When I told the young lady what vegetables I wanted, she told me that she couldn't put them on first as Subway has changed their policy to where I have to put my condiments on first, then my veggies. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!' Then told me also that the cheese has to be melted onto the bread and not on the meat! Maybe I don't eat all the bread so why would I want my cheese melted on the bread. Actually pretty glad I came to this subway, most subway places disappoint me but not this one. Really nice and helpful staff, both employees were actually working and talking. I walked here after work because it's on my way home and was craving Subway. I wanted something fresher to eat than my job (KFC and Taco Bell). I come to this Subway every Wednesday during the day. Usually there's 2-3 women there and they are always on top of everything. But I was really disappointed when I was walking to Subway tonight on my way home to the guy locking the doors at 10:19pm. I checked online and it shows that this Subway closes at 11pm. So I called and called and called this Subway and no one answered. The guy working saw me walking in the direction of this establishment too. He waved. Mouthed something but I was a little too far away to read his lips (I'm hard of hearing) and walked away, smiling and laughing. I will be returning tomorrow afternoon to talk to a manager. I usually let stuff like this slide because I do work in the fast food industry. I understand the troubles of customer complaints. But the guy was very rude. This is very unprofessional. read more

Absolutely the worst subway I have been too. The past 2/3 times my order has been WRONG like flat our wrong. You can modify until you are blue in the face but the workers at this location do not have the brain power to switch a sauce for a different sauce or a bread for a different bread. It's sad minimum wage workers want more money but can not function at a level warranting more money. This was the absolute worst Subway experience I have ever had. My husband and I frequent Subway and never hesitate to try a new location because we always receive excellent service and quality sandwiches whether it's in person, online or through delivery. We decided to take advantage of one of the app deals this evening and actually placed our order in the parking lot of the store around 8:20 pm. My husband and I could see Jocelyn making out sandwiches from our car. She was briefly interrupted when a gentleman came in to place an in store order but promptly continued making our order once he left. She actually finished our order slightly ahead of the slotted 8:40 pm pickup time. Upon arriving home we opened our sandwiches and were less than satisfied. I immediately called and spoke to a female. I did not get her name but she said that if we brought the sandwiches back she would remake them. I expressed that while it was inconvenient I would return. Once we returned Jocelyn was very unprofessional and combative, insisting that the sandwiches were made correctly. I even opened up each sandwich to show her the issues we had to which she still continued to argue with me in front of other customers. Unfortunately because of this situation, we probably will not return to this location. I hope this young lady will be educated on the importance of customer experience and satisfaction. This location is consistently good, both in regards to food and customer service. They've never been out of anything, (except jalepeño cheese bread maybe twice), and the employees are always nice. I've watched other customers be insanely picky and specific about how their sandwiches are made, but the staff is always courteous, even when people bark orders at them. For example: "I want 4 pickles on each side." "Did you put pepper yet? I didn't see how much. Do it again." "I don't want the bread toasted, I just want the meat and cheese heated. And don't put it next to the spinach, she won't eat it if the spinach is wilted." "One line of both mustards but only on the bread, don't let it touch the veggies." I'm not kidding. These are real examples from one couple that was in front of me in line. I wanted to punch them in the face, and I wasn't even the one subject to their micro-management.
