Love the ambience of this McDonald's with all the amazing murals painted throughout inside and out. Employees were helpful with helping me get my order done through the kiosk, and then paying at the register. Food was OK. McDonald's used to make the best fresh ice tea. Now they let it seep for what seems like days. It's so dark and will make your tummy hurt. The golden arches has always been in my life ever since I was a little kid. This particular location seems to be much cheaper than the other locations and the lines here move very fast. They are always busy so every time I do come to this location, the food is always hot which I love, especially the crispy and hot french fries. One thing recently that I noticed is that there's murals all over this particular McDonald's location. It makes the McDonald's absolutely beautiful and adds a great touch to the community and neighborhood. I hope they keep it. I saw on the news that the mural is only temporary but hopefully they end up keeping it in the long run. It definitely makes this McDonald's location stand out for sure. Some of my favorite things I love to order is the chicken mcnuggets happy meal with french fries and a coke or the breakfast items, especially the sausage egg mcmuffin haha with hash browns. If you're looking for the cheapest and hottest McDonald's food, this McDonald's will probably be your favorite. read more

The food is decent at this location, but god did the recent experience leave such a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered through the mobile app for pick up from drive thru, came like 10 minutes later, and the guy on the speaker couldn't hear me clearly at first but then we both realized that he wasn't seeing my order in the system at all. I pulled my car to the window and showed him my phone, showed that my order is paid for, and this is the right location. He asks for who I assume is the shift lead and she came with a peachy attitude and keeps asking if my order is [exactly what she's reading from my phone] and if it's paid, which I had confirmed thrice at this point. I just wanted a late night snack, it was a 5 dollar meal, I'm not coming to a McDonald's to scam five bucks. She then called over the manager who was very chill and said they'll get my order so I can just pull forward. I'm met with the same rude lady who slams open the window and rolls her eyes at me. Then she walks away without a word, and an assistant manager comes to ask if I'm at the right location. I followed the GPS here so honestly if it isn't the right location and my 2020 vision is failing me then YES, it's here. The manager reaches over him to hand me my cone and I'm just waiting for my food so I can leave this miserably long unhinged interaction. The lady hands me my food and I drive away without realizing she just skimmed me of my drink. As an ex fellow food service worker, I know that despite the circumstances and customer behaviors I'm PAID TO DO MY JOB. I was nothing short of respectful and patient with them only to be met with utter hostility by the lady. Should give this a zero for ubereats. I order my food and it took so long that many delivery drivers went to this location and give me a different driver. My only guess is that one of the driver stole my order or something else otherwise these employees has to learn to take care of the order. Also, they should remake the order. read more

Mobile ordering was fast! They got everything in my order correct. The parking spaces are pretty small, and there are only 2 for mobile ordering. I've been to this location before and the drive thru was very slow. I'm glad to see an improvement in the speed of service. read more

I was really unimpressed at this location for a couple reasons: - A lot of the staff members here were wearing their masks, but not the correct way. A lot of them were wearing it with their nose uncovered. - When I was here with my friend, we saw someone ordering food and waiting inside with his son; however, he was not wearing a mask despite signs all over - There was a long line in the drive-through that we thought it would be faster ordering inside, but it felt like it would take the same time - Ordering inside, it took someone about 15-20 minutes to realize that we were waiting to order even though I was standing in front of the cash register looking around to find someone to order Overall, I just don't think I would come back here again because of the amount of time it took to order my food and get my food. read more

Ordered in the drive thru. Staff was very friendly and the drive thru was very quick. Got home and found out the 6 piece nugget was missing but they did give me the bbq dipping sauce for them. Then started on my Big Mac that I added bacon to and low and behold no bacon that I paid for. Called the restaurant and got told that I couldn't get a refund for the missing items but I'm welcome to come back and get a free sandwich. I truly think the employees at this location are high. Pretty sure being a pot head is a requirement here. Service is surprisingly slow. Ordered two slushies and it took approximately 30 minutes of waiting in the restaurant. Flavors were wrong, but I at least got something. Didn't want to waste more time there. On another occasion I ordered happy meals for the family. We got the happy meal boxes. When we got home, they were filled with cookies. At least the drinks were correct. I have nothing against pot heads. I've worked with some very responsible pot heads. They leave their random tendencies outside of the work place. This used to be my regular Store. It was on my way so I stopped by. Tried to use the App to order in advance, use points & get deals. Site was down. At the order screen, I was able to use my code to get credit. I asked to use my points to get a free sandwich. Mgr got all bent out of shape saying you can only earn rewards. Ok, ok, got it. So I get to the window and ask about paying with my previous set up CC. The Mgr comes running up repeating "you can't use rewards only earn them" assuming that was my question. Then repeated herself in Spanish to make sure I got it. I was like I know - can I use my linked CC to pay? QR code didn't work, or that's what they told me. I just paid with another card. Long drive-through lines. Employees are disengaged and always seem frustrated. I know it's a busier McDonald's stop, but perhaps management should consider educating team members in how to display a bit more enthusiasm when taking orders. We are just hungry customers passing through and would like to be treated kindly. Also, not sure why it feels like a game of tug of war when asking for more ketchup or sauces. Requested a quarter pounder w/o onions and it seemed to have extra onions. Fries were old and cold , no dipping sauces provided. All of these are forgivable, but the coffee grounds IN my sweet tea was irredeemable. As I was sipping, I thought I tasted coffee but It wasn't until I saw it with my own eyes (see picture). My daughter took me to lunch today on her way to work. We used the app to order ahead. The app crashed at the order window and cancelled our order. We ordered at the drive thru.
