I have had stale taco shells and burritos inconsistent with what a burrito should be. If there is a Taco Bell training program this would be a good place to start. We were the only ordering customers. Another couple there already had their food. When I came back 15 minutes later she was standing in the back talking to her con worker. When she saw me she grabbed the bag in front of her and walked it toward me. I asked for paper plates. "You're eating it here now?" " Yes, outside." Eye roll. Goes in the back and they must be wayyyy in the back, and retrieves paper plates. Instead of handing them to me she holds them hostage as she opens the entire canister of napkins and hands me 1/2 the stack with the paper plates and says, "here you go" I'll let you know how the sandwich tastes if I feel like eating it. If they follow the formula they're automatically handicapped. I would've given five stars but I had a two item pizza, and one of the items was mushrooms. I was hard-pressed to find the mushrooms. Oddly, I was not really disappointed. I do not have a high expectations for Pizza Hut anywhere.
