Among multiple wrong orders over the years, the last few years or so have added extremely long wait times. Couple years ago I ordered ahead on the app, arrived 5-10 minutes later. After waiting Inside for 30 minutes i had to leave or risk being late for my appointment. Couple weeks ago I ordered ahead and arrived ~5 minutes later. My friends and I went to keystone McDonald's around 11:30 Saturday night 3/7 after bowling. We checked the website for this location's lobby which stated 24 hours. The lobby doors were locked and after debating what do, we figured we would walk through the drive-thru to see if they would serve us. We are all 16 and unable to drive past this hour, we walked probably 200 m or so down the street so door dash would be ridiculous especially at such hour. As we started walking to the speaker a lady with pink and black hair came out and started yelling and cursing at us before we could even respond to her first telling us to get out of the drive-thru. One of our older friends came and picked half of us up to go through while the other half walked back to where we were staying. The group that went through not only experienced a long wait but continuous poor service as well. The same lady was pointing and talking negatively to customers about not just our car but other cars in the drive thru as well. When we finally got up to the window the lady refused to serve us and eventually called one of her coworkers to open the window and hand us our order. This rudeness and unprofessionalism should not be tolerated. Not to mention, as we were waiting two younger boys came through the drive-thru on a bike and a scooter and were taken care of immediately with no question. However, she yelled at us stating we NEEDED to be in a car, which clearly was not the case. This behavior was immature and very disrespectful. I'm gonna be completely straight forward and honest, this McDonald's can be really hit or miss. When it's a miss it is the worst thing you will ever eat. Service was fast and friendly. Restroom and dining room were clean. Food was hot and well prepared.

No one is hospitable anymore. The fries are always cold anymore. And it not a family oriented atmosphere and the garbages are over flowing with trash . Bathroom has buggers wiped on the wall. And you usually wait for a long time. What happened to fast friendly service. And the thing is when I work for McDonald's we didn't get 15 dollars an hour and we did our jobs 10x better. read more

Worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Waited almost half hour having gone through the drive-thru & being asked to park to wait for our food. We ordered 4 English muffins, one hash brown, two orders of pancakes. What we were given that was correct - ONE ORDER OF PANCAKES. Really?!?!?!??!?!?!? Completely unacceptable. We called once we got home & realized we didn't receive the correct order - we were offered coupons. Oh geez, thanks. We don't live that far from the "restaurant" & the manager should have offered to have someone come pick up the "food" and bring us our correct order.
