YUCK....all the breakfast entrees are greasy and tasteless. THat new "hot honey sausage biscuit? What an insult. Seriously, I ordered it on about February 19, 2026. The picture showed the honey drizzling down the sides of the muffin. Know what I got? I had to peel the pieces of the biscuit back to see if they even used the hot honey sauce...and then I saw a blob of "something" about the size of a nickel. It was very spicy but with pretty much no taste of honey. I would never order that mess again. I mean...how cheap can they get? And this was at the McDonalds near Green BayRoad in Kenosha, WI. What would I recommend? The original hamburger - there is nothing that has a better taste than this. The one thing that comes close would be, in my mind, the White Castle Jalapeno burger. I stopped in at this McDonald's on 6/26 at 10:15 AM (Thursday morning). Stood at the register for 5 minutes before I finally asked if anybody was working the register. Crabby old lady shuffled over to take my order which was simply a large cup of coffee and an apple pie. Waited and waited and waited along with all the other people that haven't received their orders. It's a cup of coffee! Finally after 10 more minutes I asked if my coffee was coming out. Snotty blonde woman in the back said it will be a bit. FIVE MORE minutes I asked again. IF YOU WANT COFFEE GROUNDS IN YOUR COFFEE YOU CAN HAVE IT NOW. And she muttered ignorant snotty things under her breath. My response was of course "maybe somebody needs to learn how to make coffee then." After 20 minutes I walked out with my apple pie. I'm sorry but in what universe should a cup of coffee at McDonald's take 20 minutes? One star is a generous ranking for this particular McDonald's. read more

My butt hole has been in flames ever since eating at this McDonald's. The service was sub par at best including long waited and smelly employees / bathrooms. I wouldn't recommend eating at this establishment unless you enjoy backed up plumbing and angry family members. read more

Very rude unprofessional management. I ordered food from the app, got to the drive thru and was handed a bag that wasn't my order. I handed it back and told them it wasn't my food. The young man went to get the manager when my friend said she would wait at the window to get the food. My order wasn't complicated. The manager was extremely rude and said either you pull forward or you're not getting any food. I said I wanted a refund and she told me because I ordered from the app I had to get a refund from the app which was incorrect. I contacted customer service and received an email stating I had to get the refund from the store where food was purchased-not from the app. I just got a big runaround. My daughters school is not too far from this McDonald's location so we sometimes will grab breakfast or dinner here. Last Thursday after a school function I got her a 10 piece chicken McNugget with only to hear minutes later with her first bite that they were soft and soggy, after checking them turns out they were raw so I went back to let them know and they check the rest of the nuggets and they were all completely raw. Really no one ever reviewed this McDonald's! I mean every McDonald's tastes different! Why is McDonald's even on Yelp? Would you actually eat here because of my review? Okay here goes! This location has a fancy thing called a drive thru...I talk to some person through a speaker and then drive to a portal where they hand me my food and 95% of the time the order is correct! I don't even have to get out of my car...wow! If you haven't tried it, I definately recommend it! Now my food picks...the coffee is really good and much cheaper then starbucks. Try it! The egg mcmuffin is the best thing on the menu...I wish I could also get it for lunch and dinner. Take notes Ronald! Also some advantages to this location...there is a gas station here...so filler up! There is also a red box to rent movies for a buck! Some Trivia: What is the intersection called at this location? Honestly I don't expect much from McDonlards, but this warrants a review I guess. I ordered 2 breakfast sammies, 2 hashbrowns, large fry & 10 piece nuggs. I asked for 4 Szechuan sauces, was told I could only have two, like okay that sauce is like crack so I said I would pay for the extra two bc Donlards charges for like more than half a sauce packet and they STILL SAID NO?! lame. Paid with a $20 for $17.05, offered the nickle and she said it was too late.. like uhh #basicmath whatever. Get to the window, get my food, and there's literally just two orders of nuggets in there with NO SZECHUAN. So of course I show them the receipt and ask for them to fix my order, which they do, without an apology or basic customer service skills, and drive off. They didn't even give us napkins. Y'all. Are. Better. Than. This. Honestly I recommend making the drive to a different Donlards bc this place may be run by toddlers. read more

Horrible customer service. Messed up my order tried to explain what my receipt said to concerned about the person behind me and told me to come inside. I'm in the drive through for a reason ! Than some lady yells "that's how they get you" if the young man up front would have told his "boss" that the order had a mix up they put a soda instead of a fries things maybe could have been fixed. I don't usually review many restaurants and never a McDonalds. This location was awesome. I was trying to see the BBQ chicken options on the menu, but it kept changing so fast. The man (I didn't catch his name, but he was a very professional looking Spanish guy) nicely explained what they had (with a big smile on his face) and I ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich. 50%-60% of the time I order from fast food places, they seem to take very little care in making the sandwich and it's sloppy and not pleasing to the eye. This sandwich was very neatly put together perfectly and I think it made it taste better. This sandwich was OUTSTANDING! I will definitely order this again. They made my order very quickly and with a big smile the man thanked me and told me to have a nice day. I think he really meant it. This location deserves a pat on the back!
