Everything was fine I stopped in yesterday for breakfast, my often ordered Hotcakes & Sausage with 2 syrups. The visit went fine. My order taker, who was also wearing drive thru headphones, was very pleasant when she took my order. My food was ready in just a couple of minutes and was correct, including the 2 syrups. The food was exactly as I expected, three pancakes to soak up syrup, a greasy flavorful sausage patty. It was a good small inexpensive breakfast. Absolutely amazing! The lady working at the drive thru is so nice and food arrives quickly. It is a nice place to take your kids or to grab a quick lunch especially if you're on the go. Came in this morning and was forced to use the self check out because no one is minding the counter. It took me three attempts to order my meal because the self check out machine kept freezing. It took a long time for my order to come out and the burger bun was stale and flat. Also, there were a couple of homeless people sitting outside smoking right next to the entry door, so I had to walk through their smoke when entering. read more

The short Spanish girl was a total bitch. Huge attitude problem. I know this isn't a fancy steakhouse, but at least a smile would suffice. She didn't smile, no "thank you", "you're welcome". She just placed my food on the table and walked away before I could even ask for ketchup. And she never gave me my drink cup. All I wanted was an apple pie and to not be arrested... I walked inside only to stand there for 2 minutes, have everybody look at me and no body help (also I'm the only customer inside). Finally one manager walked over, I said I would like an apple pie. She punched it in on her computer and walked away. I put my card in, it dinged and said please remove card. I did as instructed (also I work at another restaurant and understand how this process works). The payment did not go through so I asked the manager to make sure it had. She then rang up the order again only to walk away before the payment had processed again! She then came out and handed me the food. I said I don't want to walk out without paying and the payment didn't go through. I work third shift and there's not a lot of places open at that time. This restaurant always serves hot and fresh food and apologize that it takes a little longer because they make the fries when they're ordered. My only thing that's very frustrating is they have a sign that says they are open 24 hours, but it's been months since they've actually been open for 24 hrs. I run to McDonald's at least two times a week on lunch break for my self or a coworker and they are always closed. I now go to the one on Bee Ridge in between beneva and sawyer Rd. The service was fast and the staff was pleasant but the restaurant was in shambles. The drink machines were filthy. Spills and puddles of soda everywhere. Both dispensers were out of ice. The trash needed to be emptied. None of the tables were cleaned off. Definitely going through the drive-thru next time. read more

By far the best McDonald's I have ever been thru. The drive thru was especially speedy, despite my specific custom requests (I'm a vegetarian and I was desperate for a breakfast sandwich). The woman working cashier was told extremely kind and took the time to find the cheapest way for me to get a meatless mcgriddle! Quite possibly the worst Mcdonald's I have ever experienced. Among first entering, I was instantly overwhelmed by the amount of people clustered around the counter. There seemed to be no line, and I must have been skipped over at least 3 times before finally being able to put my order in. There was one register open for a mob of 10 people. When I told the worker what I wanted, he had to repeat it back to me 3 times before finally getting it right. It also took him 2 minutes to get my change right, trying to give me nickels instead of dimes, and dimes instead of quarters was not enjoyable. After 10 minutes of waiting for my food, I went over to fill up my cup with soda. The counter was filthy with puddles of soda and ice everywhere. If that wasn't bad enough, they were out of ketchup, which lead to me waiting back in the chaos at the order counter to get packets of ketchup. After I finally sat down, my Big Mac was surprisingly pretty good, but that wasn't enough to make up for all the other chaos, but it is enough to save me from giving this horrific experience one star. If there is no other McDonald's around, and you're not in a rush, this one is the place for you. read more
