Went specifically to get my daughters Kids meal toy the crocs The first thing I notice there's 2 people seems they been waiting for awhile and then someone that seems like a manager due her shirt style and they were complaining about their order being wrong on the drive thru I went ahead and proceeded to make my order on que Quiosk there was no one at front register and was hard to get ahold of someone since my order had special instructions I needed to let them know adding onions was not an option the Quiosk didn't had paper so it didn't gave me a receipt to pay with cash at the front register which no one was taking care of I waited then when finally someone came this lady asked me " do you need something ?" I was about to explain and she suddenly turn away and started screaming someone else's order At that point I was very disgusted on her attitude and poor customer skills I wonder how they get the manager title with no customer skills.. anyways I take my business we're the food is actually edible Ps. Restaurant was not even full and not many people on the drive thru either there was not many people around to make it seems they were super busy read more

If I could I'll leave 0 stars lol they look so unhappy to work if you ask for sauce unhappy to do so .. I've live so close to that McDonald that why I go but sometimes ill rather go to another McDonald's or eat somewhere else read more

Got better service finally the food is hot not compared to during Covid, but they got little boys working in there kicking things while I was waiting for my food I can see them kicking the ice cream machine for no apparent reason, that's so unprofessional if they don't want to work then send them home and hire people more professional than that childless s***! read more

If i could give negative i would. In the 4 years in the area I've never had a good experience here. They're always missing items, act like they're gonna take extras of any kind out of their paycheck, they're rude, don't ever say hi or thank you or please. If you don't like it, don't work here. I'll make the extra time to drive to another one where the worker doesn't make you feel bad for asking for something while you order. I only went to this one again cause my husband got in a really bad accident and it was my close option with cheap food. Oh forgot to add that I asked for extra sauce which they definitely charged me for but when I got home. Not a single sauce. Screw this McDonald's. I hope they close it or fire everyone and try better. read more

I went through the drive thru, so not much to complain about. Only thing was that you could kinda tell food was rushed even though I was parked. I ordered some hot and spicy and some if them didn't even have lettuce on them! Other than that all was well. read more

Terrible service. They got my order wrong, take forever to get my food, don't come to this McDonald's.

If I could give this place negative zero stars I would...took my son to this place to grab a happy meal today. 6/24/20 at 11:23am..so I'm there and I get his meal..drive 15 minutes to get to our destination and when I get to opening up his meal, comes to find out that there's what appears to be mcsauce..no nuggets just a big ass blob of mcsauce...mind you,we are 15 minutes away from this place...so I call and of course it's busy...after 10 times I finally get a response and instead of a McDonald's on so and so street..I get a hello...confused at first I asked if this was McDonald's and when the worker stated that it was I went and told her my problem...now I have to drive alllllll the way back to this place to get my sons nuggets cause they can't seem to do their job right the first time... read more

They are supposed to be opening dining room at 5 AM. It's 6:35 AM, I rode a bicycle here and been waiting by the door for almost 10 minutes now. The employees have seen me but tried not making eye contact smh immature kids working read more

For a good 5 years now the employees cannot get an order of two things right. It literally never fails I would not recommend this place to anyone close to the area. Even the junkies around the McDonald's would do a better job. read more

Ugh, the worst mcdonalds i have been to on the road when traveling. Does not deserve a star. In my observation they only offer customers who look professional with somewhat better customer service. The woman took my order asked if i wanted any sauce after handed me my receipt, when i told her what sauce i wanted for my nuggets she just shrugged her shoulders and said ' oh well when they give you your order be sure to tell them' ...then wth was the point of you asking They did not get my order correct. I had to bring food back . after all the wait by the time i got to enjoy my food it was cold which means i really didnt wnjoy my food. If near this McDonald's please i urge you to keep driving. read more

Asked for a plain egg McMuffin, got charged twice, after telling them a million times I just wanted the egg and muffin they gave me the muffin with sausage and cheese. My boyfriend ordered fries and it took them 15 minutes to give them to him. There was over 10 people in the front complaining about them messing up their order. I am allergic to meat and cheese but they're clearly too distracted to remember anything. Also when we walked in no one helped us they were all playing Rock Paper Scissors to see who would help us read more

I don't write reviews ever but I'm Always missing half my order they never give syrup for the pancakes and forgot the hash browns so annoying read more

-1 Terrible service due to mistakes made on the cashiers part. Casheir did not ring up products and promotions properly. Because of this mistake, the cashier refunded the full amount of total instead of the difference. When she tried to re-enter my products again my card would not go through due to the first purchase, she already took of the total amount of money on debit card. The money would not be back on my card for another 5 days and my order could not be completed now. I had to find this out the hard way because the cashier was dismissive and had poor communication skills. She did not fix the probelm she caused or offer solutions i was basically left without my meal because she was not trained properly how to handle the register or a customers. I did ask for the managers name and she quietly said we do not give out any information about the manager or workers. Being a trainer at a restaurant i would never allow such behavior from my servers when they handle guest Especially when the matter is no fault of theirs. I do look really young for my age and had my day off house clothes on but just because i wasnt dressed in my regular attire should not mean my orders do not get fixed. Side Note: Having Viewed some concering reviews at this restaurant is does not seem like the McDonald's Corporation or Management take any of these matters seriously, however i hope i am wrong and these concerns are brought up in their meetings or offered some sort of retraining. read more

Just left this McDonald's. After a 45 minute wait my sons happy meal had no nuggets inside on 4 sauce packets & small fries. Zero stars.

Some old fat employee of yours didn't want to sell my child an ice cream cone at the window she said I'd have to go around again through the drive through and lied about y'all's handbook and she was rude and ignorant trying to sound like a store manager when she was just a basic employee too bad I know someone from corporate and got her fired read more

Horrible mcdonalds. Could not imagine the number of things that could go wrong with a simple order. #1) They are the only restaurant in the city that does not provide cups of water. You have to order a bottle. #2) I ordered an oreo McFlurry and they gave me an m&m McFlurry. #3) their credit card machine was broken. Don't go here if you don't have to. read more

This location is terrible! I've ordered sweet tea the last 3 times and they serve me unsweetened. Not only that, many time items are missing in the bag. They need to get it together. Like I said this store is terrible at any hour. Do not recommend. Go to a nearby store if you want your order done right. It's just fast food. read more

This place has messed up our order several times it's actually pretty sad how many times it's been not sure how many times in total but they did it again. Not sure if it's the mic or if a worker has a hearing problem but something needs to be done. We ended up driving back this time once again and got our money back without in apology. At the end of the day mistakes happen but this has been happening for awhile I'm sure based on the reviews I'm not the only one having a problem. If u come here please look at your order after you purchase it and remember to taste the drinks also. read more

I went to this McDonald's today and used the 2nd lane drive thru. I placed my order asking to keep my meal medium and upgrade my drink to a large. (Basically medium fries and a large drink) The lady at the window told me it was not possible to upgrade my drink. I either had to keep the meal and drink medium or upgrade the entire meal to large. This is the only McDonald's that would not take my order as placed. When I asked why she said it was "managements policy". If this is the case you'd think this McDonald's would try harder to compete with the other McDonald's that do more and provide better service. Also when I expressed my curiosity and asked the lady I spoke to who claimed to be a manager was very rude. I can't imagine this McDonald's staying open much longer with service like this and the competition they have which provide better service btw. I'm not giving this McDonald's any stars cause there was zero effort expressed on their part but I had to give at least one in order to post. I highly suggest passing up this McDonald's and hitting up the next one or somewhere else. Chic fil a has excellent service! read more
