This location is consistently backed up with orders, and the service tends to be very slow. Even when ordering ahead, I still end up waiting while my food is being prepared, which defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. Unfortunately, I'm often disappointed when I visit. I continue to come because it's the closest Subway to me, but I really hope to see improvements in speed and efficiency. Placed my order at 7:40 pm and it is 8:13 and I am still waiting on my pickup order. read more

Ordered a meatball sub sandwich all the meatballs were burned and overcooked. Live in this neighborhood, the service at this establishment has slowly declined over the last few years. Needless to say I won't be returning. read more

Went yesterday to order 6" sub. When I told the young lady what vegetables I wanted, she told me that she couldn't put them on first as Subway has changed their policy to where I have to put my condiments on first, then my veggies. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!' Then told me also that the cheese has to be melted onto the bread and not on the meat! Maybe I don't eat all the bread so why would I want my cheese melted on the bread. Called the so called manager and he agreed that they are changing their policy on how the sandwich is made. No more Subway stops for me ever! Customers BEWARE!!F- read more

Loved the fact that this place was open till 11! We got something lighter than the chain late night fried food.

Actually pretty glad I came to this subway, most subway places disappoint me but not this one. Really nice and helpful staff, both employees were actually working and talking. A little crowd came in and this team handled it without struggle or being messy. I really appreciate the foil for my sandwich, made my dinner a little fresher! Note to management; PLEASE keep this up! I enjoy subway and your team made me feel a little more comfortable coming here. read more

I mean what can be said about a subway? I will say that this subway seemed to be very on par with social distancing and making sure they were gloves as well as other protection while making my sandwich. As far as the quality of food, it is a Subway. You know what you're going to get walking in here, and I was starving for a quick lunch and nothing deep-fried, so they got my business. read more

I walked here after work because it's on my way home and was craving Subway. I wanted something fresher to eat than my job (KFC and Taco Bell). I come to this Subway every Wednesday during the day. Usually there's 2-3 women there and they are always on top of everything. But I was really disappointed when I was walking to Subway tonight on my way home to the guy locking the doors at 10:19pm. I checked online and it shows that this Subway closes at 11pm. So I called and called and called this Subway and no one answered. The guy working saw me walking in the direction of this establishment too. He waved. Mouthed something but I was a little too far away to read his lips (I'm hard of hearing) and walked away, smiling and laughing. I will be returning tomorrow afternoon to talk to a manager. I usually let stuff like this slide because I do work in the fast food industry. I understand the troubles of customer complaints. But the guy was very rude. This is very unprofessional. read more

Sign on the door cash only. But they can't accept anything larger than a $20. You list my business.

Great honey mustard chicken wrap (cold) awesome customer service and very clean restaurant.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR SANDWICH ONLINE! I ordered this sandwich online. Can't find the meat, bread is old and cold. So bummed! Best to go in and have them make the sandwich in front of you. read more

Absolutely the worst subway I have been too. The past 2/3 times my order has been WRONG like flat our wrong. You can modify until you are blue in the face but the workers at this location do not have the brain power to switch a sauce for a different sauce or a bread for a different bread. It's sad minimum wage workers want more money but can not function at a level warranting more money. I would love to support local franchise owners but maybe they only hire smooth brainers here read more

I ordered on the app. I will only address Subways performance because Doordash was the REAL problem! All, and I mean All, of the employees were so so helpful with the issue I had ..with dd.. the order was ready very quickly and on point! Absolutely A++ service! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! read more

This is by far the best subway. The staff is always super friendly and get my order right. Plus, they're open late which is always cool.

I just want to take come time to shout out the young lady that helped me today. I ordered a delivery after a really rough day. I found out i am diagnosed with covid and I REALLY didnt want to cook. I wrote in the comments of my order "load it up on pickles. Ive had a shit day" When my delivery was delivered i was laughing and had a complete smile on my face. Thank you mystery subway artist. You made my day alittle more bearable. read more

It wasn't bad the first girl that helped me was real sweet she was real helpful the second girl that took over for whatever reason she did you could tell she was in a hurry she just kind of threw the vegetables on the sandwich it was kind of annoying she was kind of rude and you can tell she just had an attitude like she didn't want to be there read more

Staff is always great but someone really needs to clean the place. Top to floor, which looks like it hasn't been mopped in months

The two sandwich makers were working their arses off during a Friday evening rush. The sand2iches were super delicious too. Thanks yall.

This was the absolute worst Subway experience I have ever had. My husband and I frequent Subway and never hesitate to try a new location because we always receive excellent service and quality sandwiches whether it's in person, online or through delivery. We decided to take advantage of one of the app deals this evening and actually placed our order in the parking lot of the store around 8:20 pm. My husband and I could see Jocelyn making out sandwiches from our car. She was briefly interrupted when a gentleman came in to place an in store order but promptly continued making our order once he left. She actually finished our order slightly ahead of the slotted 8:40 pm pickup time. Upon arriving home we opened our sandwiches and were less than satisfied. I immediately called and spoke to a female. I did not get her name but she said that if we brought the sandwiches back she would remake them. I expressed that while it was inconvenient I would return. Once we returned Jocelyn was very unprofessional and combative, insisting that the sandwiches were made correctly. I even opened up each sandwich to show her the issues we had to which she still continued to argue with me in front of other customers. Unfortunately because of this situation, we probably will not return to this location. I hope this young lady will be educated on the importance of customer experience and satisfaction. On a positive note, the young lady with red hair that stepped in to diffuse the situation and remake our sandwiches was very professional and an assist to your establishment read more

This location is consistently good, both in regards to food and customer service. They've never been out of anything, (except jalepeño cheese bread maybe twice), and the employees are always nice. I've watched other customers be insanely picky and specific about how their sandwiches are made, but the staff is always courteous, even when people bark orders at them. For example: "I want 4 pickles on each side." "Did you put pepper yet? I didn't see how much. Do it again." "I don't want the bread toasted, I just want the meat and cheese heated. And don't put it next to the spinach, she won't eat it if the spinach is wilted." "One line of both mustards but only on the bread, don't let it touch the veggies." I'm not kidding. These are real examples from one couple that was in front of me in line. I wanted to punch them in the face, and I wasn't even the one subject to their micro-management. Kudos to the employees for being so nice even when people act a fool. read more

This Subway is close to work so i often find myself here. Like most Americans, I've been to PLENTY of Subways. Not all of them have good service. This one does!! To make this story legit, I have to tell you my #1 deal breaker. I absolutely HATE attempting to eat a messy, condiment filled sandwich. With the lettace COVERED in whatever condiments! Its disgusting! I BUT .....this Subway is awesome! Not too much, and not too little. I've come here almost once per week and I've never had a bad experience. read more

Absolutely wonderful service. Melissa is the best subway employee ever! She handled three different sandwiches all at the same time without having to be told what to do more than once. Flawless! We normally go to another location by our house, but I think we will start going to this one. read more
