Seems convenient for high volume hours but if you both arrive at the same time which lane yields to who? We didn't see the prices of fries listed on the digital menu. We asked the the operator she quoted us quoted is $3 for small, $4 for medium and $5 for a large. With only a dollar difference between sizes we splurged and order the large which came out to $6.13 including taxes. We were delighted to find pipping hot fresh fries, wish they filled the fries up all the way though. We also got the limited edition FIFA Cup sleeve! Worst McDonalds I've ever been to hands down for customer service.The staff is rude, has no sense of urgency and I literally waited 30min for a $7 meal no line no customers no acknowledge, they were just chit chatting the whole time. No one chooses a McD based on the reviews but I still wanted to say that this location does not get your order right most of the time. I'm not special ordering anything, just making required selections based on the online prompts. Selecting a happy meal with nuggets, apples as the second side, and sweet and sour sauce means I will instead get two fry sides and no sauce. Shrug. It get a five star for location and for how clean it always is. I also always end up having a nice convo with one of the customers every time I go. But for food and to a certain extent the staff... they are just okay. The burger is always slapped together. The fries are slightly over salted. I can only describe this specific McDonald's as "dystopian." This is not based on a single visit, I have given them multiple chances, but today's visit will be my last. The food? It is a McDonald's, the food is exactly the same as any other McDonald's. I will say that the new chicken strips deserve all the scorn that has been heaped upon them on the internet. No way combo of strips with fries and drink are worth $15, not at this lack of quality. What really sets this place below any other McDonald's is the experience. Today I made the error of placing an order through the App. I placed it when I was close to 10 minutes away. Still, when I arrived, the screen showed my order was still being processed. Eventually, it moved over to the "now serving" column, but the order was never called out. Then it disappeared from the screen, never having been called. I had to get the attention of a counter person (not all that easy as they were studiously avoiding the glares of a waiting area full of pissed-off customers). I was told they were waiting on the chicken strips. I had to get in their face again to remind them I was still waiting. All total, my wait for "fast food", including the time since I placed the order on the App was 45 minutes. And the woman waiting next to me said she had been there close to an hour. On a previous visit, I had similar problems with the order fulfillment system: An order number appeared, then listed as "now serving" then vanished from the screen without being called. Then they acted like I was inventing words when I asked if the order was ready or not. That time, I emailed the owner to complain, and was given a $20 gift certificate.
