This is a decent McDonald's, one that's been updated to the new, rather bland and sterile look that most McD's have so there's zero ambiance. Parking is easy and when I was there the dining area was pretty clean. However, it's a pretty average location of the chain; while it's extremely busy due to location near the Rim and I-10, the employees do what they can to match the demand. I'm pretty sure that is on the bottom of the list for nasty sanitation practices. This is the nastiest McDonalds. If you value filth and bad service, you're in luck. Called and the guy literally did and said nothing, except "that's weird"... for the entire 3 minutes. He's obviously uneducated and doesn't care about the brand. Brand new indoor playplace area is really nice! Waited 20 minutes for our food to be ready, and employees were lazy and apathetic to the state of the floors and tables (fries spilled on the floor, 4 tables not wiped down - just in the play area alone). If you have the McDonalds app, you'll have to show your phone to get the deal to a cashier and pay at the register. The service is slow despite having 7+ staff. We waited for 15 minutes for an order for 5 people. Playground: They do have an indoor playground. Smell: There is a pee smell near the fountain drink area close to the cashier area. Overall, it is a convenient location off the I 10. The service is slow and the pee smell was unpleasant. I would be back but most likely go to the drive thru in the future. I stopped by on my way home for work and was very hesitant because of all the negative reviews about this location for McDonald's. I ordered through the app and I had zero problems. My food was delivered hot and fresh within 5 mins. They were super friendly and couldn't ask for anything more! Two things. 1. I ordered two Big Macs and one I got it like this, are you serious McDonald's? It looks like someone took a bite. I can't describe how gross this was. 2. Can you teach your employees to be less cold hearted? And to have more humanity. I was parked in front on this location when my husband had a seizure. I called an ambulance, they checked him and left. He was going to be alright, but he was still unconscious. He had to go to the bathroom badly but wasn't still reasoning. So I went with him just to be safe. As we were going out of the restroom I felt like he was going to fall to the floor as he just had a seizure and was trying to recover. I asked for help and the employees just looked at me and just ignored me. It was just me a 5'2 girl trying to take my husband of 5' 9 back to the car. Can't describe how sad and difficult this was. Ordered two simple combos nothing to change. How to turn back around because one was completely wrong I asked for a sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle. They gave me something completely different couldn't tell you what kind of meat that was. Turned back around was asked to repeat the order that they got wrong they repeated it back to me and then gave me a plain make griddle with a piece of sausage thrown in it. with only 1 other car in line, we ordered our bacon egg and cheese meal, our sausage mcmuffin with egg, and 2 coffees. we paid quickly. we were instructed to drive forward to wait for our order. reluctantly, we obliged. we waited 10 mins and a sever came to our window to ask what we ordered. he then walked to the other person how had ordered food. we then waited another 10 mins to receive a mcgriddle and a mcmuffin (no hashbrowns). my partner went inside to correct it to only be told that we were in fact given the correct order. yes, all this is frustrating, but on top of that, we had traveled to this location passing up 3 other locations on our way out of town. maybe we caught the team on a bad day, but i've already experienced another customer honking at me at a different visit to this location myself (i know that can't be controlled) so i wouldn't exactly recommend this location. read more

They get two stars because they have food to sell. Any more stars for a McDonald's would have to be earned by an absolutely charming staff and a clean facility. No part of my experience was satisfactory. My wife placed an order using the app from home while I was driving to pick up. I was informed that unless the physical phone used to place the order was present at the store, the order could not be completed despite having the order number and already paying. After the manager described the app's poor function, I went through the drive through. After ordering I fell victim to the tired McDonalds meme of "ICE CREAM MACHINE BROKEN. WHAT YOU WANT?" Devastated. I felt like I was on a prank show. Why is this 95% accurate fast food joke still going strong? Because it's still reality. I got my sundae refund and picked up a Chik-Fil-A milkshake to make up for the disappointment. The final laugh was arriving home to realize that they hadn't included the nuggets I ordered, but had the sauce to go with. They got the sauce, but not the nuggets.... such a disappointment. This place may suck on the inside, but I don't know. I've never eaten here inside but it looks clean. I mean you're going to find a fly and a damn tray left on the table, worse maybe.
