We went here for lunch saturday right at noon and both tried The Big Arch, the new double cheeseburger. The place was pretty busy, but the food was delivered to our table quickly and hot. The new burger was actually hot and juicy, cooked right, toppings fresh. My son said ut was better than most of the burgers he gets in restaurants. $8 burger is alot for fast food, but cheaper than any diner burger even with the fries, which are always great. McDonald's fries dont disappoint. Also got chicken nuggets, which are always crispy, with newer sauce Mcrispy Strip Dip, which was ok, but i wont get again. Tastes too much like bbq sauce. The place was clean, the service was fast and friendly. I have no complaints about this place and enjoyed my lunch. read more

The hours for closing was either incorrect on Yelp or the restaurant closed early. We ordered on our mobile app (which indicated the restaurant was still open), went to drive thru and there was a female voice asking how they could help. No one was at the windows and we realized two things 1) we know it's either an AI generated voice or pre-recorded when we drove to the drive thru and 2) the restaurant is closed for business. We saw people inside with a mop so not sure what was the deal. We also saw at least 10 cars and a few folks actually tried to open the door to the restaurant to no success. Got nuggets and fries for the kids and a BLT cheeseburger and fries for myself. Everyone got a sprite soda for drinks. The service was good, they got our order correct and in a timely fashion and gave me my receipt this time. For the ambiance, I picked the right time to come because there weren't a lot of people around the building begging for money. Will be back because the kids seem to want to live off of chicken nuggets!!! Lol read more

A very good place to stop by and grab coffee, or anything else to drink or eat. The employees are nice too. They should consider changing the music background in the restaurant, as it's too old and depressing. Other McDonald's restaurants play Hot Adult Contemporary music, and I think this one, in my opinion, should follow suit. Aside from that, always worth coming back! read more

Well I like this McDonald's it's really yummy. I like all the food and I recommend to work.

The food and service is fine. It is the new decor that is depressing. They remodeled the store in late Feb 2023 and indoors it has gray paint with painted gray circuit breaker boxes. It looks like the basement of an industrial warehouse. Then they hung up metal grating above the tables. It reminds you of what you imagine Rahway prison looks like. Corporate really needs to come visit here and repaint the walls with something more cheerful. Even rainbows and unicorns would be an improvement. The current graphics and accents are really horrible. Even the employees are rolling their eyes at it. read more

I would rate this place a 0. Especially because I work nearby this McDonald's and I went there on my way before work for the 1st time. I got 2 large mocha frappes for my coworker and I. I got to work and my coworker said it tasted sour so he didn't drink it. Mine also tasted sour. So it looks like they gave me either bad or expired frappes. Because after few hours, during work I got disgusting after tastes and weird tastes in my mouth similar like an acid reflux, I also had to continuously use the restroom due to an upset stomach and also threw up because my stomach pain was worsening. This happened all at work, and I couldn't work the full day and had to leave. I hope I feel better because I feel so terrible right now. read more

As far as a McDonalds go, this one is better than average. Its relatively clean, the staff has rarely messed up my order, and convenient to get to. There is ample parking, and the drive-thru runs fairly smoothly. read more

Been a real long time since I've been to a McDonald's and I can tell they're feeling it with the continued rise of 'healthy eating'. Its been so long since I've been to a McDonald's that I didn't notice that the dollar menu has taken a hit, the prime reason I would go here. Lots of things have gone up like a small fries or a mcdouble which for a long time along with others were only a dollar, where now they're $1.49 or more. I had a couple of those and some nuggets. Still taste how I remember them seeing how its been at least a year since I've eaten at a mcdonalds. This one was spacious and clean with a nice big parking lot that I like. My experience here was ok, the cashier was friendly but she didn't offer me any sauce and it took a bit for her to acknowledge me, which I thought was part of fast food. Overall though a good visit, and this location is the ideal mcdonalds if you like the golden archs. read more

Do not go to this McDonald's late at night! Do not order food from this McDonald's late at night! This place has nothing but childish employees that pay around and act very unprofessional. I literally had to wait at least 20 minutes just to pick up an Uber Eats order because one of them gave me the wrong order. Management better fix this immediately! read more

This is one of the most professionally operated McDonalds. The employees (most of them very young) are courteous, knowledgeable, interactive with my children. While the food is fine (it's fast food after all), the restaurant is very clean and kept perpetually clean. This McDonald's is above average in comparison to most. The only problem I had was that they didn't serve breakfast even though the menu said that it is served all day. My friends and I went to the drive thru and ordered a lot of food. They got it all correct which I applaud. read more
