Spent 20 minutes at the drive-through just so the guy that took the order first to tell me I'm sorry I didn't get your order. Could you repeat it? Then I gave it to him. He seemed to have trouble with that. If you're in a rush, do not go to this McDonald's Then when I pull up to the window, the guy tells me to go wait in the number five spot. Service is super slow, waiting in the drive thru line for 15-30 minutes just to order food is crazy.

I usually come during or a little after lunch time during the week and am always met with smiles, efficiency, fresh food even when there's a bit of a wait and they make you park. At the parking sites, McDonald's employees are still very sweet and never forget to offer anything that's needed before I leave with my meal. I love it here! read more

Came here for breakfast and found out they did not have any vegan options. Their website says the hash brown patties have beef and milk in them. So 0 vegan options during breakfast. For lunch and dinner it seems they have apple slices but that's all. Nothing else vegan. read more

This McDonald's is near where I'm currently working. I will from time to time stop by for something quick for breakfast if I didn't make anything before heading to work. I stopped by this morning to get a sausage biscuit and hash brown plus use the free medium coffee with a $1 or more purchase deal on the mobile app. I ordered my food and tried to scan the QR code to get the free medium coffee. It wasn't working. The manager came by to fix it and it still didn't work. He just said that it wouldn't work because I got the sausage biscuit and hash brown deal. The deal on the app had only one requirement and it was that I spent at least $1. I explained that to the manager in a respectful manner and he was having it. He just walked away like he could care less about giving good customer service. I got the items I paid for from him and I let him know that the right thing to do was to honor the deal on the their app. He still said and did nothing. I politely took my food and left the place. This is unacceptable and they should honor the deals they give people on the app. read more

For the number of employees working here, and the mostly empty dining area, I can't understand the lack of service. On top of my day job, I drive for Uber. I went to the counter to pick up an order and stood there for about ten minutes just waiting for someone to give me the food. If you want your food done wrong, then order from here. Ordered my food through UberEats. McDonald's gave my original order to someone else, so it took over an hour to get it. I ordered my burger with no pickle, and no onion since I'm highly allergic to onion. I added tomato slices and mayo. This is what I get smh, no tomato, no mayo, picklesandof course onions. How do you remake my order and remake it completely incorrect. I call and get offered another remake "the next time I come through " and a small fry for the inconvenience, since they are closing soon. So forget me eating tonight. Smh I do it to myself though. Omg whatever you think of this place it's that, but 100x worse now. I can typically handle the mediocrity of Mcdonald's in general, but today I had probably the worst customer service experience in my life. If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I come to this McDonalds the workers are super rude and the food is sloppy. This morning I went for breakfast at 11 and apparently they don't serve breakfast all day as advertised on their website as well as their voiceover once you pull up to the drive thru. How and you going to advertise it right before you ask me "what can I get for you?" Then tell me no we don't serve it all day. REALLY!?!?! then when I mention it to you, you just get attitude with me. I'm a paying customer, if it wasn't for me you would not get paid! With out paying customers there is no money to pay you!!! If they weren't going to serve breakfast all day then fine at the very least post signs so I don't have to wait 20 mins in line just to get attitude from your employees!
