First off, get the place cleaned up , the left over syrup on the soda machine smells awful like it is fermenting . Maybe business is doing to well, but let's be honest, the food , your employees lack every ounce of motivation that they want to leave early. Yesterday, I placed a mobile app order; they charged my card, as per usual. I get to the drive thru... they tell me they are out of fries. Keep in mind, they already charged me for them. I've been on their app several times before and if they're out of something, the app mentions it's out of stock. There was no reason or excuse for this. Aside from this snafu, it takes a small lifetime to get any food from this specific location. They always make me park in a stall even though I always order for drive thru in the app. I'm over it! Absolutely horrid service and food. I got the basic double cheeseburger and you can taste how old it is, even the color of the burger is obvious it's old. The nuggets were fresh, but can tell they sat for a minute. Service was awful, they offer table tents yet they never served, I had to go get my order from the front and never got my drink. When I went to get my drinks it took a good 7 minutes for them to look my way. The playground is decently clean and large. It's not packed and hasn't been for the last 2 hours of being here. Okay. This location is truly the definition of 'Hit and Miss" sometimes the fries are salted, sometimes they're not. Sometimes they get your order right, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they make you wait 10 minutes. sometimes it's only 5 minutes. Sometimes they get my order so wrong it's baffling. I ordered 2 quarter pounders, and 10 piece nugget (with diet coke.) Instead they give me 2 chicken sandwiches, and they just completely forgot the nuggets. They also gave me Dr.Pepper instead of Diet Coke. SMH. My dad had to drive back and tell them, and still they forgot an order of fries. However today my dad and I tried the Mobile order and pay feature on their app. I have to say it was quite a nice experience, very easy and clean. I live close to this location so it is very convenient. Now the food comes out quick, and it does have two lanes which is why it is in and out. They are hit and miss with the fries sometimes they are salted correctly which makes it heaven but they do sometimes give you unsalted which infuriates me. Today I went to get a order for my dad that was given to him free because he went a few days ago and they messed up his order so he called and complained. Well today I went for him to claim his free meal and well first off the manager that was on duty today at 5:30pm has no customer service and was just grumpy when talking to her and of course she didn't have her name badge on, well she asked me what was wrong with the first order and I explained and so she puts on the order- just ketchup & pickle only which is exactly what was supposed to be don't the first time, she gives me the order and tells me to double check befor I go. I checked the order and again it's has everything on it, I just looked at her and laughed and walked away and reason I did that because I hate going to this McDonald's, they always mess up orders and are rude when you tell them. The last straw for me is when i used my McDonald's app to claim my free fries and I ordered a meal- 2A , well she only gives me one order of fries and I'm trying to explain to her that I get two because I order the meal and she with her broken English is telling me that it's only one order of fries, which make no sense because I get a free large fries and I order a meal! Walked in was not greated, then when worker made eye contact i spoke first. She then got my sons order wrong. When she finally got order right and gave me my military discount, which she needed a manager for and that took 5 min, then she hands me my cup with hair in it. I get a new one of course . Above 5 stars, 1st time at this McDonald's location and first and foremost, very clean restaurant, staff was exceptionally nice, food came in great timing and was delicious. I had also ordered a caramel mocha frappe, which came out a little on the sweeter side than others that Ive had, as I was about to toss a full drink away, the manager noticed and offered me something in replacement to which I just got regular coffee, I really appreciated his concern and hospitality. This is the worst (I mean absolute worst) McDonald's I have ever seen. Half the employees don't listen or care about their customers. The drive thru is ALWAYS messing up my orders. When they make a mistake they can't even fix it or even give you a complimentary drink or burger for the hassle. I had people honking at me and cussing at me for taking too long when IT WASN'T EVEN MY FAULT. When I got a hold of the franchise owners they promised to send me something in mail for the inconvenience and I NEVER received anything.
