Today (Friday) I stopped by around 4:44 PM after work feeling tired, exhausted, and starving. Even though the drive-thru line was long, it was moving quickly. To my surprise, when I got to the second window, my food was already ready for me! Every time I visit the McDonald's on Roosevelt, I get asked to pull into a spot and wait. But today Pleasanton was different it was fast, convenient, and exactly what I needed after a long day. It's 9am with a very empty diner. I ordered my food at 9:00 it was very simple not modifications it's not 9:15 and I haven't received my food. Some lady orders a cup of coffee after welcoming herself to the back of house and it's out in a few minutes. If you're not busy, why is it taking so long? It's not a lunch rush, having an empty dining room does not mean you can take your time on your orders. Only to be told that fast food workers should get paid $20.00 why? Call the Contreas family? I went this afternoon just ordered a simple order 1 hot and spicy and m fries. They park me when it shouldn't take that long for them to make that simple order . Anyways i parked almost waited 10 mins just to receive my order like what are y'all doing back there EATING THE DAMN FOOD ? Then a worker comes out looking clueless trying to find the which order belongs to who like come on at least have some type of organization . Then finally someone comes out with my food it was cold fries had no salt on them I understand they are tired but your working in a fast food restaurant. After being the only car in curb side for 20 mins I went inside . Inquired about my order after a few minutes caught the employee with my order trying to take outside . When I checked the order at the counter it was cold. Ask them to remake it. When I received the order the second time the burgers were made wrong ... now the younger female was helpful and quick to resolve the issue but the manager nana who heard me come in and my issues tried to avoid the whole situation. Whhhhhhhhhy!!?? I NEVER LEARN!! Every time I go here the service and their food gets worse and worse. I ordered a quarter pounder (not double) 1fry , drink and 3 WARM chocolate chip cookies , that's it! I had trouble using the Kios and my Rewards app so I went to front. They had to send a young lady to the front to assist me but she was definately happy as she was extremely rude. she then called a manager to try to assist but she was even worse. I would skip this place and eat a Better Burger up the street. read more

Ok been here twice but 1st time i was disappointed. They had 1 register open 4 people in front of me it wouldn't of been bad but they had other employees just standing talking. Took me 3 min to get ice because ice machine was dropping 2 ice cube at a time. The lobby was dirty the restroom was worst. Not only dirty no toilet paper they only have 2 restroom stations and we all know the rolls of toilet paper are extra big rolls but both had none. Went in on a Friday evening great service food was good and i felt like i was in a different kind of McDonald's just the atmosphere seemed different the play area was opened to the dining room area so it wasn't hotter in there then the rest of the store. Very strange kid play area. The equipment is geared toward toddlers. There are three touch screens with games for all ages. Perhaps it is due to the high school being across the street. Ran into band kids getting out from practice. Plenty of parking and well lot grounds. read more

I live right around the corner from this McDonald's and I have to honestly say it is one of the worst McDonald's in my area! The drive thru is always ridiculously long which obviously isn't there fault but the wait time is unbearable. I've literally sat in the drive thru for over 30 minuets on a Tuesday night. The last time I went which will be the last time I go for a while my burger was literally bloody. I didn't have the time to go back and argue with the staff about my burger so I just threw it and took the loss. I won't be back for a very long time read more

I've only been to this location twice and I will not be returning . The line and the wait is ridiculous even at 7am during the summer.

On the drive thru menu it said that Sausage McMuffins were not $1, I got charged more than that. I pulled up to lane 4 and waited over 20 minutes for my order. I had to get off and see what was the hold up, by this time my coffee was cold. I let them know and they tell me that they are slow with breakfast. I ordered 3 sausage McMuffins and 2 orders of the hotcakes with sausage, part of my order had been sitting there. They get the other hot cakes and give to me. Everything was cold and I live less than 5 minutes away. Not even an apology or what can I do to make it better. While I waited on the area for drive thru orders I saw at least 6-8 vehicles come and go. read more

This location always takes long to complete your order. Menu items are not always available. You have to wait for them to prepare them. Have made several concerns to management however they are never corrected. Hiring managers need to make hire leaders to improve service and talent. read more

I went today and they told me they didn't have any French vanilla cappuccino!! I was like what?! I bought it from here and every other place too! Surprise, surprise.... the ice cream machine was "down" an hour before closing EVERY TIME!! There is no wayyyyyy it's down consistently an hour before closing. Usually I have no issues with this location, however it seems like coming at night means only getting half your food, no receipt and a big serving of frustration. My main annoyance is that at night and during really busy times at least one thing is forgotten. Usually i have no issues when i go to this location , however i went on Sunday night just took a glance at my food to make sure it was correct. Only to get home 30 mins later to find out the 6 burger's we ordered "Plain only cheese & Pickles" had everything on them. It was already late about 10 pm once i got home. I called we had two gentleman who stated they were the managers to bring in the food back to them at 10 at night , i told them i live 30 mins out im not going back right now. Ill be in the next day they said just to bring my receipt and food they would refund.Once i get there the manager wants to tell me the two gentleman i talked to are not managers and that its not there policy to do refunds. i told her thats not my problem i asked for a manager and they stated they were managers so thats something you would need to fix with your employees but thats who i spoke to and if i would of came last night like they said i was gonna get my money back but your telling me its not your policy. So then tell me they can give me 1 Medium meal in place of my 6 burgers that did not make sense to me i told them i just wanted my money back. Finally after arguing back and forth they finally gave me my money back. I will not be going back they are unprofessional and rude as fuck. I suggest going else where, i've never had this issue for a refund on my food if its there fuck up. read more
