The dining room was open My visit this morning was pretty good. I ordered my usual Hotcakes & Sausage with 2 syrups and found it to be very typical, the sausage flavorful, the pancakes able to soak up all that syrup, giving sweetness in every bite. So far as I knew, all the area McDonald's had their dining rooms closed, some better than others in communicating that with signs or just blocking the seating area. I saw no signage or blocked paths, so when I got my bag of food I simply went over to a table and sat down. It was quiet with only one other customer inside. I suspect people have gotten used to dining rooms being closed and don't even try to eat inside for now. Anyway, the place was clean, and they left me alone to eat. My order taker seemed less than enthused, just taking the order. I said I wanted 2 syrups and knocked off a star because once I got my food I had to go back and ask again for the second syrup. read more

We rarely go to fast food chains but after 2 hours of driving home in the rain, we were too tired to go to a restaurant. I craved a fish sandwich-McDonalds advertised a flaky fish filet. Sorry, it is still the same, bland, flat frozen filet. It tasted a little bitter. The fries were good; their Iced Coffee is very good. read more

The girl at the front was so incredibly incompetent it pained me. I really really hate to give out two stars to any business:( I understand that working in the service industry can suck at times, trust me, I've done my fair share. And employees attitude can really make a break a visit with a business. This location really has to work on trying to up the positivity, and define for them what customer service should look like. Their mobile ordering needs to be looked at. Ordered online and the transaction confirmed, but the restaurant had no record. Manager said we'd have to reorder. The transaction hit my bank account already- so I declined to pay twice for the same food... Also, this McDonald's Does have well prepared food, but their counter staff in general are definitely not customer friendly. The worst McDonalds I've been too. Somehow they can't get the bun or English muffins right. It's always dry and burned tasting. I've gone back 3 times to this location because it was convenient and I really thought that it was a fluke at first. Twice for sausage egg McMuffins and once for a Big Mac. It is also extremely busy with limited parking. Once I had to use mobile ordering and park in those spaces because nothing else was available. read more

Super small Mcds. It has the self ordering and self serve soda machines. Ordered a sweet tea and Mac Jr. the latter took 10 minutes to be prepared and they put far too much sauce on it and was dry as anything. read more

Worst McD's ever! The workers are unbelievably rude and annoyed to be at work. My husband and I went there this morning at 10:15 to have breakfast and they locked the doors and said no one is allowed inside. The line in the drive-through was 8 cars deep on both sides so we only wanted to run in and grab a breakfast sandwich and leave. They wouldn't let us in. We went to Starbucks next door and had excellent service. read more

This McDonalds is privately owned by Bob and Joan Davies. I'm a big fan of this McDonalds because it is well managed and maintained much better than the non-privately owned. Also since it is privately owned, it is not 24 hours. There is also Free Wi-Fi at this location. Dining room and Drive-thru hours: Mon - Thurs 5am to 12am Fri - Sat 5am to 12am (1am for drive-thur) Sun 6am to 12am I like how the dining room has the current and modern look. Making my dining experience an enjoyable one. The staff and manager are friendly, even to my requests like unsalted fries. There is outdoor seating and plenty of parking spaces. read more

Stopped on the way home from Florida to Nashville. It was about 5:30am & we pulled into the drive thru. We ordered 2 sausage biscuits & 2 sausage burritos. We pulled around to the first window & the guy said the total was 11 dollars. I questioned if that was the right price, seeing how each item we ordered was I the dollar menu. The employee looked it over & then said it was $4.60. I'm glad I said something otherwise I would've paid 11 bucks. The sausage biscuit was very fresh, the biscuit was hot. The sausage burrito was also fresh, & it didn't have those annoying hard bits at the end of the burrito. read more

This place has many issues but the manager was probably the worst did curbside nearly 1/2 hour later I finally left, brought out partial order forgot items then waited 10 min for an apple pie while food in car got cold, manager acted as it was my problem that they ran out of apple pies remade my food and then gave me the original apple pies instead of the hot ones read more

I'll give this Mcdonald's one star because the food is not something to complain about. I arrived, ordered nuggets, and asked for a cup of water. I was quickly scolded and told water cups are not provided. Quizzical, upon my arrival at the window, I asked when this procedure was implemented as I usually receive a water cup instead of a bottle without question. At this point my card was held captive and I was verbally attacked. My cashier said, "if you want to keep being a dick I do not have to charge you, and you'll get no food." I simply requested a water cup and I was accosted and thrown a water bottle. A simple, "this is company policy" would have sufficed. I realize this young man is making less than he should while trying to survive in a world that makes is darn near impossible to; however, I do not deserve the abuse. Do better, Mcdonald's. You've evidently gotta call first before coming here. The place was closed for breakfast three weeks ago and dinner the next week. Even the drive through was so slow as a result that people were pulling out and leaving. But the ultimate insult was that, when we reported it to management, then denied that it was closed and treated us as if we were lying about it. Evidently the staff didn't mention that they were turning people away at the locked front door, claiming a lack of staffing. I don't like being treated like a liar or a con man. McDonald's - I'm Lovin' it; it being the $1 Large Iced Teas... Everything else is just okay. I grew up on the Big Macs, Quarter Pounder w/Cheese, Double Cheeseburgers, French Fries, and Milkshakes. Wow, talk about small minded pettiness. Our car broke down at 10:30 pm right next to the McDonalds. Since the roadside service was severely delayed, by 2:30 am, we decided to walk over to get something to eat (it's open all night). The lobby was locked so I knocked on the drive through window, and told the attendant wearing the headset our situation, that our car is waiting to be towed and we were hungry. With a look of no understanding and cool indifference, she said I needed to be in a vehicle to serve us. I replied that I have a vehicle right next door, and I surely would drive through but it is disabled. Then another guy, some upwardly mobile graveyard shift success story, steps in as some hero fending off evil, tells me it is a severe liability to serve me without a vehicle. They probably thought I was some vagabond walking up from the streets, and decided to put their foot down and get that great feeling they did some good in the world that day. Nice job Derek Ave. McDonalds, great discernment in weeding out real evil. This isn't the only incident we've experienced. They have been notorious for getting orders wrong, and on once occasion I actually drove back to show them and wouldn't correct the situation. This place has a legacy of inferior management. Though this probably won't affect sales or anyone's decision to avoid this place, for the sake of principle, all else equal, make a statement and go to another one if you have the time. read more

This is the second time in as many months that I came through the drive thru to find it closed. Supposed to be 24 hours, but a Latin woman came to the window and said they didn't have enough people show up to work and could open. Poorly managed and overrun with Spanish speaking employees that are hard to understand. read more
