I placed an order for pick-up on the McDonald's app. It's so nice to avoid the drive thru lines. After a brief wait, my order was brought out by a very friendly staff member. She thanked me and gave me a chocolate chip cookie to thank me for using the app. My food was hot. The frappes are back. What a great way to start off the day! read more

How do you rate a McDonald's? Does one compare to other McDonald's? Other fast food chains? Treat them like any other restaurant? I'm specifically reviewing this one visit. My wait was pretty short. The person handing out food was pleasant, but the lady taking the orders and cashiering -- she was awesome. Such a friendly smile and attitude! Most people are fine. Some act like you're inconveniencing them, and then every once in a while you get a diamond in the rough. She was fantastic! And my order wasn't messed up! read more

Service was super slow. It took over 30 minutes to get 2 pies. Dined in at the location. There was a leak in the ceiling that was dripping like crazy. There were also ants in the booths. Also WiFi doesn't work read more

Lala La LA laaaaaa - I'm Lovin' it Meh- this place sure takes their sweet, sweet time with their orders. I gave this Mackey's an extra star since you no longer have to interact with the register clerk anymore. You can just program your order into a touch screen computer and they'll figure it out (supposedly) for you. There were some quirks to the system that I didn't care for. If you order a Cheeseburger with no cheese, no meat, dry, without a bun or toppings, you no longer have anything to eat. But they still charge regular price. This McD's has a playground. I'm too tall or old or something to go in there, so I didn't go. The playground is indoors. The place was moderately clean when I went. Most of the seats in the front were being taken up by McD's crew members doing job interviews or meeting with plumbers about the drain issues in the kitchen. There seem to be a lot of drain issues in the kitchen at this location. read more

Lol their service is kind of nuts. For instance: (1) I ordered the 10 piece nuggets and they put me down for 10- 10 piece nuggets (2) asked if I was using the app, then yelled at me when I asked to give them the code (3) they gave us partially cooked burgers and chicken twice. I'm pretty sure the only reason why they're still in business is because it's so dang convenient to the medical center read more

went here yesterday to just get a quick little cheeseburger and a drink. They charge me for the complete wrong order. Took 10 minutes to give me my card back gave me the wrong food still didn't bring me my card back and when the manager came, she had an attitude with me over asking why they charged my card for the wrong order. Then it took another 10 minutes to get someone else to refund my card and when they refunded my card, there were three $5 meal deals three small fries three small drinks three Mc doubles when I only wanted a number nine. if I could give them zero stars I would this is absolutely wild on why you take 20 minutes to bring someone a card back. and on top of that, they try to tell me that I had six dollars left to pay on an order that wasn't mine and made me give them the food back to get my card back so at that point don't even go there don't get food from there. This is the worst mcdonalds. There could be nobody in like and you're still waiting 20-25 min minutes for 1 kids meal. Someone needs to do something or if nobody shows up to work, CLOSE THE DOORS. This McDonald's location is definitely not my favorite to go to. While it's conveniently located, the service is always subpar. The restaurant is always a little less clean than one would hope. For a McDonald's, this location was very pleasant to visit. The establishment look well-maintained, and the service was prompt and friendly. I went in the morning and ordered a Big Breakfast with a coffee, all of which was hot and freshly made. The oil did not taste old, and even the eggs, which I typically do not prefer over the fresh-cracked variety, were soft and tasty. The biscuit was hot and slightly crispy on the exterior, but super fluffy in the middle. The hash brown was spot-on, crispy and flavorful without any other condiments. What really impressed me was that they gave me a free cookie with the order for using their mobile ordering system, which was a nice touch on top of everything else. I know the quality of McDonalds can vary wildly depending on which location you visit, but this location certainly hit the spot and runs a tight ship. Definitely would recommend. First off if I could give this place zero stars I would. Secondly DON'T EVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS! My boyfriend and I always have the worst experience here when we go. The employees are extremely rude, the mobile app is always down, the line in the drive through is always horrible, and they always mess up the orders. One night we went and I used the mobile order (thank god it was working that night ‍) and I asked for no onions on my burger. Guess who got onions. It's a good thing I'm not allergic to them. And just tonight we tried to order a basket of fries and a free large fry with a $1 purchase. We get there and give them the verification code and say the app is down but we can order what we were gonna get and if we could give them the QR code (I've never been asked for a QR code so I didn't know where to find it) the lady taking our said pull up to the first lane and I will show you where to find it. We pull up the guy takes our card and my boyfriend says they charged us for the large fry. So we pull up to the second window and one lady says let me get your fries, then next thing we know some other lady gives us the fries and we tell them what happened and she starts giving US ATTITUDE! My boyfriend didn't know what to say (he didn't want to disrespect her) so I step in and tell her and she goes you already paid you can't get a refund ( and she said this repeatedly she didn't let us explain to her what was going on) so a guy steps in and I tell him exactly what happened and he was kinda baffled and didn't know what to do so he goes "oh ugh ummmm do you want me to give you a good fry" at this point I'm like no thank you so we take off. ( I have a sleeping 4 month old in the back seat I wasn't about to sit there and argue) But moral of the story don't go here unless you want to sit in your car awhile and possibly argue with employees. And some of these employees think they are entitled to for $14-$16 an hour when their attitudes are absolutely horrible. read more

THE WORST! Go somewhere else. I went to this location with a mobile curbside order and had to wait 45 minutes once I got there only after going inside which they said it had been done but they didn't know where it went. They don't give a crap about their customers. If you want to get trapped in the parking lot by the drive through line, wait a long time and still get cold food go here. read more

Have to wait 20 minutes for the order to come out wrong they tell you to move so they can help other customers and rush you while your trying to put the wrong order back In the bag then have to wait another 20 minutes for the missing items to comes out. Then wait again for the sauces to finally be brought out. read more

There is probably a reason why this locations gets low ratings. Overall the quality of the food is standard, but it might be the little variations in orders that bring them down. I went for lunch and my friend wanted her quarter pounder without cheese. When we opened up the container, guess what? Yes, there was American Cheese. That was even with a machine generated piece is paper saying no cheese. And that was with us pulling around the front of the store because one of my burgers and the quarter pounder held things up. So it's not like they thew it together super fast to get it to the window when we pulled up. Apparently even with extra time they just can't get it right. Maybe "reading" skill and attention to detail should be a part of their hiring process. read more

Well sheesh! Im happy this morning. I came inside to eat (for the first time at any McDonald's in years) and wow. I am so pleased how it went. I was happily greeted by a nice gentleman working the floor and the woman at the register. The man helped me through my order and assured me he was there to help me. Everyone was polite and happy to be there. My food came quick and was hot and delish. The dining area was clean, cool, inviting and all people were relaxed and pleasant as well. I ate my food and left feeling happy I went :) what else could you ask for. For the people rating low, things happen. maybe next time come inside and enjoy the whole experience!! This location is super close to my house & I usually have a great experience with the employees. However, today, I went through the drive through and waited for my food to be brought out in one of the "reserved spaces". An employee came out without my food and started talking to me, which is fine. However he was quick to move the conversation to a more vulgar place, commenting on my breasts through my shirt and how he's "Not a pervert, just appreciates a nice woman". Then he continued to assume my racial preferences in partners and talk to me in a way that was very uncomfortable. A woman came out shortly after and he didn't continue conversation while she was out, so I am super grateful for her would not recommend this location. Sexual harassment towards customers isn't a good look. read more

3:27am: employee takes a minute or two for greeting, opening line "breakfast only/cash only" says the app can not be used because his "systems can't retrieve the order" then the menu is on lunch& dinner. This mc Donald's is so gross, I've gone a total of 3x and all we're disgusting!! The fries are stale and old the nuggets are burnt and crusty. The drinks taste horrible and they probably will get your order wrong too. It's so annoying to try to have convenience of location so hopeful to get some good mc Donald's food just to get disappointed!! RIP to this location, I'll make the extra travel to another one. Does serving a sandwich on French bread or croissant automatically consider it French? I don't…read morethink so. The restaurant is not what I had expected as being advertised as French. My turkey sandwich had 1 piece of thin turkey luncheon meant that was fried on a skillet and put between bread. The microwave cheese was overheated, the "French onion soup" was actually hot and sour "tamarind paste" water with a small, thin slice of bread and a thin cheese square. I couldn't even finish it. It was too bitter to attempt to finish. Jason's Deli has better French onion soup. I took a small bite of the pastry and didn't care for it. I think by this point, I just wanted to pay and leave. I'm almost convinced this restaurant is not owned or managed by the same people as the reviews state because I was less than impressed.

We've eaten in here twice now and have had no issues! I also ask for things extra crispy now so idk if that helps but it definitely has made a difference in my orders. They threw in a canes sauce for free since I had made a comment about my previous visit being a bit disappointing :) they're all super friendly inside!
