWAYS asked to drive in front of the building to wait. The wait is usually always over 10 minutes. We thought we would try to curbside order and again have waited for over 30 minutes for 20 nuggets. None of the cars around us have received their food either. Tried to call and check on order twice, no one will answer the phone. To add to all the problems getting our orders in a timely fashion, the saddest part of it all, is they were know for their hot fries, but now they are always cold as well! Always disappointing. Disregard all reviews prior to mine, because the owner listened! When we came, renovations to the interior and exterior were complete. The parking lot has new concrete. The interior looks brand new with all modern decor. The bathroom is huge with no-touch fixtures. Just check out the pictures! There is a ~50" LCD tv showing the news. Everything was clean - no worries there. The only thing I did not like was how they keep a lot of items behind the counter (McD locations seem to be trending in this way) such as creamer, pancake syrup, etc) and failing to provide these things with our dine-in order for breakfast. read more

Ordered our food and asked for Bar-B-Q sauce, we pulled up to the window and the guy at the window didn't even greet us- opened the window and basically threw our drinks at us and then slammed the window closed. He came back and gave us our food and didn't say a word. I checked the bag before we left and there wasn't any sauce in there, so we waited until he came back to the window and he had the nastiest attitude.
