This place is so rude and have no customers service skill. I'm not expecting anything much considering this is a McDonald. I got a confirmation for an online order with a pick up code and money taken out of my account. When I arrived the worker there said they don't have my order but was able to print out my receipt. They then said that there is a system error and if I want my food I would have to pay for it again and wait for a refund. If the system is not working how then did I get a confirmation code for pick up and money taken out of my account. The manager there didn't want to deal with this issue so she have a worker there to assist me. I get it sometimes technology is not working. But to question me if I paid for the food or not after I showed you a confirmation of payment on the app and went above and beyond by showing the charge on my account. Will never support this McDonald ever again. Your employees embarrassed me in front of other's customers that was in your restaurant at the time. read more

I ordered through the mobile app for pickup. I did a screenshot of my order in the app because I've had issues before. There was a line inside so I had to wait and when I reopened the app. My order disappeared and wouldn't show. I got the email receipt ready and Pedro (manager on duty) wouldn't give me the food I paid for because I didn't have the "right" code. I had a code in my screenshot but it wasn't whatever he wanted. He refused to give me my order even though I showed him the screenshot, email receipt and the McDonald's charge on my account. I'm sure he gave my order to the wrong person. I previously asked if he had my order before he started calling out the numbers. He pointed it out in the kitchen screen so I don't know why he couldn't give me the food. I walked out without my order and have to do a chargeback with my bank. This location needs new management and training. I don't know what I'm supposed to do when the mobile app misbehaves and still charges me without receiving my order. How is this not theft??? Came by this McDonald's after droping off after airport and getting Costco gas in the morning. Probably got to the McDonald's around 6AM or so. I ordered a regular iced black coffee with sugar and no cream on the app. I usually order there on my phone and tell them I want half the pumps of sugar that I normally want (since you can't adjust on the app). Never had an issue until today. I stood there for 1-2 min before anyone came over. I let them know it was a mobile order, and right off the bat, unfriendly vibes. Doesn't say anything, checks the POS, and I say my order is on the screen. He doesn't say anything still and then goes to the back to make it. I mention to him I only want 3 pumps of sugar. After a minute, he comes out with a iced coffee with cream...when I clearly stated in the app for no cream. He has the nerve to say I'm wrong lol. I show him the app on my screen and the screen in the back clearly says no cream too. He remakes it, and nearly throws the drink right at me... As many others have stated in the reviews, this location is really bad. I would definitely avoid at all costs. Came here for breakfast and everything was great. Got my favorite, the sausage and egg McMuffin plus hash brown, large hot coffee with cream and sugar, and a little sausage burrito. Attempted to pick up a mobile order. The Manager Pedro was EXTREMELY RACIST. He was muttering racial slurs under his breath while his back was turned to me, and he refused to fill my mobile order. I was given the third degree. that the bathroom was only for customers. I'm a driver I'm 60 years old. When I need to use the restroom I need to use it now. And then when I walk in and get the third degree about being a customer or not. What do you want us to piss in the parking lot? Or up against the wall? Yesterday my grandpa ordered 2pies n an iced coffee. He was surprised to see only 1 in the bag. When he asked the server, server insisted on that was what he ordered repeatedly. My grandpa was almost 80 yrs old with failing eyesight, Instead of trying to understand the problem n be more helpful to the elderly, the server just kept saying that was what you ordered. The manager Angel was nice n handed 2 pies to the old man. Right then my grandpa realized that he had probably made a mistake. He thought the split image on the menu meant 2 pies but in reality it was actually 2 halves of one. There was another item on the menu for 2 paying an extra $1. He apologized to everyone n paid the extra $ for 2 pies. My point here is that the server should've been more compassionate with the elderly, be more helpful instead of displaying their arrogant attitude even when the elderly was wrong. My grandpa made the mistake but he's been going to this restaurant for years. Angel knows him n was always nice. It was actually my grandpa's first terrible experience here in 13 years. I was rolling in my Whip Big Ken when I saw this McDonalds . I've been wanting to try the Super Sized Grand Mac . So I rolled my Whip Big Ken into the McDonalds parking lot . Its a good sized Parking Lot , so there's plenty of room . I rolled in and was impressed . This McDonalds is Huge and it was fairly Clean . So I made my way up to the Front Counter and Ordered the Grand Mac . The Counter Clerk asked me if I wanted the Meal . I declined as the Grand Mac is supposed to be Huge. WORST McDonald's EVER... The ingredients tasted stale. Cheeseburgers had a weird taste. Fries arrived cold after allegedly just coming out fryer. The clearly haven't changed their oil in days probably weeks. Everything is old and dirty. The bathroom was completely out of supplies. Service is horrendous. Fire the manager that works Thursday mornings. That individual needs to learn how to greet people appropriately in the morning. When an old lady politely asks for napkins to help another customer who has spilled juice on the floor, don't abruptly and rudely say "Yes!" with a stern pissed off face as though someone interrupted you. I visited this McDonald's for a Quarter Pounder meal and I have to say it sucks! The food here is consistently sub-par ( especially for a McDonald's ), the fries are never cooked hot and fresh and the burgers are lukewarm at best when you receive them. The Coke here is VERY watered down too. I am often disappointed when I visit this McDonald's and I won't plunk down my money here again. I never thought there was a difference in the quality of the food at McDonald's but these guys proved me wrong! Drive thru incident! Disgusting is an understatement. The Manager didn't believe me when I told him the soda was flat today. All I said was excuse me but the soda is flat and it taste like watered down juice. The manger literally said something in Spanish and the employees next to him looked at me and laughed. When asked what was so funny he just ignored me and told me the soda he gave me was not flat. I told him it was flat and instead of asking me what I would like. He took a cup filled it up with soda, enough to taste, drank it and told me it wasn't flat and handed me my food. No one would believe what I saw today at this location. They are very comfortable with being unprofessional and I mean to the point of them laughing right in your face. I felt humiliated today at this location and sadly nothing will be done about it.
