Went specifically to get my daughters Kids meal toy the crocs The first thing I notice there's 2 people seems they been waiting for awhile and then someone that seems like a manager due her shirt style and they were complaining about their order being wrong on the drive thru I went ahead and proceeded to make my order on que Quiosk there was no one at front register and was hard to get ahold of someone since my order had special instructions I needed to let them know adding onions was not an option the Quiosk didn't had paper so it didn't gave me a receipt to pay with cash at the front register which no one was taking care of I waited then when finally someone came this lady asked me " do you need something ?" If i could give negative i would. In the 4 years in the area I've never had a good experience here. They're always missing items, act like they're gonna take extras of any kind out of their paycheck, they're rude, don't ever say hi or thank you or please. If you don't like it, don't work here. I'll make the extra time to drive to another one where the worker doesn't make you feel bad for asking for something while you order. I only went to this one again cause my husband got in a really bad accident and it was my close option with cheap food. Asked for a plain egg McMuffin, got charged twice, after telling them a million times I just wanted the egg and muffin they gave me the muffin with sausage and cheese. -1 Terrible service due to mistakes made on the cashiers part. Casheir did not ring up products and promotions properly. Because of this mistake, the cashier refunded the full amount of total instead of the difference. When she tried to re-enter my products again my card would not go through due to the first purchase, she already took of the total amount of money on debit card. The money would not be back on my card for another 5 days and my order could not be completed now. I had to find this out the hard way because the cashier was dismissive and had poor communication skills. She did not fix the probelm she caused or offer solutions i was basically left without my meal because she was not trained properly how to handle the register or a customers. I did ask for the managers name and she quietly said we do not give out any information about the manager or workers. Being a trainer at a restaurant i would never allow such behavior from my servers when they handle guest Especially when the matter is no fault of theirs. I do look really young for my age and had my day off house clothes on but just because i wasnt dressed in my regular attire should not mean my orders do not get fixed. I went to this McDonald's today and used the 2nd lane drive thru. I placed my order asking to keep my meal medium and upgrade my drink to a large. (Basically medium fries and a large drink) The lady at the window told me it was not possible to upgrade my drink. I either had to keep the meal and drink medium or upgrade the entire meal to large. This is the only McDonald's that would not take my order as placed. When I asked why she said it was "managements policy". If this is the case you'd think this McDonald's would try harder to compete with the other McDonald's that do more and provide better service. Also when I expressed my curiosity and asked the lady I spoke to who claimed to be a manager was very rude. I can't imagine this McDonald's staying open much longer with service like this and the competition they have which provide better service btw. I'm not giving this McDonald's any stars cause there was zero effort expressed on their part but I had to give at least one in order to post.
